Came for an open mic night on first Wednesday of the month and the lineup was decent. But what really got me going was their Rib Plate special $13 and literally the best ribs I think I've ever had. Thank you Luke for tip and great service! Tots and slaw as well were delicious but the ribs melted right in your mouth and fell completely off the bone with just a tap. Also boiler maker special with Redemption Bourbon and choice of beer which was $13 as well. Can't be beat!

Had a nice time at The Wayfarer tonight! The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt. The Friday night house band Sega Genocide delivers countless memorable hits from the 90's and 2000's that keep the crowd dancing and singing along. The food menu has a lot of stand out items, and there are a number of craft beers on tap. Other nights of the week are filled with touring and local bands, that help keep the OC live music seen thriving and vibrant. I remember seeing the Last Anarchists Standing here and they were memorable to say the least. Bring your friends and let yourself go at The Wayfarer. A good time is here for all comers. Enjoy!

Drove out here to see another tribute band called Legend Zeppelin. I had bought my tickets in advance through Eventbrite and had the ticket loaded on my phone's wallet. They don't have a scanner for the QR code so I had to show an email or be on the printed list with the names of all the prepaid tickets. Despite this drawback the staff was very nice and I enjoyed a night listening to some classic rock music.

This place definitely deserves zero stars! I came here with about a group of 20 people for the Death Cab Karaoke event last Saturday night. We were all having a great time until the bartender started being rude to my fiancé! When my fiancé and a friend of ours went to the bar to grab another drink the bartender responded by saying, "Fuck that! You tip like shit! I'm not serving you"! He also slammed the bottle that was in his hand against the bar top as he said that comment. First of all, my fiancé was tipping every single time he bought drinks! Secondly, tipping is not mandatory! After the comment was made, my fiancé walked away and went outside because he no longer felt welcomed. He did not react or talk back to the bartender whatsoever but as he walked outside of the venue one of the bartenders walked outside and stood in front of venue with one of the staff members at the entrance booth. They were watching my fiancé because they probably were assuming that he might react to what the bartender said. When our party decided to leave the event my fiancé said have a good night to the bartender and the other staff member standing in front. But they both defensively responded by saying, "What did you say"!? As my fiancé repeated himself both the guys ignored him and didn't say anything back to him. It was a bummer because we had a great time at the event and the venue was nice but the bartender was just rude! Here's a photo of the bartender that refused to serve my fiancé!

Absolutely wonderful food for a bar. Nachos were amazing and would come back just for them. Cesar was a little underwhelming but the flavor of Nachos made up for it. Cute place for live music. pool. relaxing.

I've been listening to this band since the '90s, so hearing them live was such a fun nostalgic night. Of course everybody gets older, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that... let's just say maybe Dispatch should now be called UB80. Bad joke, but it had to be done. let's face it. That's the dream to do what you love till you're dying day. I'm down for that. I'm definitely that girl. I'll go see you No matter what age if I love you! I love this outdoor amphitheater. The tickets were very reasonably priced, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it felt like the perfect starter concert to set the summer off right. I'm already planning my return for Sugar Ray and English Beat on July 23.A little tip: if you drink, the venue advertises cocktails, but it's mostly canned beverages. I'm sober so it didn't matter to me, but good to know ahead of time. Also bring cozy clothes because it definitely got chilly once the sun went down.Overall, such a great summer vibe and an easy five stars from me.

From the parking which was seventy-five steps to the main gate (we arrived two hours before show time), to the smooth entrance via the X-ray machine, the friendly employees, the easy access to the restroom, snack bar, souvenir booth and finally to our seats inside the venue. Everything was a smooth as can be when attending a concert. We only had kettle corn and even that was delicious. The sound here is AMAZING!! The view was perfect and the seats though hard, were comfortable. 8,000 seat venue is the prefect size to catch a concert and my family and I will definitely be returning here in the future

The whole experience is what makes it special--the ambiance, the Latin flavors, the service, everything is on point. But what really sets it apart is the folklórico dance performance. You don't just eat here, you get a full experience. It feels like a beautiful little piece of Spain brought to Costa Mesa. The dinner is like a full three-course experience while you watch the dancers, and it's just so memorable and unique. If you're in Orange County, this is a must-visit spot--you really should treat yourself at least once. No wonder this tour is called the FACE OFF tour! Dance with the Dead and Magic Sword brought their kick$&* danceable energy and the crowd went wild! So, the concert was 5/5! The venue was 4/5-love the intimate space, appreciated that the sound was balanced and not too loud. However, the parking situation was crazy. I realize the street construction by Santa Ana wasn't the venue's fault and they DID try to notify us that there would be detours... however, to designate three levels of parking as general-general; premier-general; and premier-premium is just stupidly confusing. We had the middle tier which made us think we went through the premier entrance but no, we had to do a U- turn in an already trafficky situation to go to the general entrance. Whatever. We got there. But maybe designate the tiers more succinctly and clearly?! Anyway the FACEOFF tour rocks! And the Observatory is still cool as a concert venue and we'll likely go again!

When I was approaching the metal detectors, I heard security say "screw it, let them in!" And stopped checking bags or people setting off the detectors in an effort to speed up the process.
