Tonight driving home from work traveling south on i15 I had bright headlights in my review mirrors. I was going just over 75mph in a 70mph zone, the truck that was riding my tail cut to the passenger side of me and raced in front of me. The truck nearly clipped the front of my car forcing me to hit my brakes. The truck continued to race ahead and approached another car this Columbia millwork Truck then crossed over the double white lines into the hov lane to pass this car. The truck did this once again to another vehicle. What was even more frustrating is after the truck passed the second car via the hov lane it began to cut off traffic to make an exit off 1600 north, I then got off with the truck to confirm the company name all I originally saw was the large Columbia logo and I was hoping to get a phone number but pulling up behind the truck I saw the whole name Columbia millwork. For this reason I would advise no one do business with this company until they have proven that they have placed safety measures in place to prevent their employees from making kisses like this again in the future. I will be contacting this business tomorrow and updating my review with the comments from management.

And it's not. It's actually a little chilly. Gabriel has never flown in a plane. Not because he hasn't had places to go that would be good to go to on a plane. But because he's a dick. He's the kind of dick that likes to say: "oh I've never been on a plane. Yeah really. No I swear. Never been on a plane." He's that guy. Gabriel snowboarded once. But if you ask him he'll say he "snowboards". As if he does currently. I will tell you right now. He doesn't. Gabriel eats meat in moderation, but he likes to say he's a "carnivore" because he is insecure about his masculinity and thinks that meat makes you a man. Gabriel knows how to swim. Our leasing office gave me the contact information for Paul who is the guy in charge of the project. I gave him a call and discussed what happened and he wanted photos. I sent them to him and he said he submitted them to a repair shop. I hadn't heard back in a little bit so I followed up and he never responded. Then, signs appeared on the scaffolding saying that the company wasn't responsible for any damage caused to vehicles. Paul has yet to respond to me since his initial request for the photos and informing me he submitted the photos and it's almost been a month since this happened.

Very poor workmanship, dishonest, and their promise of "satisfaction guaranteed" means nothing…read more I had a doorway transition where the LVT and transition was not cut parallel to the planks nor the doorway. The carpet installer left us a 2 in overlap, because as he said "it would look stupid if I just fastened it in the current transition". Prior to hiring Floor Coverings International (FCI) to fix this, I was very specific is explaining that the project needed both LVT and carpet expertise to fix the problem. FCI assured me that the technician would be skilled in both LVT and carpet. Further, I asked if my satisfaction with the work would be guaranteed, and FCI promised that it would be. FCI required $250 minimum for any work done. Since the repair involved both LVT and carpet, I figured the cost would be between $300 and $500, so $250 minimum was acceptable. Their installer showed up on time, told us that it couldn't be straightened without LVT work, and he couldn't do that. So he cut the carpet, and placed it under the transition...took less than 10 minutes. Now we were left in a more difficult position than before, as we no longer had the extra 2 in of carpet to work with that the carpet installer had left us. I told FCI that I was not happy with the work. FCI phone call included the installer, and he told me that the problem was the door framing, and that if we were to straighten out the transition, it would look funny since it didn't line up with the door. He said the current transition was parallel to the door. I went to the house, and the installer if full of nonsense. The transition is 1/4 in off of parallel with the doorway, and exaggerates the funny angle. It could have been easily hidden under the door, contrary to the claim of the installer. I sent a picture to FCI, and their comment was "we will fix that for an additional $425, in addition to the $250 we already agreed to". While he did agree to reducing that by $125, he would not be able to do the repair within the week. I pointed out that the work was not done correctly, and that $250 for less than 10 minutes of work seems extravagant. FCI's comment: "$250 is simply our minimum". Bottom line: work was not done properly, installed lied about the problem so that he didn't have to do the work, and the satisfaction guarantee meant nothing. I will never hire this company again.

It took them months to come fix the biggest one and, when they came back, they wrecked a wall with the pry bar they pulled baseboards off with and scratched paint on the wall and baseboard. How she loves it and said it's very durable. I asked Connie how often slabs break she said only 1 Granite slab has broken. We purchased 2 Super white slabs from MSI a Vendor they referred us too. Both slabs broke. The first attempt at installing the 1st slab had a 2 foot fissure to the right of the sink. The installer said it's broken and can't install any part of it. Rock tops replaced 1st slab at no cost to us. They came out again for the 2nd install and when the 2nd slab was installed. It broke at installation. This time a 4 foot break all the way in a diagonal line above the cooktop. Right at eye level which is so disappointing because it's front and center and the main focal point of kitchen. When the Manager came out after the installation to see the 2nd break. Confirmed it was broke by running a credit card over it proving it was not smooth. Took a picture said he was going to talk to installers The manager then said it's basically Sandstone. He said this stuff gets fissures/breaks all the time. This is very normal. Complete opposite to what Connie said. Then tried to shift that the 2 mil it's not as durable. I said well you shouldn't sell it if you feel this way. They moved the seam with the counter top where the first slab broke by the sink. Where they ended up putting the seam and how it looks is VISUALLY unappealing. Some of the seams are extremely chipped and jagged. They did send a team to fix and although it's smooth to touch it's chipped all the way from front to back of the countertop and looks unprofessional.Above the cooktop it's now smooth but the finish is gone and have swirl makes from grinding it smooth. The break is not fixable. We have new fissures on the countertop and the caulking behind the sink is coming out. This is worrisome because it's behind the sink and gets wet so it will turn to black mold. So do yourself a favor and go with a company that does what they say and stands behind their work. Not a company that has you sign they are Not liable if any damages occur before or after. Currently in legal advice.
