We texted the estimator. Nothing. We called and a receptionist said someone would call us back. Then, nothing. After that became exhausting, against my will, I realized that I was unable to keep the roof that I thought I could not live without, forever. I had John Dominick Cusumano, Inc. rip my roof off and replace it with a new asphalt shingle roof. Dominick and Donna, their receptionist, were very helpful in selecting out a shingle that still gave the old-world charm of my Pennsylvania slate that was falling apart. Cusumano was able to put back my old copper snow guards & ridges on the new asphalt roof, giving the new roof the old look that I loved. They were also able to add a new copper valley and copper trim to a dormer and give the new copper that old tarnished green look to match the old existing copper. I was so happy with their work that shortly after, I had them build a walk-in closet for my wife. After they had finished, I realized that there were too many shelves for shoes and not enough for clothes. After conveying this to Dominick, he sent his workers back the following week and reconstructed the closet to my wife's liking. The owners, Dominick and his brother, John are two exceptional gentlemen. They run a professional business and are very nice with their customers.
