I had an appointment at 9am for a yellow caliper color change and when I got there I was told that they have to create the color that I had already asked for prior before to making the appointment. I waited over an hour before they even got the paint ready. They took my car to the back almost 2 hours later and said they would get started. Over 4 hours later I tell them that I need to pick up my kids at 3 and asked for an update. I was told it was almost done several times and that they were going to put on the caliper decals. Time continues to pass and now I'm late to go get my kids and am extremely frustrated. I look at the guy painting my calipers after telling him multiple times that I have to leave and he keeps giving me the run around. I later see yellow caliper spray floating out of the area where he is working..so it's almost 3PM and he is still painting my calipers! I get my car back at around 250PM after forcing them to give me my car and still had to drive 30 minutes to get my kids. Mind you I was told when I first arrived that my car would take around 3 to 4 hours and should be done by 1pm My calipers were still wet.. I had drips and areas still not painted and tape still over the decals. The rear calipers didn't even have decals on them. I had over spray on all 4 fenders of my car and spent another hour when I got home getting off all the over spray off of my almost 7k PPF on my car They had my car for over 4 hours once the paint was ready and it seems like the guy got started on my car within the last hour of me being there. I am so disappointed and frustrated with all the time wasted at this place. I called off work for this and was late in getting my kids and didn't even leave for what I paid for . I called the location to speak with someone and they are purposely ignoring me and not being helpful in fixing the problem. Also I went back a couple days after to try to resolve the situation and get them redone on the front two calipers and the pictures are the result from the second time! read more

The worst customer service EVER!! Brought in my daughters crack rim (1 rim) yesterday August 8th at 10:02 am, they said they could fixed it and have it ready by tomorrow August 9th after 1:30pm. We arrive 8/9 at 1:52pm, employee says, gives us another 20-30 mins and it'll be ready, then after 40 mins pass, he says, gives us another 30 mins, it'll be ready. It is now 3:36 and the tire is still NOT READY?! 1 tire rim is getting fixed and it seems like we're fixing 4 rims! When we arrived, they should have said, we apologize but can you come back in 2 or 3 hours! dropped these guys my wheel on Saturday at 3:30 claimed it would be ready by Monday due to Easter which I was ok with took these guys almost 8 days just got my wheel back yesterday on Friday but I had my dad pick it up due to work so I wasn't able to see the rim but it was poorly welded I kept calling every day to see the progress on the rim just for them to say "let me put on the wheel to see what its doing". once I texted the Instagram page is when they decided to do something to the wheel was charged 95 bucks just for poor quality work when they had the wheel for 8 days would definitely look for other places before coming here. read more

I've had the WORST experience with this company. Took my wheels in to get powder coated. Picked out a color with one of the employees and told they would be done within the week.I return and another employee explains to me that there was a miscommunication about the color I wanted. They were told I wanted black(my wheels were already gloss black) and the color the employee had me choose it's just a clear coat. I let that situation go, proceed to pick another color and told they would be done within the week AGAIN more specifically 11/21/25 after 0430pm ! I give them an extra day and return today 11/22/25 and told they still aren't done, due to weather related issues. They will constantly give you the run around at this place. read more

These guys wasted my time. We had planned to get my calipers painted Acid Green with Lamborghini (Font). I drove out here from Huntington Beach CA just so the guy at the front desk can tell me "we don't have the Lamborghini font in stock" like dude it's a minimum 1hr drive.... They offered to paint the calipers and have me come back Monday so they could install the fonts. But then I'd have dirty painted calipers with a Lamborghini font. You're supposed to paint and apply the fonts all in the same session. My recommendation Plan Out What You Plan To Have These Guys Do. So u don't wast your time and a Saturday like I did. read more

