We had a total remodel of our backyard - new pool, waterfall, raised spa, fireplace, BBQ, wood and travertine deck, dog area, fencing and landscaping.  Working with The Artisan team really felt like we were working with Artist and professionals . Both Booking.com and the Inn at Saratoga handled it with so much understanding and compassion -- no hassle, no pushback, just genuine kindness during a stressful time. We already planned to keep coming back every year, but this experience made me want to leave a review specifically to recognize their customer service. German Roach Infestation Alert!…read more I arrived late at night, exhausted, and just wanted to rest. As I settled into bed, I spotted a German roach crawling across the wall right by my face. As a former pest control business owner, I knew immediately this wasn't a random bug -- this was a sign of a bigger infestation. I wanted to leave immediately but was too tired and had work the next day. I carefully kept my luggage closed and off the floor to avoid bringing any pests home. Unsurprisingly, I barely slept, feeling uneasy all night. By 5 a.m., I was up, checked out, and reported the issue. I canceled the rest of my reservation and requested a refund -- but they only offered $30 off. The lack of real concern or accountability from the staff was incredibly disappointing. Bottom line: NEVER AGAIN.

She took into account that I love to work out a lot and have to wear my hair up for work. Knowing all of that she took me in the right direction. The day of I arrived not knowing too much of what to expect out of the experience. She greeted me that morning with a coffee and a smile. We started with a hair toning so that my old color would blend well. It was clear Stacey knew what I was looking for and had those skills she took blending to a whole new level. The install went great we took breaks as needed and she powered through. She took that time to teach me all I needed to know about how to continue to care for my hair and loaded me up with goodies to take home as a starter kit. It really shows that she cares about your experience by her simply sending me home with the right products to trial, brush and hair towel. To me that meant she wanted me to have a good experience. She didn't just send me home with an amazon shopping list crossing her fingers that I may or may not figure it out she set me up for success! We set up a follow up appointment to check back in and be sure I was happy with my color and cut/ refine all of that at that time for growth. The hair has been a game changer.
