We met during an open house and she answered SO many of our questions that we were just floored by her knowledge of the area, properties and services. We decided to have her be our Realtor, and what a great decision that was! Melissa checked in on us often during the process of purchasing our amazing (squeal!) home. She was always there to answer questions, make suggestions and keep us informed in what was happening and what to expect next. She truly is caring and obviously loves to do what she does... it reflects in the way she manages her business and clients like us. If anyone ever mentioned they were buying a house, Melissa's name would be the first one to come out of our mouth! Some very important information was there but not reviewed because of the length of the document. Be aware that they will take all lights, installed doorbells, electrical outlets off to install and will not put them back up and your hardware will probably disappear so be ready to replace all those items. The salesman was nice enough to come back and install our retro doorbell since we did not have the tools or knowledge of the proper way to install on cement plank.
