He does your cuticles Perfecto. he takes his time with each person. He's kind and gracious. He will take good care of you. There are a couple of women that do a great job. the manager is very good. There are other guys there too. They are hit and miss except for Danny. I gave them a 4 star rating. When they first opened they were pretty green. Right out of school. The man who did my pedicure had to be new because he had no idea what he was doing, he used the callus remover on the top of my foot causing open areas and extreme pain, when I pulled my foot away he didn't even know what the problem was. This was 4 days ago and I still can't wear my normal shoes without an oversized bandage! I will say that Tracy was extremely kind about it and after seeing the damage he did to my foot she didn't make me pay for my pedicure but that doesn't help with the pain I have dealt with for days and the inability to wear shoes not to mention he didn't even do the rest of the pedicure, nail trim, massage, any of it. Awful, awful....I am not one to frequent nail salons, got a pedicure with my daughter for a mother daughter day. I will not be returning. The tech that did mine used a drill to remove the gel polish that was on my toes and broke the skin...Bleeding, I thought he put an antibacterial gel on my toe but it was a liquid bandaid...Gel polish was applied and cured. Put on my shoes and socks got home took off shoes and socks and the polish was smudged. I tried to explain my displeasure with the pedicure but due to the language barrier it went unnoticed. Honestly feels like they didn't know what the were doing. My nails are crooked & it took them forever to figure out what ombré was. Won't be back. She did a practice nail and the laughed about it, I know I should've left but I was trying to trust the process. I attached photos of what I requested vs what I received. The work environment is tense and has always made me feel uncomfortable and nobody that works on nails ever seems to have a want to make conversation and it often makes it extremely awkward. My nails are bumpy, uneven and not even in the shape I requested because I was told she couldn't do the shape in the first picture, I have left over acrylic all over my hands that I have to peel and scrap off, she didn't do anything with my cuticles or hang nails and even made me bleed 3 times. I tried communicating my concerns throughout the process but was ignored / not understood. Paid 70$ for these nails and I will not be going back. read more

well, I didn't expect to spend 3 1/2 hours in a nail salon with my SIL & MIL for a simple set, that should have taken 40 minutes top. Just for my set to be crooked, and uneven, and super thick. My MIL got a pedicure and full acrylic nails done, and her artist was faster doing both than mine was at just a full set. My artist was rude, rough and paid lack of details. The side of my thumb is curved inward and the other side is straight. I asked my artist to fix it and he ran a file over it one time & said it was good. When I asked him to keep going he made eye contact with me, I said it once again & he completely ignored me and kept going. By the time he finished my set, I went over to my MIL and showed her my set and I verbally said loud enough that i was not happy with my nails one bit. There is paint on my skin, missing acrylic on the side of my nail, multiple nails are way to thick, and my thumb and pinky are crooked. My MIL nail artist fixed my thumb and she called the nail artist out by name and said "this needs fixed now" and ended up fixing it where its not completely noticeable. I ended up paying $60 for 4 pink acrylic nails, and one clean nail with butterflys added. I did not have a pleasant experience and will not be going back. I think 3 1/2 hours my nails should be close to perfect. read more

I've never written a Yelp review but my experience here was so horrible. I went after work on my birthday. I showed up at 5:30 And i left at 8 I had multiple employees come work on my nails and they still turned out a disaster. On top of that they still charged me. They very considerably gave me a 10 percent bday discount (sarcasm). They wiped off the polish multiple times And kept grinding them and shaving them down until they had nothing left to work with. They asked me to come back tomorrow. I do not have time for that nor do I want to go back. I did not make a scene I just paid and left. I was there for so long I had no energy for them and just wanted to go home. I went there because the walk in was convenient but I will never go back. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. read more

This place is seriously amazing. My sister recommended it to me and I went here to get my prom nails done. They got me in as soon as I came in, granted they weren't busy, but it was still unexpected. My nails did take a little long but that expected when getting so much done. They did exactly what I asked for and did it wonderfully. This is my new go to place for getting nails. Absolute TRASH! I have been many times and it's a crap shoot honestly whether you'll be satisfied. Today I received the most PATHETIC pedicure ever. No nail trim, no cuticle removal, no foot rub. He laid one hot towel over bothe legs after rubbing (not massaging) lotion on my legs, karate chopped them 5 times and painted my toes. I complained about it but o the manager and about my new set of dip powder nails last time that didn't even get a top coat...he offered me $5 off then charged me full price. The people were very kind, but my nails look VERY bad. The workspace was very dirty, I got nail powder all over me. I had to ASK the lady to clip my cuticles, and to get rid of little hairs and specks that we're stuck in my wet nail. She had another guy do my nail design because she couldn't copy it. THIS guy had snot on his shirt, wiped his nose with his hand and touched my hands. Like I said, the staff were very kind, but I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Don't use clean tools. Don't clean/sanitize their work stations between customs. Got a cut from the salon and then contracted periungual warts from a strain of HPV I received when they cut my cuticle and used dirty tools on my finger. read more

