Of all the speakeasies in Cuyahoga Falls, The Watson is my absolute favorite! The vibes, ambiance, and seating are perfection. The bartenders are entertaining and knowledgeable. The drinks are divine! This place is well worth the price. I have been twice now and can't wait to go back again!

I didn't have food but the drinks is always good. I like to sit at the bar and have conversations with the bartender about the drinks and the service is always good. Great ambience.

Best speakeasy around. Aaron is amazing along with the rest of his staff. They can put together any drink you want or make up original for you. They're entertaining, and friendly. I highly recommend this speak easy day for a great evening. If you go on the weekend, make sure you get there early to put your name in because there could be a wait.

Now *this* is the place for me. Does this look like a post office to you? Ring the bell and find out.....Enter through a secret panel that looks like post office boxes and escape to a dark den of speakeasy enchantment. The drinks were otherworldly; science experiments that led to the best old fashioned you've ever tasted. (And they use the "one big ice cube" that so elegantly graces the glass much better than a bunch of small pieces of ice). The drinks are on FIRE! (No, really....they are.....look at all that smoke rising up.) Drinks are not cheap, but they are incredibly well-made and quite strong, so you are really probably getting the value of two drinks for the price of one. The place smells spectacular; like spices and charred holiday warmth. The service is top-notch. Our server was very attentive and answered our questions with knowledge and passion for the art of making cocktails. I've been to the Butcher & Sprout restaurant here, but never to this secret hideaway backspace. I am already trying to figure out when I can come back again and enter the post office of enchantment.

I love the entrance! It's inside Butcher and Sprout in the back where it looks like an 1700s post room. I won't spoil it by telling you how to get in but that's part of the fun! The place itself is TINY though. It can probably only fit like 15 people at once and there is no space to even just stand or move around in. You give them your number to be put on a waitlist. We went on a Friday night around 7ish and had to wait about 45min. The drink menu was a treat though. All the concoctions sounded amazing. Looking around at what everyone ordered, it also looked amazing! Prices were high but I supposed you're paying for the atmosphere and theatrics of the drink being made. I ordered the Alchemist's Garden and boy, was it a spectacle! The process took almost 2 minutes just to prepare. It was tasty but strong. My friend got a non-alcoholic elixir and loved hers. Cute place for a girls' night out!

Can I hear a little commission for the cocktails pleaseeeeeee!!!! By far one of the theeeee best experiences I've had at a cocktail bar/lounge. When you walk into the space it appears to be a post office however once you gain entry a secret door opens and you walk into the most danty speakeasy that will literly have your jaw instantly hit the floor. The space is small but the cocktails will truly blow your mind. There is seating against the wall for a more intimate vibe however sitting at the bar top is absolutely encouraged. The entire lounge is dimly lit but that makes the ambiance even better. The service was absolutely phenomenal as the mixologist was so knowledgeable, took their time with presentation, explaining the menu and even giving recommendations. I also really enjoyed the artwork. Overall 10/10 Highly Recommend!!!!

I stopped here with a friend after having seen it posted on instagram and boy is this place cute. It looks like a post office when you walk in and we had to have an employee come out and show us how to "secretly" get in, but that was all part of the fun! It's very chic and small inside. Aaron was our bartender and he made some delicious cocktails and added to the fun of experience. I highly, highly recommend stoping here if you're in the area!

Pink Mimosa with cotton candy/Black Manhattan both amazing

I usually wouldn't give a place 5 stars if I was just there for a drink, but this pistachio martini was just too good, and I'm still thinking about it days later. And the interior of this place was cool. I want to come back the next time I'm in town. I got the Banana Bread Espresso Martini because I was interested... hadn't heard of it before. But it was just okay. It was kind of watery, and mine had pieces of ice in it. I guess it was just hard to go from the creaminess of the pistachio one to the more bitter banana bread one. All in all, cool place, great happy hour prices, and really delicious, unique pistachio martini! Go here even just for that. See ya next time; thanks for having me!

To note: it's a small place and reservations are imperative. They don't allow standing room in order to keep the intimate feel, so plan ahead. I've been able to walk in and grab a seat at the bar, but this place is in high demand and frequently fills up. There's a 2hr time limit on tables to ensure a higher volume of patrons may indulge these unique, craft cocktails and award winning bites.

The menu is very limited and there are so many upcharges. I do appreciate the happy hour pricing on weekends too though. Presentation is nice though. I ordered the confit wings $20 and they were really dry and so very un-confit like. I wanted to try 2 different sauces so the server said I can only do that if I get them on the side. But I know other places have much crunchier, juicier wings even plain. The sauces were just okay. No side of ranch and wish there were some carrots thrown in. Bonus points for having some fun board and card games stocked that you can borrow from the front! That was neat! BF is friends with a worker here and he was great! He was effusive, warm, solicitous and really helpful. If we go back here, it'll be for the brunch since that menu looked more interesting. I've been here in 2024 for The Watson speakeasy as well so very familiar with the area.

First day having an appetite after a bug I decided to meet a buddy for a couple drinks and my dinner. Everything was fine until a couple bites into my Butcher Burger, wtf is this? Wax paper from the cheddar cheese. Cooking and grilling 101... DO NOT KEEP WAX PAPER (or whatever the hell it is made of not to mention all the other crap that I'm sure reacts well to heat and oven temps) DO NOT KEEP WAX PAPER ON CHEESE TO CONSUME AND CERTAINLY NOT ON A GRILL. Fantastically disgusting texture that takes a second to say "wtf was that" as you're conversing with your buddy. The server/bartender did her best, but the manager... well I just said out loud, "I've got Crohn's disease, I don't know what'll happen with that!" "Oh you'll be okay." Are you a doctor? A gastroenterologist? Any kind of digestive expert? No. After getting free two or three bites of a burger a losing any appetite I finally got back, I got a free Coors banquet! My buddy and I met there to have a couple drinks so I did pay for two mixed drinks and his beer, fighting the nausea that was ensuing, since I just ate cheese paper. Then the best Christmas gift of all, finally succumbing to the nausea and throwing up whatever would come up. Utterly fantastic Christmas Eve Eve.

They did such a great job of celebrating me for my birthday with a glass of wine and a birthday card waiting for me. I loved walking into this place. It had such a cool vibe. They had a ton of things that were gluten-free that made my life easier, including fried calamari and artichokes, which were delicious. I had the Chef special which was cod and orzo. The cod was probably the best I've had in a really long time. The bartenders were so friendly so nice and really good at suggesting menu items. They had an extensive drink menu and the smoked old-fashioned smelled amazing although I didn't get that. I wasn't 100% impressed with my drinks, but that had nothing to do with the way that they were made just my personal preference.
