I attended a Mardi Gras sneaker ball here and it was a time! This hotel is located directly across from Phipps Arena. You do have to pay for parking. It's an hourly rate, I ended up paying a little over $20 total. This event was well put together. They had buffet style brunch food. I've been to plenty of hotel galas and events and this was the best food I've ever had at one. I really enjoyed this hotel.

Amazing Hotel. Great location and a luxury collection. Enjoyed my stay. Walking distance to all the places I wanted to go. Great service, enjoyed the nespresso in my room. Good decor and fantastic Gym !! Lounge was very decent as well. At 3 mins of walking distance, parked my car at Lenox towers parking lot for overnight at $12 Vs $65 at the hotel. Covered and safe place. Was worried initially but it worked out great !

Great room and snack from the Whitley team, thank you!

Staff here is amazing, the hotel and rooms are clean and the a/c blows cold! High recommend, great location.

This place is amazing - from the time you pull up you're treated like royalty. The valet opens your car door - the bellhop grabs your bags, opens the door for you and escorts you to check In. We were upgraded to the 22nd floor with a corner room. Shortly after getting to our room a bottle of wine was sent up to us. The bed was comfortable and there was a couch by the window with a view. The robes in the room were nice. The restaurant however was a disaster - the service was spotty, not all dishes came out - we had to keep reminding them what our order was - also we could never get a seat at the bar while we were there. It was crowded the entire weekend - I will say that there were a lot of company parties going on - so maybe that's why

I stayed at Whitely due to a midtown event. This was my firsta time staying at this hotel chain from Marriott. I truly enjoyed the experience and very nice hotel and properly maintained. The room was spacious and clean. It had nespresso machine for coffee making with half a dozen pods free of cost so enjoyed that great coffee as well. The gym was crazily good .. huge plus all the equipment you could dream of ! Absolutely awesome ! Water bottles, fresh towels and huge and clean bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The lounge was decent - with good choice for breakfast. I had an overall great experience.

This review is for the wine tasting that was held at the Whitley. I absolutely adore the Whitley. It's such a luxurious modern day hotel with elements of traditional clam. The tasting was delicious. We literally tasted over five different types of wine and the charcuterie board spread was divine. Full of delicious fresh cheeses, different various meats and amazing olives. The tasting was paired with the chefs catered plates that accompanied different wines as we enjoy the night. They had a wonderful photographer on staff that took our pictures and you were sent tour copies . Highly recommend attending any of their experiences. It's always an amazing time.

Supposedly upscale hotel that was a disappointment. Branded as The Whitley a luxury collection, I could honestly say,it is a failed attempt at luxury!!! First off - let's start with the rooms. They are nice, little bit outdated. Bed is comfy. My pillows were dirty, outlets didn't work, so I had to unplug the lamps to plug-in my computer. Water pressure on the 10th floor was low, and toilet didn't flush all the way! Customer service: well another awful thing. I wanted room service, and the online menu was not functional. I called the front desk and they re-routed me supposedly to in-room dining. Nobody was answering. I repeated the process except this time nobody at the front desk answered. I called 4 more times and finally asked for the manager. Few minutes later I got a call from someone asking me why do I need a manager!!! I said I cannot order food. The manager never called but sent Cody over to my room so I can place an order. Thanks to Cody - this is not a one star review!!! Next the hotel bar!!! Drinks are stiff but you will wait 20-25 minutes for a drink on a Friday night. Parking: valet is $62. I live in Vegas and top hotels don't charge that much. Additionally, I had to call several times to get my car. About 35-40 minutes wait time. Abraham who runs this crew is not terrible pleasant with customers, but he makes that up by being just awful with his employees. All in all - I would stay here again!

I stayed at The Whitley and truly enjoyed my visit. The bed felt amazing. I slept like a baby. The food was delicious, and the omelet I ordered from downstairs was fresh and flavorful. My room included a fully stocked bar, which was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions about local places to explore. The location is perfect, with most essentials within walking distance. I would definitely come back!

    "Tipsy Tea" service
    Mahauganee S.

We went on a Sunday (on my birthday!) for "tipsy tea." It was like a normal high tea experience with the tiered tray of assorted sandwiches and pastries, but with cold teas that were spiked with different types of gin. Given the location, the ambience is upscale. Tea was served in a little nook that was an offshoot of the lobby bar, and blocked off as a private area for teatime. There was one other group doing tea at the same time as us and one bartender who handled servicing the tea area. The bartender did a great job of explaining the tease and specifically introducing the gins. we had one tea where the heaviest flavor was peach and one where the heaviest flavor was cucumber. Both were tasty individually and when mixed together. They allowed us to order refills, which was nice given that the full experience is 2 hours long. We ended up leaving after about 90 minutes perfectly tipsy rather than staying to continue drinking more. Overall, this was a 3.5 star experience for me as far as high tea experiences in the city. It was a preset menu rather than one where you get to make selections, but it was enjoyable. The key is in having the right company with you!!