I'm writing this as I'm waiting now forty minutes for someone to do my pedicure. I had a reservation for me and my daughter whom I'm in town visiting. She will be done way before me which is so frustrating. The water is now ice cold. The man doing my daughters nails knows no English so he doesn't understand my request for warmer water. This is beyond belief. The ONLY positive thing is the massage chair, but that's not going to make up for the now 45 minute wait. This is unacceptable. Don't go here. Depending on who you get your nails could be awesome or terrible. At first that didn't matter because their pricing was awesome. Now, they raised their prices without changing their website so today I got a gel manicure that was supposed to cost $28 that ended up costing $37 before tip. Today's visit: I went at 3:00 and got right in which is nice. I originally asked for a gel polish change which is 18$ but then they talked me into a gel manicure. No big deal $10 difference and I needed a mani anyway so I went for it. While taking off my precious polish, they used a dremel for the WHOLE removal with intervals of soaking... he finally asked the nail tech next to him to help because he burnt the side of my right pinky and the skin on the middle right finger. She came over angry and did it quickly and walked away. He then started on my cuticles and cut my left thumb. I'm really patient so I told him it was ok. He started to paint my nails and he had a towel under the LED lamp so my fingers were sticking to it! I told him and he didn't do anything and just said it was ok.. Flash to the ending.. he puts the top coat on my left hand and put it in the lamp and I notice my thumb had A LOT of lint on it He did the same to the right and I saw it has streak marks!! I sat and thought about not saying anything because I'm super weird about that but I couldn't walk out of there like that. I pointed it out and he said okok and buffed off the top layer and then repainted and top coated and it looks great. Then I said ok my other thumb shows the track marks from the brush and he said no o don't see that and I was like how? I had him angle and feel it for him to see it and when he did he just painted over the top coat and top coated it again.. I'm not sure if that's a thing but it could be. Finally they were done and I looked and saw more lint on my right thumb but at this point he was already annoyed that I didn't even say anything. I walk up to the cash register and am shocked that my $28 mani turned into $37??? I just wanted out of there so I paid it. Basically don't go unless you aren't afraid to tell them that they aren't doing a good job. I've had great nails from here and terrible ones. With their prices going up from when they opened it's not worth the risk anymore. Lastly after comparison from services I've gotten and others I have seen, the prices online are about $10 off the actual price you'll be charged. Everything is about $10 more expensive. read more

They are cheap, but only because only 2 of their nail techs are even decently good. every time i come in for a pedicure (always scheduled in advance), nobody comes over until 40 minutes after my appointment. today, i have been in this chair for 45 minutes. the water on my feet is cold at this point. last time i was here... i showed up at 3 for my pedicure. i had a fill scheduled after too. i showed up at 3, was ignored until 3:20. i sat in the pedi chair until 4:45 until someone got to me after making multiple comments. then, my nail appointment got pushed back AN HOUR because she started working on someone else, completely disregarding my appointment. put short: i was there from 3:00-6:50 for a pedi and full. this has happened multiple times, even with my appointments, hours and even days ahead sometimes. don't waste your time w them, because they will have zero problem wasting yours. read more

First off, the service was terrible. My mom and I went to get pedicures and we were sitting in the chairs for 20 minutes then they turned on our water and left us for another 20 minutes. When we started to get our nails done, they continuously kept getting up and leaving. My mom's pedicure has smudges already and it was done just an hour ago. Then I went to get acrylics right after the pedicure and I chose this light pink/purple color and it was done and afterwards my nail artist sprayed alcohol on my nails and they turned to blue. I went up to them and said that this wasn't what I wanted and they said that there's a chemical in that nail polish that changes due to heat. But they didn't tell me that when they started painting my nails. I wouldn't recommend coming here at all. read more

This is by far the worst nail salon I've been to in the Lafayette/west Lafayette area. I am not normally one to write a review like this, but I don't want anyone else to waste $50 like I did. My friend and I stopped by while we were in the mall, and they had time for us, so we figured we'd give them a chance since our normal salon was booked. We both wanted dip manicures. My lady used the method where you dip a brush in acetone, then into the powder, and put it on the nail like an acrylic. I've been told by my usual salon that this makes the powder an acrylic, it is no longer dip, which means it's much more harsh on your nails. I get dip to avoid damaging my nails with acrylic, so this was already frustrating. I asked for a round/square natural shape, and I had to ask her to redo them 3 times because she half***ed them and they looked horrible. She ended up filing my nails down to my skin to get a decent shape (I walked in with fairly long nails). A week later, 8/10 of my nails are already popping off. My friend's nails were done even worse than mine. They were bumpy, thick, and had chunks of the nail where there was no powder, so her real nail showed through (really noticeable considering she got dark navy polish). Layers of her nail are already peeling off. I can't believe they let either of us walk out of the salon paying for their horrible job. I will definitely never be back. read more

I just read the 2 reviews that this place has. They are new, they are going to be busy. With every new place comes challenges good lord, it's like starting a new job, you either like or don't. Well I for one like it, they are kind, and not rude! Yes they need to hire more nail techs and pedi techs as well to keep up with the amount of people that come in. With every new place there will always be bumps in the road, give them a break jesh! When I leave I'm really happy with my nails for sure and get many compliments on them. read more
