I worked in customer service for a long time, so it's not my intention to ever give a poor review, but the way I was treated by the cashier/manager today was beyond the pail, especially for what I paid. I was quoted one price by the person who did the intake on my car, then the price was suddenly twenty dollars higher when I went to the cashier. Not cool. The job the cleaners did was pretty solid, but not for what I paid. My issue was that they left behind wet cleaning rags in my backseat,as well as a spray bottle of cleaning solution. I didn't notice this until after I had left. I came back a few hours later to return them, and the same cashier guy said I needed to verify I had already paid, and then got pissy with me about bringing them back their supplies. Look, I worked in customer service for longer than I ever care to remember, and I go out of my way to tip and be courteous, and try to take into account how awful human beings are, but this dude must have not gotten his daily allotment of protein, looksmaxxing, or internet porn because he was a surly burger from the jump. For the money I paid ($200 for a deep, deep clean) this guy should have been a whole hell of a lot nicer. The Wash, is in short, WASHED. read more

No longer accept electric vehicles for the automatic wash. The manager prohibits electric vehicles from entering the automatic wash. They mandate "hand wash" only which doubles the price to $55, plus extras, plus tip. They used to allow customers to enable the car's option to allowing rolling in neutral, but that ended in October 2025. read more

This is some of the nastiest customer service I have received in quite a long time. I tried to ask a few questions, the guy would only mumble and I couldn't hear anything. He looked so irritated and looked at me like I was beneath him. It made me want to just turn around and go somewhere else. Another guy came and answered my questions and I was on my way. After a $65 wash ($15 more than the guy who usually comes to my place to wash my car) there was still an empty can and old receipts in my car. Cup holder and seats weren't cleaned either. I hate writing a bad review especially for a place I used to always bring my car to get a car wash. But they are ruthless now and my car that I specifically paid extra for the seats to be wiped down are still very dirty and even after pointing it out after charging me $90 they still did not clean it they said they will clean it and they did not do it and we're telling me that they are gonna charge me more next time. There were also some red spots on my car of dirt that can be wiped down with a towel that they did not remove and I showed them that it comes off with my hands and she told me to do that it cost $425. Ha ha. I usually have someone that details my car for $50 that comes to my house I only came here again after a long time because I had some errands to run around in the area and was willing to pay the price because the service used to be good. I pulled up for a carwash. Waited in the line for vacuum for 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I was told that my Tesla cannot go through the carwash because 'insurance doesn't cover accidents' and I can only do a handwash which is $70+. So I left. Really absurd. This place have been better if the owner of this place will be there few time a day or always checking up upon the establish and their employees because this place is clearly a mess. I feel that the employee are the one who are running the place and no them. Prices are TOO EXPENSIVE, especially for a regular car wash (almost $30) and they don't even do it great. Today was my first time, but it won't be my last based on my experience. It's a bit more expensive than other places close by but honestly they do an extremely thorough job. I have been to a few other similar sized car washes close by and this has been the best service that I have received so far. They did a great job cleaning and really went the extra mile making sure it was well done. I chose the works wash for $52 and feel it was worth it. They have more expensive and cheaper options than that, just depending on your needs. I really value my car and spend a lot on it so I don't let just any place clean it and feel I made a good decision to bring my car here. read more

Today seems like it's a new employee Cashier Hilberto was super rude when I asked about extras that he was charging, he literally said "go somewhere else ". First things first: customer service was terrible. Since I got my car it's only been hand washed by me and taken into an automatic car wash once. I was asking a bunch of questions at this car wash expecting my car to come out way better than what I do and the automatic car wash. I also don't know what I'm doing. I asked him that I just want to wash my car and he said $28.99. Okay fine. So I go pay and the dud at the cashier was already giving me attitude because I had my car keys. No one told me to leave them there was only a sign that I missed so I guess that was my fault. Then when I go outside I see them vacuuming my car which all I wanted was exterior wash like I told the worker. Then he got MAD at me because I didn't tell him I didn't want my interior touch. It's a mess inside with clothes and I didn't want them to work like that. Then he said why didn't you tell me anything now it's hard to get a refund. I told him I'll just pay hoping to get extra time without vacuuming. I put pictures showing what dirt they left. I'm pretty sure they left some scratches but I don't want to accuse them of anything because I had scratches on my car already but just beware before you go. I was unhappy with the automatic car wash because I can hand wash my car better. The wash company left so much dirt that I can easily scratch off with my nail or wipe with my finger. I didn't want to go to an automatic car because it didn't clean well and I don't have time to hand wash my car so the last time it was wash was like in July. Anyways for $28 is not worth it just go to an automatic car wash pay $5 and get the same results. Little bits of dirt and scratches. As a business they shouldn't expect their customer to know how they work especially should know they don't know what they are doing when asking a bunch of questions and not give attitude. My 10-year-old car hadn't been washed in at least 6 months, and there was probably a year's worth of tree sap on the roof that no drive-thru car wash has been able to remove in the 6 months before that. Friends were commenting, and I'm sure strangers were judging, so I decided it was time to do something -- at least get the dirt off, figuring I'd go somewhere else in a few weeks for a thorough wash and detail. Or not. The Wash was close by. I'd been there many times before, but that was years ago -- when they were under different management and called something else. When I arrived, the machine they put cars through was broken, so they were offering hand washes only. It was pricey at $55.99, but I figured since I hadn't spent car wash money in at least half a year, and I was too lazy to go elsewhere, I should just roll the dice and see what happens. Maybe I wouldn't need a second wash after all? With the machine broken, there were very few customers (only one or two others), so no one was rushing. When it was done after about 20-30 minutes, I expected to still see black sap spots on my white roof, like I always had after drive-thru washes, but they were gone. It was shiny and clean! The whole car -- even the inside that was filled with dust and dead leaves -- was shiny and clean! No further washing or detailing needed. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the regular wash, or what happens when they're busy, but on this day, my $55.99 for the hand wash was money very well spent. I have mixed feelings about this car wash place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading the Yelp reviews before me. I took my electric vehicle for a wash after seeing a line out the door on a Sunday morning, thinking that it must be popular for a reason. As background, I had some intense water stains on my windowshield that I needed to desperately remove since it was impairing my line of sight when driving. I come to learn that the prices are very marked up. I was told that because I have an electric vehicle, I cannot due the machine version, so that now put me at a minimum of $50. Then, they told me that I could upgrade to the $200 version to see if they can apply some custom polish to remove the water stains, but that result wasn't guaranteed -- so I opted out. $50 later, the car is washed, but the water stains are still maddeningly there. I ended up going to O'Reilly and buying water stain remover cleanser/polish for $8 which did the trick in removing all my water stains. I think for standard washes, this place is quick, efficient, and may do a standard job. But, for the pricing scheme, I am wary of coming back. Also, it's credit or cash for payment, but for tip, it's cash only. There is an ATM in the store that applies a $3 fee if you don't have cash. read more