I loved my stay at the Whitley Atlanta! I look forward to my next visit. We actually happened upon it because we were left in a lurch with other lodging that didn't workout and couldn't have picked a better place. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly, cheery and helpful and when I needed something it was sent up timely. The bed was comfortable and I slept mostly well. And the property is beautiful, chic, well kept and felt secure. There are a couple reasons it slightly missed the mark for a full five stars. Firstly, the room booked was a "Deluxe" however it's not clear what makes it deluxe as the website doesn't clearly outline the differences (the descriptions read the same!) and we were placed on the side of the hotel closest to the road. This is important to highlight as the road noise was at times unbearable with sirens and traffic making it harder to sleep. The other side of the hotel has a view of the ATL skyline that I would have deemed to be more of a "deluxe" amenity. Additionally the room details both robe and slippers and I didn't find any slippers. It's not a big deal and I probably could've just asked for it but considering the rate difference between the standard and deluxe I would've assumed it'd already be featured. Anyway none of this was really a deal breaker for me as the hotel was otherwise above and beyond my expectations. Lastly, this may be better reserved for the restaurant and bar on property, but the staff experience in the restaurant and bar was starkly different than that of the hotel staff as they were far less hospitable.

Wow! To say I'm impressed is an understatement! While I usually stay downtown for my work trips, the usual hotels were sold out so I ventured over to Buckhead and stayed at The Whitley! Upon arrival, I could tell it was going to be a lovely experience! The entire hotel was decorated for the holidays and it looked stunning with the greenery and white lights. Once inside, I went to check in and the staff was super helpful and incredibly friendly! They also had candy bowls out which I loved (I have a bad sweet tooth). I was quickly given my keys and off to my room I went. The room itself was clean and pretty too with an amazing view at evening. I put my stuff down and then went to the lounge which again was very nice and had everything I needed (tea, coffee, salad, and dessert). The next parking I went to the gym where they had a pretty good setup with cardio equipment (including peloton bikes) and plenty of weights). Each day was a good experience at this hotel. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again and was very happy with everything.

I was super excited because I've never been here but have heard nothing less than stellar things and I must say from the time I pulled up to the valet on a Friday at 4:30 in the afternoon, the staff did everything they could to make us feel like we were the only ones in the building. Luckily when I arrived things were fairly calm so getting all settled with the valet service took less than three minutes and he was kind enough to let me know exactly where to go for further assistance after asking me if I knew where I was headed. Starting off with a smile and kindness is always the way to a great experience. Once I made my way inside, I was immediately taken by the grandness of the lobby area and the front desk reception staff member was hilarious and made me feel like royalty even though I wasn't a true guest. I'm just saying, pleasant interactions can go a loooonnngggg way. She called up to my friend's room, walked me to the elevator, asked if I needed any further assistance and told me exactly how to get there. Once I got off the elevator, I fell in love with the calming lavender smell that moved through the hallway and my goodness, this place was just quiet. The room itself was spacious, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the balcony area was a nice retreat to just hang outside and enjoy a nice evening since it wasn't full on stifling GA heat that night. We called to room service several times and it was as though we called and they would just appear with what we needed in a matter of second. Pure magic. We made our way to Bar Margot for apps and drink and enjoyed the DJ for a bit before we made our way back to the room. The service was good. The food was good and they happily validated our parking so that was wonderful. Such an amazing experience here. Now I understand why folks like staying here because you truly feel like your every need is taken care of!

