I brought my iPhone 6s with a shattered screen in for repair. It was done within 30 minutes but I…read morediscovered the fingerprint scan wasn't working. I brought it back and he figured out the issue and had that fixed in another 15 minutes. I felt it was worth the $125 to get it fixed while I was shopping and the price is as good as anywhere else. I left as a satisfied customer. Edit: screen has been intermittently dimming and sometimes goes out completely. Looks like they use the cheapest parts they can get. Update: shoddiest work I have ever seen. Didn't even put the two screws at the bottom back in. Kept wondering why my screen wouldn't stay down. Never, ever go to this place!

Thinking that unhappy customers are more likely to post complaints, I took the risk. I have to say that the computer ordering system they use is very confusing and leaves much to be desired. But, my repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. DigiExpress was a MUCH better experience than my local go to iPhone repair shop who took over six weeks to eventually lose (and replace) my iPod and confessed later that they outsourced my repair. I really wanted folks to know that although I'm pretty neutral on DigiExpress, they are at least a legitimate company. I'll shop around again for my next repair, but will use them again, if the numbers are in their favor.

In short, terrible experience, mediocre selection, lack of ability to truly compare gear, and poor…read moresalesmanship. I drove 1.5 hours to get to this McIntosh dealer and was very excited to try out and see the amplifiers, pre-amps, integrated amps, and listen to some high end speakers. My experience started off with me looking at a Rotel amplifier and having the older gentleman run over to me (yes I said run), to inform me that "we do not allow our customers to touch anything in here". Okay sure, most of it is a few grand. I explained what I was looking for and after 20 minutes of discussion, the gentleman felt we were just "circling the wagons"; my request was simple, what do you recommend for my home theater setup. The selection was okay and I was able to listen to some B&W 800 series, see a few McIntosh amps, etc. but their setup does not allow you to switch between speakers or different amps/preamps, making a comparison of the different equipment in the room useless, unless you are solely into the aesthetics of the gear. Butch's had a few older pre-amps for decent prices (I would still rather take my chances on Craigslist or Audiogon), a sound room, a projector home audio room (not too useful), no power conditioners in stock, unmarked prices on basic stuff like cables, etc. The salesman did one smart thing: when I listened to 2 different systems in different rooms, while not letting me choose any music, he did use the same song on a CD, which made the sound comparison easier. The biggest issue was that no matter the technical question or request for recommendation, the answer was just "how much do you want to spend", which in no way is helpful. I want to know what I am buying, why it works well for my setup, why it is special; the price has nothing to do with what works for the customer. If you do not want to know what you are purchasing and just need to empty your bank account, this may be for you. The products of course are the highest quality, but my customer experience left much to be desired.

Having been a steady customer for over ten years I highly recommend Butch's sound and vision. Unfortunately, I ended up being sent to collections mid-pandemic by Verizon even though I was…read morepromised over multiple customer service calls that I wouldn't. I didn't even address that in that Yelp review. I am absolutely disgusted in the lack of integrity of Verizon's business ethics. It all had to do with the phone in the story that I ended up with that malfunctioned and I gave up with. I was fed up with the horrible customer service so I switched over to Xfinity. I was told I could return the phone that didn't work. Turns out that was a lie. When I switched over to Xfinity, I didn't realized that exact day I would be locked out of my Verizon account and not able to view the remaining balance OR my account number. It turns out both are important. I called Verizon immediately and was calmly told I'll receive a final bill for the remainder owed on the phone (that I didn't want). I basically knew at that point I was stuck with this so I said I can't afford that. Can I make payments? I was told as long as I make monthly payments and show good faith, I won't be sent to collections. I called and asked this every time to a human being and I was still told. 2 weeks after sending a payment, I got sent a notice that Verizon sent me to a collection agency. Verizon has caused me so much stress and anxiety and I already have a battle with an anxiety disorder. I also have dealt with my identity theft and it's taken 6 years to build my credit back up to where it is now. I have always been responsible and never missed a payment myself. I never deserved this treatment. Anytime I explained my situation to Verizon I was treated like I was a completed idiot, as if I should have researched and known I wouldn't have had access to my account number. I should have known this or that. No. When a customer service rep flat out tells me something, I should be able to trust them. I have a full time job. I'm expected to know all the details regarding it and I can't blame others if I fail at mine. I have dealt with MULTIPLE customer service reps and they have ALL treated me poorly and I've talked to multiple people that said Verizon has the worst customer service. So it's hard to imagine that I just "lucked out" with the worst in the bunch. I was told once by a Verizon customer service rep that the reason Verizon is so expensive because the customer service is so great. Well, I haven't seen it.
