As far as the service I was impressed that she took the time to map my brows to compliment my bone structure, which I haven't had done at other places. She also didn't over shape them, they really enhanced my face without looking too "done". In the past I have been hesitant to have my brows waxed because my skin is extremely sensitive, it's usually left red and I get those little irritation bumps. Not with Sabrina! One waxed everything off forgetting I was getting a play boy, and the other time the girl doing my playboy didn't do it correctly. I assumed she didn't know what a triangle playboy looked like because when she was done , it didn't look like a triangle at all. And staff gets rude when you tell them how you wanted it after not going it correctly. Not coming back to this locations again. Staff needs to be trained more. Staff also needs to confirm what kind of wax the client is getting before waxing everything off .

I used to frequent this hotel a lot for their amazing restaurant- Watertable (that's a whole other review) Calling to book the appointment was very easy. I had to put a credit card down (like most spas) my treatment was at 1:15 and the woman on the phone told me I could get there as early as 9 AM to use all the amenities (pool, sauna and etc) When I arrived, Vincent, was working valet and helped me out. He showed me exactly how to get to the spa. (You get free valet parking with your spa service) I will say, the spa is pretty far from the main hotel lobby entrance. It does have nice views and the place is spotless. It is easy to find though. They have tons of signs pointing you into the direction of the spa. Once you get to the spa it's tucked away in gorgeous greenery with a little bridge that takes you over a little koi fish pond When I got to the spa, the girl at the desk was amazing (I wish I got the names of everyone) she checked me in, she asked if I had any allergies, asked if I had any health issues they needed to be aware of and etc. She was on point. She then asked if it was my first time there (it was my first time) so then she immediately paged another staff member to show me around. She gave me the whole walk through, showed me how to use the lockers and everything. She was great as well I did use the sauna before and after my 50 minute massage which included hot stones They had a lovely water station with your typical spa water. They also had a big bucket of ice (which I love having ice. The colder my drink, the better) They also had a tea station. They had honey, cinnamon sticks and other things at the tea station available. Yet you have to go to the desk to ask for the tea bags When I got to the waiting room (relaxation room where you wait to be called for your treatment) they had a lovely set up. Really nice comfortable couches, they had chairs right by the fireplace, they had fruit, they had some baked goods and then I saw the menu for food you can order and they had drinks you could order (food and drinks were for a price. But the little baked goods were free) they had a banana bread and these delicious bars with jam. They also had a variety of nuts, trail mix and etc with little cups you could put them in I had the pleasure of getting Brittney. She was absolutely great. She took me to the treatment room and gave me a minute to get undressed and situated on the table. She asked if the table was warm enough for me. She was great at asking if I wanted light or medium. I told her just to wing it. I did have a LOT of knots in my back on the right side. So she went for it lol. The pressure was at times a little too hard for my taste. But if it makes me feel better in the long run, I don't mind. Plus, I could have told her to lighten up at any time. I really did not want this to end. I felt great afterwards. They had very clean showers They had everything from mouth wash, spray deodorant, hair dryers to use and everything else you'd find at your nice spas. They have a cute little shop where you check in / check out. They had a good amount of different beauty products, jewelry, clothing and other things you'd find at a place like this. The girl who checked me out was great (again, I wish I got the names of everyone) I would 100 percent come back. I'd love to have a girls day here with friends or try one of their facials next time I would have loved to take more photos of the spa, but please remember cell phone use is not for spas. I'd decided it wasn't meant to be but then Yelp happened and upon searching Pure Sugar's site she had an opening at 4pm today. I was apprehensive but all her reviews talked about how sweet, personable and how keen her attention to detail was. For once the people spoke truth!!! Brandy is AMAZING!!! Waxing lady bits is personal business and can be traumatizing with the wrong hedge slayer in there just rip'n up weeds like they not attached to a million nerve endings! I normally take a bottle of tea tree soothing lotion and slater it on in the car after Sugaring. I'm out of habit and forgot today so I was worried how my drive home was going to be. I worried for nothing, Brandy even did the deep breath in strong exhale moments for the tough spots without me even saying anything or asking for those pauses pre-lift. Her sugar was buttery soft and warm and she knew the right moment to change her ball. Ugh I can't stand when someone keeps trying to use a sugar ball turned cold and hard on me, that don't feel good mam, stop it!!! Not only was she clearly intuned she was thorough, she got her inspector gadget magnifying light and tweezed the rebellious kids right out. Lastly, I forgot to ask her what it was but she rub something on my skin and it simmered down so well that I didn't need to apply anything when I got home!!! Normally you have to pay for any kind of soothing cream for after care but Brandy obviously gets that it should be part of the service Plus what better way to guarantee return customer than making sure they have as comfortable of an experience as possible!