My first interaction was with Kenny, who was warm, professional, and reassuring before I even arrived. He made me look forward to the reservation, and when I met him in person, he was somehow even more welcoming. Kenny set the tone, and the tone was: "Relax, we have you." Alex in valet deserves the utmost praise. He remembered me, welcomed me back, and treated me with consistent kindness and professionalism throughout my stay. Every interaction was pleasant, and he carried himself as an absolute gentleman. Ralph was equally courteous and professional. Both Alex and Ralph gave me complete peace of mind regarding my vehicle and belongings. Their integrity was evident in the way they conducted themselves. I never felt the need to worry, double-check, or clutch my pearls. I knew everything was being handled by men whose character naturally inclined them to do the right thing. Sharika was kind, patient, and refreshingly pleasant. She answered questions and handled requests without making me feel as though I had violated hotel policy and needed to appear before a disciplinary tribunal. She was informative without being condescending and professional without being cold. We love an interaction that does not require emotional recovery afterward. Jenna made a dinner recommendation that exceeded my expectations so thoroughly that I ordered the same meal again the following night. No notes. She understood the assignment, submitted it early, and received full credit. Phillip at the bar has a direct, matter-of-fact communication style, but the man is talented. Tell him what flavors you enjoy and allow him to create. The custom cocktail he made for me was so good that the guest seated beside me asked about it and ordered the same drink. She was not even much of a drinker, yet the cocktail converted her. That beverage had its own outreach ministry. Paulo was kind, attentive, and professional. When I dropped a piece of paper, he immediately came from behind the desk to retrieve it for me. It may sound like a small gesture, but good manners are never small. Also, one less occasion for me to perform an elegant squat in a dress, so thank you, sir. Ariel was exceptional. She listened fully, anticipated exactly what I needed, and provided information before I could even ask the follow-up questions. She was thoughtful, perceptive, and extremely thorough. The interaction felt like speaking with a highly competent friend who happened to work for the hotel and already knew what chapter I was on. The only noticeable miss was Justin. His manner came across as condescending and passive-aggressive, particularly in the way he addressed me. The interaction stood out because the remainder of the staff consistently demonstrated such warmth, courtesy, and professionalism. Overall, the hotel felt safe, polished, and well managed. My stay took place during a busy FIFA weekend, yet the staff remained composed, attentive, and gracious. I was not expecting anyone to stand nearby waving a palm leaf or feeding me grapes. I simply wanted to be treated with kindness, competence, and respect, and that is overwhelmingly what I received. Kudos to the management team for cultivating a staff that clearly understands hospitality. I've only checked in & walked around the properly but first impressions- super cute boutique inn…read more The decor was picked very precise for this property- it's very sheek & playful. The check-in was very welcoming, uplifting with a smile & I was offered a welcoming glass of champagne The room and bathroom have everything anyone would usually need, plus some nice extras! The Wi-Fi is open so it is extremely easy to login but I'll be curious about the strength once we start our business work day tomorrow. I'm on the 3rd floor, street side of the inn so we'll see about noise tonight.... Note: one of the extras was ear plugs. Ha! Ok I'm back to update the rest of my review now that I'm back home! The hotel itself- I would come back again and again! Yes 5 star The meeting room- 3 star We had to have each presenter sit at the front of the room with their laptop plugged into the HDMI instead of being able to mirror or launch up onto the screen. This wasn't the best experience. And to boot, the hotel tech guy came down and was zero help. Boo! The restaurant- 4 star I personally had the deviled eggs (obviously) they were good, not amazing because they were extremely salty. Yes, they had caviar atop but the salty flavor was in your face BIG! I also had the pork chops, they were a bit dry but the coleslaw on top helped ease the dryness with additional flavor. The rest of the team seemed to have liked their beet salad, fish, short ribs (I heard they were very rich) and chicken. The free coffee in the room is awesome with the kettle although, I got the free coffee in the mini store in the lobby! All the goodies were there, SF syrup, real sugar, fake sugar, creamer, oatmeal creamer. Loved this option and returned fir refills throughout out work day & it was always hot & ready! Another 5 star experience here. Let's get to the overall staff - Callie and Taral - High Five ladies!! The 2 valet guys at the front- awesome work gentlemen!!! So in all- I think a solid 4

My job had a contest and the grand prize was a one night stay at Hotel Clermont Atlanta by Olivier…read more Atlanta natives simply vall this The Clermont. I decided to use it in a Friday night as a refresher before my all work weekend. The location is in Midtown on Ponce De Leon. Very convenient location. It is central to a lot of businesses and restaurants. I arrived at check in and presented my paperwork for a free nights stay. I thought I would need to provide my credit card for incidentals but that was not the case. My room was a corner room. Impressive right away. I have never had a hotel room that had a hallway. Yes a hallway. The room was large and had additional seating. Let me add that this is a boutique style hotel. It has very eccentric and eclectic decor. The most amazing thing to me was the bathroom. It was huge and well laid out. There was a separate room for the toilet and to my surprise it had a windows in there. Never have I ever seen that before. I enjoyed using all of the amenities. My stay was for too short. I will definitely return. Thank you Clairmont.
