I wish I had read more of the reviews before coming - when you see "limited seating" in other reviews please pay attention. When we made our way to the front of the business, it was a little difficult to figure out where the entrance was - there is only one door so that had to be it, but you enter into an enclosed porch with a table where people are eating. After you get inside you will find yourself in front of the main counter - that's where you will order, choosing from a number of items on a screen. Lots of delicious choices - I left it up to the hostess at the counter and ended up with a Double Dutch, substituting strawberries for the bananas. My husband had the Turtle waffle. We ordered a coffee and a water, were given our silverware and moved out of the way to let others order. You can't really see the dining area from the counter, so eventually I made my way into the other room(s) and located the last empty table, between the bathrooms and the AC. This isn't the most comfortable spot as you're either blocking the restroom or the AC is blowing on your head. After a bit I really kind of wanted my coffee so I went back up to the counter and asked for it. They poured it for me and I got a water for my husband on my way back through the crowded little rooms to the table we'd selected. It wasn't long before a waitress called our names and delivered our waffles - which were delicious. Mine had chocolate sauce and their homemade cookie butter, topped with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar. I didn't feel like it was small, as suggested by a previous reviewer. I ate half, was content, and took the other half home. My husband was pleased with his Turtle waffle as well. The coffee was awful. I recommend popping in next door at Dunkin Donuts before or after your meal at The Waffle Factory. Trust me. Overall the food was delicious, the employees were nice for the most part, and the environment was small, confusing and not super inviting. This quaint place in the village of Webster is amazing! My group ordered several different waffles and we were all very satisfied with the food! I had the Elvis (pictured) and words can't explain how delicious this was. And don't get me started on the sausage patty (ordered a la carte). Hands down some of the best breakfast sausage I've ever had. I thought the price point to serving size was on point. We went on Monday late morning so wait time was not an issue for us - but being made to order and from scratch you should expect to wait a bit. This was one thing I didn't like; there was no organized seating system, and it was a little stressful to have to watch other diners like a hawk so I could snag their free table before anyone else did. We ordered at the counter before even getting a seat. But eventually we did, so on to the more important details... The WAFFLES! We split the Baclawaf, a baclava-style waffle topped with cinnamon, almonds, and honey, and each got eggs to order and bacon. (My boyfriend claimed he "doesn't like sweets" and would be fine to share a waffle-- ha!) The waffle was excellent, with a crunchy exterior and soft center, a pleasant change from the typical puffy-cakey waffles you get at most restaurants. The toppings were generous and paired well with the waffle (though I really wished the almonds were sliced rather than whole). The eggs were hot and cooked perfectly. This place is AWESOME! My friend and I stopped here for waffles after a Costco run and let me tell you this place DID NOT disappoint!! It's a cute little almost hole-in-the-wall kind of place. They have almost 40 different kinds of waffle and topping combinations and we had more than a little trouble deciding what to get. I ended up getting the Spectaculoos (waffles with cookie butter and whipped cream) and my friend got The Factory Fav (strawberrys, bananas and fudge). I also got an Amaretto whipped iced coffee The waffles themselves were a bit dense but not so dense that we didn't like them. Both the cookie butter and the fudge were on point and parked perfectly with our waffles. The Amaretto iced coffee was like a liquid dessert! It had an amazing creaminess with the perfect balance of Amaretto and coffee. I can't wait to bring my husband here next month after we go to Costco. I approached the cashier and she told me that we all need to order food first and they will get the table for us. Bring the strongest child. I have eaten here three times and it's a great concept: on-demand, freshly made gourmet waffles. I'm a big fan of the Elvis Waffle myself, and my kids love the birthday cake waffles. My only issue was that I would often feel hungry not too long after leaving the Waffle Factory. Then a revelation came to me courtesy of their Instagram feed: order TWO waffles! Problem solved. Their coffee is pretty good, too. This is a great alternative to traditional breakfast joints, and I am very excited about the patio and expanded menu. You can tell that the owner isn't content to just sit on his original ideas. I hope that more people discover and enjoy this restaurant. But I am serious about