I took my car here last week to get the calipers painted, but unfortunately, the results didn't hold up. Just a few days later, the paint on the driver's side started chipping, and you can already see the red from the previous color showing through. I texted them about it, and they told me to come in right when they opened to get it fixed--which I did. But I ended up waiting 5 hours for my car to be ready again. I was the second customer in the door and saw people come and go with their cars being worked on. It seemed like they prioritized paying customers instead of making a past customer's car right; mine in this case. Expect to wait forever. First time they painted my calipers incorrectly and damaged my wheels/lug nuts took them only 7hours. I returned another day so they can touch up the work for it to take another 5 hours, still did not fix the issues. Told me they would do the mobile service and as expected never showed up. Had a bent/ cracked wheel so I messaged them on Instagram and they had told me $85 I sent them pictures in advance to get an accurate price, when I showed up they told me $125 even after I told them I had already gotten a price and me of course needing the wheel had no other option !! I wouldn't recommend this buisness I found a better shop called rayz customs in riverside I would recommend where they do quality work and give ACCURATE pricing. This review is only my experience dealing with the people at The Wheel Lab. After dropping my daughter's wheel off the employee, Pablo told us it would take about 2 days to repair a couple of hairline cracks in her wheel. After 3 days we checked up on the wheel and he mentioned it was still out being repaired. He said he would be sure to call us once it's finished. Pablo lied numerous times over the phone saying the wheel was still leaking we need more time. Just give us a couple more days. TWO WEEKS AND 1 DAY LATER we just decided to go pick up our wheel and we waited approx. 20 min. for someone to come drop it off and we see that THEY HAD NOT EVEN TOUCHED IT! Total waste of time. I went in for a curb rash repair, came out good but they forgot to tighten one of my lug nuts and i was left without one on my front passenger side contacted them to fix the issue and nothing yet. I would go here for a last resort now i have to replace all of them since I cant find the same ones I had on the car. Also they advertise 30min-1hour no appoinment needed I was the first one there soon as they opened nobody was there said it would take 2 hours to fix then somebody else came AFTER me and they took care of them first but its first come first serve. read more

On May 24th, 2024, I took my vehicle to The Wheel Lab to get the rear passenger side rim repaired due to a crack. I was told my vehicle would be ready by 4 p.m. I arrived at 4 p.m., an hour before closing, only to be told that I also needed a tire. I scrambled to find a tire and deliver it to them to finish my vehicle. When I arrived with the tire, I couldn't leave the shop because a vehicle parked behind me had its keys locked inside, and they needed to move it in order for me to leave. Later that evening, as I was driving, my car began to shake, and as I slowed down, my rear driver side tire completely came off my truck. I called AAA for assistance; however, they couldn't take the lugs off my other three rims to add to the fourth wheel because The Wheel Lab had kept my rim lock and not placed it back inside the vehicle. I later contacted The Wheel Lab and requested their insurance information to make a claim, but they denied me the info. I highly recommend that you do not take your vehicle to The Wheel Lab. I believe they made the error of taking off the wrong wheel and are the cause for putting my life in danger. Many other places would have taken forever or charged me to look at the wheel, but these guys were honest and helpful. If I need wheel work in the future I will go to them first. read more

Horrible service. I came twice and was told I would have my tires ready by a certain hour. The first time, I was told I will have it ready by 5 after bringing it in at 3 pm, only to wait and not be told I would be given any service. I waited an extra 5 hours outside the shop waiting for the guys to show up after they told me they would work on my tires after hours. I came the next day at 10 am and was told my tires would be ready in an hour. I didn't end up leaving until 4:30. They are liars and can't keep their word to their own customers. Very unorganized and very unjprofessional. Their instagram says same day, clearly not that case here. First and last time I recommend any bring their business here. read more

I really hate to write a negative review on any business but this establishment gave us very Poor customer service, they advertise that they do mobile work however after giving them a $300 deposit for next day service they never showed to our appointment! They did not call us to reschedule we had to call them and we're not able to reach them until the next day, they apologized and rescheduled for same day, ok gave them a chance and again no show!! The driver called to inform us they were running late but again never showed! The manager reached out to apologize and rescheduled again and assured us they would be there the following day (3rd time rescheduling) again no show! Poor customer service and will never recommend them to anyone! We had to show up early in the morning when they "open" (9:00am) to ask for our deposit back! They weren't even there to open up on time so we were sitting in the parking lot for a bit, eventually they showed up and provided a quick refund however never again will we utilize this place, we were looking forward to getting work done on multiple vehicles.
