I have tried to give this place a chance but this is the second encounter where I have felt dismissed. My fiancé brought my ring and as per instructed we are to bring my ring every 6 months for a cleaning and inspection. Which I truly appreciate. My two visits I've had here were for that purpose. I have asked each time to just "leave my ring and to return later." My first encounter the gentleman at the check in desk didn't even acknowledge me and walked away. I waited for 10 mins. I had never been here before so I was not sure what the protocol was. I wandered into the showroom to ask for help and explained I just wanted to drop off my ring for its cleaning. I did express my frustrations with the sales woman and she was very kind and apologetic. But I never returned, instead I asked my fiancé to get it. My second encounter was pretty much the same. I got off the elevator and the waiting room was packed. Understandable it's after the virus and they were just opening. The front desk lady did acknowledge me but said we'll be with you in a few minutes. 5 mins later she asked what I was here for I explained again "I'D JUST LIKE TO DROP OFF MY RING AND RETURN LATER." She just took my name and walked off. 10 mins later I'm still waiting to just leave my ring. Then she takes two other customers rings and assists with their cleaning. Ma'am I just want to drop it off! She comes back and you could just tell she forgot about me. Another sales woman approached me and that's what reminded her THAT I JUST WANTED TO DROP IT OFF. As I left they gave me card and told me to make n appointment for something like this next time. Wish they would have said that when we called previously. This review is very late, but i can talk about my entire experience from beginning to end! My husband and I probably went to about 10+ ring shops before we finally decided to walk into The Wedding Ring Shop on a random day. I wanted a Sapphire as my center stone and we were having problems finding one anywhere. LORAH ASHLEY was our salesperson and showed us different settings that would have worked for us. They didn't have any stones in at the moment, but she was amazing and flew 2 in from the mainland in just 3 days! We didn't purchase anything then, but her and my now-husband had continued to work together to create the perfect ring! I was blown away by how perfect my dream ring had come out. My husband is a perfectionist and he was so happy as well. Months later, we went straight to her to design/customize our wedding bands. Again, she gave us amazing service and in 2 days, our perfect wedding bands were purchased. I was so worried that once it came out my husband wouldn't like it, but LORAH ASHLEY was so patient with me and all my questions. She was available pretty much every single day at every time. There wasn't a day she didn't respond to me and calm my nerves. When the bands came in LORAH ASHLEY planned a surprise for my husband and said that just my band had come in for us to look at. When we got to our appointment, she brought his ring out and he was blown away. He absolutely LOVES his ring and never wants to take it off. This review is in regards to purchasing wedding bands at The Wedding Ring Shop. My husband purchased my engagement ring here so we decided to also order our wedding bands here as well. Helena helped with sizing and deciding on our wedding bands. When we called and decided to move forward with our selections, they told us Helena no longer works there and will be assigned to a new sales employee. This is where is went downhill. When we were trying to place our order they did not have the correct ring styles and sizes (that Helena helped with). When things finally became organized on their end, communication wasn't the best, and we had to call multiple times to check on the status of our order as they never followed up. We received our wedding bands and my husbands band is too loose! We call and ask if they can take it in as this was the size Helena recorded down as his size and they told him it would be $150 for shipping plus additional fees for taking in the wedding band. We went to three jewelers in our area and they all measured the wedding band 10.75 and said, he needs a 10. Even though we had a great experience ordering my engagement and wedding band, we did not have the same experience with my husbands. I would not recommend this establishment as they do not take responsibility for their doing and unwilling to fix something they did incorrectly. read more

We visited the store without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and were checked in very quickly. We were helped by three different associates that day, which was not ideal, so I recommend you make an appointment. Each associate was very knowledgeable about rings and diamonds, but Jeannette was by far the most helpful! We got to an agreement and he also went the extra mile and emailed Noam carver himself asking if it's possible to get this special ring made. Noam told jock he never made one in rose gold yet we'll besides the showcase one. And he also said he'll make it himself after hearing about me and Subi (Lauren's) story and also how I was going to propose. After ordering it and getting it made, it came in!! Jock stayed in contact with me and sent me pictures and videos of the ring but he said "I had to check it out in person" So when I found time to go down and see it for myself. I was in shock!!! It's exactly what I wanted for Subie (Lauren). Jock also showed me that Noam upped the diamonds and also said it's the only one in rose gold ever made (for now lol). And I was like DAMN!!! His work is amazing!!! His work is hand made and so unique. That's why I wanted this one ring he made. It's not like other rings. I really recommend to everyone that is looking for that perfect ring to get your help from my great friend Jock Mendonca. He's really a great guy. He's not only a salesman but a great best friend. With all the wedding planning commotion we did NOT want to be sorting through different places for wedding bands, and do not regret the wedding ring shop being the only store we looked at for our bands. All the rings are gorgeous and the employees are very helpful and attend to you even if you aren't their main customer. We walked in on a Saturday in the summer just on a whim not expecting to find anything (we didn't make an appointment prior) and we were helped immediately. I would recommend making an appointment just to be safe.. TWR is the only retailer for hearts on fire, the brand of both of our bands. No interest for one year. Overall very satisfied with the quality and customer service from Shirley, she calls to confirm appts with me and if she is unavailable that someone else will help me. I've had appointments for my engagement ring to get rhodium ripped/cleaned, and consult if I should resize my ring. Parking is downstairs and easy. My boyfriend surprised me by taking me ring shopping, we started at places like Zales, Ben Bridge and Kay. But we didn't see anything that really caught our eyes.