They have insufficient workers. Their automated equipment was broken. They did an inferior job, including not drying the car and not cleaning the windshield. They misplaced my key and the manager was rude, belligerent and confrontational. He insisted I had my key. Four men searched the car and located the key inside the car in the back seat. Obviously the key had been moved when cleaning the inside. The manager never apologized. There were no cars waiting. I now understand why. I highly recommend you go elsewhere for a car wash. Most unfortunate. We have been going to this location for more than 40 years and have watched it deteriorate. It truly has gone down the drain. read more

I just paid a generous $80 for "the works" and outside of running my car through the machine there was little to no care put into cleaning my vehicle. All the spots from tree and bird droppings still on the car. windows have hand prints on them. halfway down the block my tailgate was rattling from not being closed. I drove up and told the attendant "I need to be out in 30 - 40 minutes, get me whatever package will do that" and they gladly got me in and out quickly. These two run this business very well and have converted me into a lifelong client. Much respect to both of them! I will never take my 2022 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car to any other car wash business or service, even if The Wash is closed after business hours. Carlos has provided me with the best service possible from our first meet and greet and foregoing. I enjoy going to The Wash as I know I can sit and eat a late lunch in a clean and safe area while knowing my brand new car is being well taken care of by the best people in Los Angeles. SAMUEL VALENSI (Picture attached) is the offsite manager and Carlos is the manager on site/ runs the workers on site and the Robins own it. Every time I come here this carlos guy has the nastiest attitude like he hates his job and dreads coming to work every day. He accused me of cutting the line and wouldn't even listen to me when i was saying i didnt and just jumped to conclusions. Within 10 seconds of the conversation he yelled at me saying hes not washing my car. Who yells at their customers ? When i went inside to complain because this guy was clearly a big issue considering he's always on edge everytime i come in, they said that its up to him and if i want to speak to his boss SAM VALENSI id have to call/email him. So after waiting 15-20 min I left really upset because who treats a customer like this? So I emailed and no response. I called and no response i left many messages to have Sam called me and yet no response. I then find out that Samuel Valensi is only a 23-24 year old little kid with a big ego and no respect for others thinking hes on top of everyone. I then realized he will never call me and he probably doesn't care about this place especially because it will be closing soon since the Robin family got permits to demo this place. Carlos is a miserable nasty guy and he clearly wont change because im reading similar reviews about him on here as well. So id hate to break it to you all but be careful with going here because this business has no future and the staff dont care because it will close down soon anyway. Its not worth bringing in your expensive cars because they have been very careless these last few weeks knowing there is no future anyway. Wether they do a good job or not it doesnt matter To sam i know you are reading this. Learn to have respect for other people and respect peoples time. When I received a suggestion to get my car washed at The Wash, I honestly had my doubts from the bad reviews.  I got the interior detail package with hand wash.  After watching Fernando, a skillful man with 35 years experience service my car step by step, I was impressed.  I curiously asked Francisco, he was the one offered hand wash finish and always reminded his staff to take care in small detail of each part.  Many bad reviews came from previous management.  I saw positive and professional staff who paid attention to details of each team member.  Special thank you for Carlos, the manager who came and checked and offered to remove the buff on my car as extra and free of charge.  Carlos and Francisco have a great impact on the staff.  They want the customer satisfied before they leave.
