Nice Hotel, comfortable room, comfortable bed. Good gym. A broken weight bench, the pulley machine is missing a few handles but overall not bad. You can get in a good workout. It's a nice hotel.

I want this mirror in my own bathroom at home.

Best front desk service I've ever had. Everyone here is so nice and accommodating. Had some last minute changes that were needed for our reservation and everyone we encountered at the front desk collectively worked out the kinks and made our stay exceptional. Beautiful upgraded rooms and efficient gym. I hope our expo is here again next year.

Check in was great! Quick, and friendly staff. Came here for a weekend wedding reception and wedding brunch. Very clean, plenty of shops and restaurants with many places in close proximity and walking distance. Near O'Hare airport. Parking is crazy at $37 and discounted because of the event but still not cheap. Great size room, spacious with wonderful fluffy beds and blackout curtains. My only issue was the tub, it did not drain properly. They have late check out. Everything at the reception and brunch was fantastic. I would stay here again but it is pricey.

Clean Lobby. They have huge confence halls and staff are very prompt. Bathrooms are also very clean.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The blackout curtains overlap by about a foot so you have complete blackout. Called and spoke to Noel at 1145 PHX time to request a feather free room due to allergies. We arrived at 1709. With a 3 a.m. wake up, it's just inconvenient. There was no note of the feather free room. It only took them about 10 minutes to accommodate. So we are grateful for that. The hotel restaurant is very nice. They don't have a concierge room.

They have a really large Starbucks in the lobby and that is got plenty of room for meeting and a variety of seating.

I recently attended the #KAAN conference at the Westin, I did not stay at the hotel. But through the conference, I was on two different levels of the hotel and many different conference rooms. I also ate at their Benchmark restaurant twice, ate at Starbucks almost daily and went to the bar twice. The conference I went to was over 300 people so the central event space was the large ballrooms off of the ground floor across from Starbucks. Lots of circular round tables held our whole crowd and food was often set up in the hallway outside of the doors so that it didn't take up space in the ballroom. There was also a small room adjacent to the ballroom, where we could set up vendors and sellers tables. There were plenty of clean restrooms on either end of the ground floor. I never had to wait. I visited several conference rooms on the ground floor right by the ballroom, and several that were on the ground floor at the complete other end of the hotel. There was actually another conference going on that was just as large as ours, and it never felt too crowded. We also used several conference rooms, on other floors. I only visited the ones on the third floor. These were larger, had a restroom right in the sweet, had a work space in the back as well suite that either held round tables or "circle within a circle" seats. One thing I thought of was a plus is that in the atrium space where you can wait for your Uber while sitting in air-conditioning, on the TVs they often showed the local flights so you know if yours is running on time. One thing I wish they could've done a little bit more of is a few better options for vegan breakfast at the conference. Between the restaurant that they have in the options that are available at their Starbucks, I wound up buying breakfast both days since I wanted more than fruit and coffee. Bagel with avocado or hummus (continental), or oatmeal (warm breakfast) would be great! Plus then you could drop a bunch of the berries in the oatmeal. Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a conference. They were even able to accommodate a last-minute request from us to set up a DJ. Maybe next year I will stay at the hotel.

Dining: We dined at Thorn Restaurant & Lounge, located in the hotel lobby, and everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable, and the cocktail menu did not disappoint. I highly recommend the Not So Old Fashioned -- definitely order it smoked! During our business meeting, we ordered breakfast, and I was blown away by the portion sizes. That breakfast burrito with the oven-roasted potatoes could honestly keep you full all day! Accommodations: The rooms are stunning. The décor throughout the property is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. My bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large shower provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the charming old-school Frigidaire in the room -- such a fun touch! Service: From the front desk staff to the restaurant team, everyone was warm, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel even checked in with me via text throughout my stay, and when I requested extra pillows, they arrived promptly. This was my first time staying at this property, but it definitely won't be my last. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! #YelpEliteSquad

You can track it at TrackMyShuttle.com with code 2930, which is a lifesaver once you realize "every 30 minutes" can sometimes mean "whenever it feels like it" but it's nice being able to see where the shuttle is in real time on the map and I found it accurate. ** If you're at Terminal 2, head to baggage claim and out Door 2C. ** At Terminals 1 or 3, take the escalators down to terminal 2, door 2C ** And if you're at Terminal 5, brace yourself. You'll need the tram to Terminal 2 then walk outside to 2C. Walking is technically possible, but unless you've trained for a marathon, just...don't. ------------------------------------ When I landed (Friday, 10:30 PM), I waited forever for the shuttle. Eventually realized I could've just hopped on the Westin shuttle and walked over, about an 8 min walk. This is easily doable if you don't have a lot of luggage. Learn from my pain. Hampton Inn is only 10 minutes from O'Hare airport. Once I finally got there, though? Not bad at all. My King Suite was spotless, fridge, microwave, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Better than I expected. For $148 a night, it's a solid deal, especially for work travel. The complimentary breakfast (6- 10am) was actually good, real food, not the "toast and hope" situation you sometimes get at free continental breakfasts. All in all: once you survive the shuttle saga, the stay itself is clean, comfortable, and surprisingly pleasant. It's right next to the Orthopaedic Learning Center, so it's very convenient (1 min walk) if you need to attend any events there. Trust me, after a full days surgical course it's so nice to just easily walk back to your hotel hassle-free. Taco Bell and Small Cheval walking distance right across the street too!

My room had a great view of downtown Rosemont, and the bed was huge, very comfortable and clean sheets. Consistent with the quality of come to expect from Hilton, there was daily housekeeping. The conference spaces where the seminar was held, were clean, stocked with snacks, and had good acoustics.