bringing your kids. The place is too small for my family of five. I love checking out new places and new my kids would love having waffles so we ventured to Webster from Spencerport one snowy evening after school in December. After looking at their page on Yelp, it appeared they were open 9am-6pm. Great. I picked up the kids at 4:30 and off we went. When we got there, the place was pitch black and locked. I was fuming. I looked at their website (not thru yelp) and saw that they close at 3pm in the afternoon and reopen at 6pm. I was still ticked but we were able to kill time with some Christmas shopping. We got back right at 6pm when the owners were turning on the lights and unlocking the doors. They welcomed us right away and couldn't have been nicer, especially Nick. They engaged my kids and were asking them what they like and don't like and were making recommendations based on their answers. I thought that was really thoughtful. Nick also said he could make eggs, sausage, etc. So we each ordered a waffle and two scrambled eggs with cheese. To my surprise, all six scrambled eggs came out all together on a big plate but my kids loved them. My picky one said they were the best eggs he had ever tasted! The waffles, too, were a hit. I like some savory with my sweet so I got the waffle with bacon and maple syrup. Delish! Perfectly portioned and cooked. My kids of course both loved theirs. My four year old got the ice cream sundae waffle so of course she was in heaven. I told the brothers about the confusion about their hours and Nick was very apologetic. He said they're still trying to figure out the nuances of how to list their hours on websites they don't control. Totally understandable. He mentioned that he was Greek and I told him about another restaurant that I love in Williamson that is also owned by a Greek family, and what do you know? They're related! So in love with this place and concept. It's primarily waffles as you would guess with a business name like that. The focus is on Belgian-style waffles so they're more caramelized than other types of waffles and denser, but omg good. The toppings right now are focused on sweet varieties so it's a great dessert option or for breakfast. My favorite was the rasporeo with triple berries (reduced so theres a nice berry juice that comes with the cooked down berries), white fudge drizzle and Oreo crumbles. I ate the whole thing. I ordered 2 in one sitting which was definitely more than I needed... so in the future I'll stick with one. I shared my 2nd one with friends. I had the nutella and banana. SO many banana slices, it's amazing. Very filling! I also really enjoyed the few bites I had of my friend's maple bacon waffle. The sweet+salty combo worked so well on these waffles. When you walk in there's a counter where you order, the menu is listed on the side wall with 35+ toppings, primarily sweet varieties. The owner said savory styles are coming soon! (Yay! I'm so down for that). There's coffee, sodas, other drinks, fresh squeezed oj -- I had a spiced chai. You order at the counter and they'll bring it out to you. There are about 6+ tables so you can hang out and eat. This place has a parking lot behind the shop. Illuminated lighting outside would make the sign easier to see at night. TRIPLE BERRIES were treated with frozen berries. Unfortunately that left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully they'll use fresh ones once the season is right. Until then, get the STRAWBANELLA. As the name implies it's strawberries, bananas and nutella. A classic. This was the clear winner. Right off the bat, I loved their waffles. It's a great recipe that holds its integrity and withstands the sogginess that toppings tend to give off. From the first bite to the last, I did not have a piece of soggy or sopping wet waffle. I was super excited to go here. Small place right off 104. You smell waffles right when you walk in! I ordered the triple berry and the fresh squeezed orange juice. When I ordered the juice he said we are all out. I was staring right at the juicer and the oranges next to it. Umm ok but then he said hold on a second and made a glass of juice. Little confusing on that. Waffles are made fresh to order & taste delicious. Texture is soft and fluffy. Portion size is small! Don't expect to go here & be full off one waffle. I'd suggest maybe going here for desert because most of the waffles are sweet and you won't be full. If you want to make a meal off it order 2. Not good for big groups. The Waffle Factory is a great new addition to the Webster area. The waffles are perfectly made and they offer 34 different options to fancy them up. I visited with 4 people and we all tried something different. Everyone loved their dish. I tried the Strawtella and was not disappointed. It was sweet so syrup was not necessary. One of my friends tried the Cannoli-moli and liked it but would have preferred to have the cannoli crumbled on top instead of receiving a whole one. Maybe we completely missed it, but we didn't notice an option for sodas. One of my other friends would've also liked to see a milk shake menu. Again, maybe these are available but we didn't notice them. One thing though, this place can be difficult to find, especially in the evening. The owner should consider adding an illuminated outdoor sign. I plan on visiting again soon so will probably write an update. P.S. They will soon offer breakfast options!! read more

