This place was a nice surprise when we were in Orlando. We had good service and I asked to mix 2 of the frozen drinks to switch it up, and my bartender happily obliged. Also, they were free pouring the liquor so I definitely got my money's worth. I wobbled a little after finishing. Not that the frozen drinks are NA and they add the liquor. Only knocking off a star because of how painfully sweet these frozen drinks were, I believe they did have a limited cocktail menu, though!

First off, I just have one word. Jordan. He was absolutely amazing and such a delight when waiting for our drinks, if I had to come back just for him, I would. Secondly, drinks are fantastic. But watch out for brain freeze. I highly recommend the fossilizer and the strawberry lemonade. Make sure you add pina colada and Bacari. All in all, this was an amazing experience. Will be returning :))) THANK YOU JORDAN!!

Good for potent potables suitable for adults while visiting Islands of Adventure. Kid-friendly beverages are also available. Some high-priced drinks come with a souvenir plastic Tiki glass. Bar staff was friendly. Expect theme park prices.

I got a Pina Colada/Strawberry combo with rum. The strawberry part was my favorite. The two bartenders were really nice.

Speciality cocktail with souvenir glass - $3 off future cocktails on the rocks with it!

If they only had indoor seating...My drink was good, but for this seasoned FL girl it was a bit weak. I would say they cater more towards the crowd that likes something sweet. They do have beers on Tap and a speciality beer only available in park for Jurassic. I believe the bartender said Florida Brewing makes it for them. I'll be trying that IPA next time as the cocktail was too sweet for me. A nice perk of the cocktails on rocks is that you get a specialty glass. Yes, I know we all have a cabinet full of random cups from random places and events. This one is worth hanging onto! You get $3 off your cocktail if you bring it back on your next trip!

Only two workers working at the stand which meant super slow service. Buuuuuuut I wanted a cold, frozen cocktail so I stopped here since it was near Jurassic Park and that's where I was heading. Super friendly bartenders malign drinks. The drink i ordered was good, but pretty weak. I ordered some mixed cocktail that had rum, sweet & sour, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, and something else. Again, weak but for $13 and in a souvenir cup made it a little better, I suppose. Bonus tip for those who like souvenir cups - if you go back to this stand, you get $4 off your next mixed cocktail or frozen drink and you also get $1 off a beer at any stand. So I guess it's worth it.

The Fossilizer

The absolute best place to grab a drink in Universal property! There is a wide range of drinks spanning from mixed drinks, to park exclusive beers. All of the mixed drinks are delicious and strong enough to get you on Velocicoaster if you're feeling a little timid. The team members at the bar are always incredibly nice, friendly and truly make the experience memorable! The drinks can be a little expensive, but if you hold onto your reusable cup and bring it back, you'll get a discount on your next drinks! I've held onto the same cup for months and still bring it back to get the discounts! This bar is an absolute MUST when in Islands of Adventure!

This is a not-quite-full service bar with a few food selections located between Jurassic Park and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. And despite its smaller size, they have a happy hour between 3-5pm. If you're nervous about the dinosaurs on the Jurassic Park River Adventure, or the crowds at WWoHP, you should probably take a few moments here to relax.

When I came, it was really not crowded which is good because like I said, it is small so it was nice to be able to walk around. My friends and I all tried different drinks and they were all really good. The service was fast and efficient. I would definitely check this place out again and recommend. According to other comments, they do change up the drinks so I would love to try something else.

From the moment we walked in, he made sure to ask us questions and give recommendations because it was our first time. He let us know that these were the best burgers in Orlando, and he wasn't lying. The food, although a little pricey, was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Bangin' Shrimp as an appetizer, which blew me away. The shrimp had a tempura fry to it, giving it a perfectly crispy crunch. The sauces that were drizzled on top helped to amplify the flavor of the dish. For my main course, I ordered the Shroom N Swiss burger. I love how thick and juicy the burger patties are. It's hard to find a good burger place that has thick patties, and The Whiskey delivers that meat. Another thing that blew me away was the mushroom that came on top. Usually, mushroom burgers have little slices of mushrooms, but this burger had a big fat slice of mushroom on top. And it tasted so good. This is a perfect atmosphere to come in, grab a couple drinks, eat good food, and maybe even catch a sports game or live music. Only thing I will say is that it may be a little loud for some, making it hard to hear conversations. But if you love a loud atmosphere, then this place is perfect!

It sends you text updates, and the technology is actually pretty cool. It can tell when you're not close enough yet and will tell you to check in once you're closer to the restaurant. There were 6 of us in the group, so reserving ahead definitely helped. I actually had to do it twice because we reserved our spot before we left, and by the time we got there, it had timed out. I checked in again, and when we arrived, the host said, "I see you checked in twice." He told us the wait would probably be about 10 minutes, and we ended up waiting less than that before being seated. Considering it's at Icon Park and it was the night of a game, the place was packed with a lot of hustle and bustle. I was impressed that we were seated so quickly, especially with a party of 6. Our waiter, Matt, was amazing, and the food was amazing too. We ordered what felt like almost every appetizer on the menu. We had the Cali Roll Stack, Parmesan truffle fries, crispy Brussels sprouts, spinach dip, and the vegan Gardein wings. The Cali Roll Stack was probably my favorite appetizer. It was so good, and it was made with real crab. Most places use imitation crab, and Matt even told us that's why it's his favorite appetizer too. He was absolutely right. The Gardein wings were surprisingly good. We ordered the Korean chili garlic and Buffalo flavors, and if nobody had told me they were vegan, I probably wouldn't have known. I'd never had a soy-based wing before, but I would definitely order them again. The Parmesan truffle fries were exactly what you want them to be, and the crispy Brussels sprouts disappeared fast. At that point, it seemed like everyone else was tapped out, but somehow we still had room to eat. We ordered the lobster garlic noodles, and they were amazing. They didn't skimp on the lobster either. There were big chunks of real lobster throughout the dish, along with spinach and garlic noodles. Definitely one of my favorite entrées of the night. I also tried the Key Lime Cider, and I liked that they let me sample it before ordering. It ended up being really refreshing and exactly what I was looking for. For dessert, we shared the brownie cookie topped with ice cream. Oh my God. I don't even like chocolate like that, and it was amazing. Yard House has never really disappointed me, but this visit was especially good. I don't know if we were just starving or if the chef was having an exceptional night, but kudos and hats off to the kitchen. Parking was easy too. Levels 3 and 4 of the garage were free, so there was no need to pay or get anything validated. Overall, everything was smooth from start to finish. Great service, great food, easy parking, and a surprisingly short wait despite how busy it was. 10/10, highly recommend.
