Stacey was nothing short of incredible. It is clear that she knows what she is doing. From start to finish she was patient, informative, and skilled. She was sure to help walk me through the whole process. First we picked hair type and color. She was great at educating me on the differences of hair since I had never had extensions. She took into account that I love to work out a lot and have to wear my hair up for work. Knowing all of that she took me in the right direction. The day of I arrived not knowing too much of what to expect out of the experience. She greeted me that morning with a coffee and a smile. We started with a hair toning so that my old color would blend well. It was clear Stacey knew what I was looking for and had those skills she took blending to a whole new level. The install went great we took breaks as needed and she powered through. She took that time to teach me all I needed to know about how to continue to care for my hair and loaded me up with goodies to take home as a starter kit. It really shows that she cares about your experience by her simply sending me home with the right products to trial, brush and hair towel. To me that meant she wanted me to have a good experience. She didn't just send me home with an amazon shopping list crossing her fingers that I may or may not figure it out she set me up for success! We set up a follow up appointment to check back in and be sure I was happy with my color and cut/ refine all of that at that time for growth. The hair has been a game changer. Major confidence gained, tons of compliments, and opened a whole new world for me. I would highly recommend The Beaty Resort and Stacey for all of your hair needs. I will include my before and after! As a follow up she was sure to text and check in and reiterate that she was there for support. I have finally found my perfect hairstylist! Was introduced to her, and could not be happier. She always makes my hair look fabulous, gives me suggestions on different things I can do, gives me great product advice so I can have my hair looking it's best. Dana is amazing! Every time we try something new I get so many complements! She is friendly, relaxed and very very professional! She listens, understand the vision and cuts in a way that has continuity. My hair grows out in the style we always intended. Same with color! Stacey is incredible and her salon is gorgeous. Literally the cutest decor I have ever seen in a salon. She is professional, but also makes you feel like you have known her your whole life. I needed several inches taken off the bottom but we talked options very candidly at length before she touched my hair. I walked in sporting a homeless-chic look (last cut was over 8 months ago) and she turned it into fabulous (not an easy task with the texture of my lion's mane and heat damage to it.) She talked to me about products that would suit my hair like a friend and not a sales rep.