We split a cheese and bacon waffle which the bacon was the right amount of salt and cheese. The waffles themselves were crispy with great flavor. I guess I was expecting more of a fluffy Belgian waffle with some crisp to it - just what we've had before, but maybe that's not authentic. The whipped cream on the side was delicious, though. Essentially, there is a menu of 35ish "craft" dessert waffles that are pretty pricy for the size. I would've loved to see some savory options, but I do understand that The Waffle Factory just opened and may need time to expand in that direction. There was also mention of milkshakes on the website, but there were none on the menu at this point. The Waffle Factory is a great addition to Webster. The building is very small but decorated quant with a modern twist. Think grey with tons of texture. All the waffles are served on simple silver platters which really highlight the waffles and the sweet toppings. I ordered the strawbanella which I highly recommend. The bananas and strawberries were fresh even in the off season. They added the perfect amount of Nutella without it becoming Nutella overload. It was topped off with a fresh dollop of homemade whipped cream which complemented the fruit and waffle. The Waffle itself is small but incredibly filling. And for the price, it's perfect! It is a dense waffle that is more caramelized than other waffles you might be thinking of. These waffles do NOT compare with waffles that you can make with with a waffle maker from Walmart (as one of the below reviewers claimed). It is 1000X better than you could make at home! There is a counter when you first enter where you order your waffles and drinks and about ten tables to sit down. To begin with, I loved the small, cozy atmosphere. it was a great place to chat with my friend. I had a hard time deciding what to order--there is so much variety! I ended up going with the Waffle Benedict (one of their specials). I wasn't in the mood for something super sweet. It came with two poached eggs, Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce on top of waffle with a fruit cup as a side. Everything was delicious! The service was quick too. We placed our order and were seated right away. The waitress came around and asked us several times if everything was going OK and/or if we needed refills on our waters. I'm not in Rochester often, but when I'm back, I'll definitely be stopping at The Waffle Factory. Service was great and waffle was delicious. Maybe next time I'll have more of a sweet tooth. Plus, the employees are always friendly and the owner is super nice. I work a couple of doors down and love swinging by on my lunch break. I've heard that people have come from as far out as Syracuse just to taste the waffles here. They're that good. I choose the original waffle which I actually did not enjoy and preferred my friends cinnamon waffle instead. We tried Waffle Factory in-person for the first time this weekend and were not as impressed as we had hoped to be. The house where the restaurant is located appears to be under renovations, so only outdoor seating was available (and only 6 picnic tables total). We ordered at a window and sat at a picnic table (after waiting for a few minutes for a table to open up). I ordered a "Frothy", which was described as an "iced whipped coffee" and also got vanilla flavoring; the coffee was served promptly, but was inedible. The coffee was nothing special other than being cold (not sure how it was iced/whipped) and there was such a ridiculous amount of sweetened flavoring that I could not take more than 1 sip. A couple at the table next to us were also complaining about their "Frothy" orders. Luckily, the waitress brought me a plain iced coffee promptly after I explained the problem. I do not know if it was an "off" day for whoever made the "Frothy. I enjoyed my waffle, but was very disappointed to see that Waffle Factory used canned peaches when we are in peak season, especially for the price of the waffle itself. I was definitely expecting fresh fruit from the restaurant and price point. You only get 1 waffle and I would expect it to either be larger, or the option for a cheap upgrade to 2 waffles. I would generally give this place a 2.5 star rating, but will round it up to 3 for the Yelp review. The waffle itself was enjoyable, but lots of improvements need to be made. For starters, the website should explicitly state that the indoor restaurant is closed as there are clear markers of construction all around the restaurant, and that there is only minimal outdoor seating available. I got the Belgian breakfast, that comes with two eggs of your choice, bacon, waffle and fruit. Waffle wasn't fluffy as I thought it would be. Waffles were chewy and dense.
