We still are in the idea stage, we met Jay, the original owner. A wonderful man and conversationalist. To change a space to more than a bedroom is a good use of a smaller property. Westerner has their own shaped frames that hold flat spline so securely that the screens will tear before they get loose, and that would only happen when the screens get really old. If you're looking for some weird or ancient metal/vinyl product, they probably know all about it, can make you something similar or give you the supplier if it still exists.

They provide hardscaping materials including decorative stone, sand, gravel, pavers, boulders among other services. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I like that you can take samples home and they're complimentary. They provide clear containers that you can fill with as many samples as you'd like, which is nice! Additionally they had a selection of large boulders that were fairly priced. Their selection of screen rock is good. We were hoping for a bigger selection but found the colors we were looking for. Pioneer is a great place to explore.
