Solid diner choice if you're in the mood for burgers and fries! One can never have too many "greasy spoon" options at their disposal. The food here reminds me of and runs a very close second behind Doublz (on Avenue J and 10th St West). Our artery-clogging meal consisted of: FRIED ZUCCHINI = super generous portion of long, cornmeal-breaded spears. Unfortunately does not automatically come with ranch dressing (unlike how Doublz includes a pair of little dressing tubs). Had incorrectly assumed the dressing was included here, so was slightly disappointed when we opened our bags at home, only because the zucchini ran a bit bland. Just gotta remember to request ranch next time, and will be happy to pay the extra charge, if there is one. Placed my order by phone and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. I also appreciated how the gentleman on the phone repeated my order for accuracy since not all places do this. I normally don't do reviews unless I really have to. I ordered food thru Uber eats from here all the time and I never have a problem until today. First off there was a hair in my food and and I called the restaurant and their response was "just call Uber and get a refund" like really?? That was the first issue... the second issue was that I added onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers to the eggs on the second plate and I called after placing my order to assure that they added the veggies and she assured me they would, and they didn't!!! I cant round up so im giving 3 stars. I ordered a Turkey melt on sourdough no onions with a side of fried zucchini. The ambience is what you would expect at a burger joint in a plaza...nothing special...at all. On to the food...the Turkey melt was on sourdough and American cheese...not swiss like most patty melts. After i got it home and put it in the oven on 350 degrees to get it hot and the bread, crispy and it was good. Initially the bread was soggy. The fried zucchini was good however.
