We sat to wait and a family came in as WALK INS and asked for TWO Pedicures. They came and took them before my Mother who called in!!! This was HORRIBLE! They continued to take walk ins even though seats were filled! We have never had this kind of service here before. Usually, it's a really good experience with excellent service. But today was an awful experience. Still waiting 1/2 hour after her appointment and she has still not been serviced!

Offered me the drink and color menus, didn't force an upsell on my gel pedi. He also didn't leave my toes looking professionally done. After an hour and 45 minutes in the chair, I left with concave (yea, dipping down in the middle, the opposite of natural) instead of straight nails, multiple areas where gel had cured onto my skin, and a swath of nail glue on my toe for some reason. I'll redo them at home, I don't want to spend another $56. But man, what a disappointment. I can't reshape them because they're so short.

My BF's tech noticed what I was witnesses and said something. After that one of them reluctantly came over to take care of me. It was a strange vibe and a bit irritating b/c I actually made an appointment and had already been waiting. So that is why I am taking a star away. Aside from that, the quality of the manicure/pedicures was excellent. I opted for a gel pedicure which came out perfect and my BF had a wonderful experience. She told me what was possible for my hair because I originally asked for a lighter color, but that wouldn't have worked since my hair was darker then. Not only that, but she worked with my already damaged hair and made sure not to damage it even more! Throughout the process, she talked to me about what she was going to do and had a conversation with me. At other places, the hair dressers are often quiet so this was a pleasant change for me. I haven't booked another appointment yet, but I would definitely come back when time permitting and whenever I have enough cash! (:

Then, when I asked to be re-seen to get my hair done since it looked like nothing had been done to my roots, they tried to convince me that I NEEDED bleach to lighten my hair (which would've cost me additional hundreds of dollars). Mind you, I have a dark brown hair color. Some time has passed and I've consulted multiple hair stylists and they all confirmed I DO NOT need bleach to get my roots the same color. When I complained to the owner, she said I needed to wait for the sun to lighten my hair?? Which is completely absurd. 2 months later and to no shock, my roots aren't lighter. I unfortunately would not recommend or be returning.

My biggest issue continues to be the OWNER repeatedly canceling my appointments. This has happened more than once, and it is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers arrange their schedules around appointments, and our time should be respected too. What makes this especially disappointing is that the cancellations are coming from the owner herself. As the owner of a business, I would expect you to set the example when it comes to reliability, communication, and customer service. If a customer repeatedly canceled appointments, I'm sure it would be considered unacceptable and they could potentially be charged a cancellation fee. So why should customers be expected to simply accept repeated cancellations from the business? I have tried to be patient, but there is only so much inconvenience a customer should have to tolerate. I am leaving this review because this was genuinely my experience, and other customers deserve to know what they may encounter when booking here.
