This company does not deserve a -5 stars. All of my goods, furniture and boxes are covered with…read moremildew and mold. This morning, I was told by the Manager: "...you are just a tenant and you think that you are more important than you are...", then hung up the phone and refused to answer when I called back. On Saturday, January 24, the Manager allowed a tenant to block all of the aisles that led from the entry door through 2 more aisles for several hours. It was impossible for any tenant to get in or out of the building with anything. In fact, the Manager allowed the tenant to block aisles for other tenants to get to their goods. 3 other tenants were equally upset with not being able to get in or out. I spoke out and asked, then demanded, that the aisle be cleared for other tenants to access their units. I called on Sunday, January 25 to complain to the Owner about the situation and the Manager's position. Same Manager, as she represents herself, answered the phone and informed me of how unimportant tenants are to the Owners. The entire situation occurred, because the Manager waived the rules for 1 unimportant tenant in prejudice to other unimportant tenants. It is expensive and not worth it.

He proactively asked how the truck should be loaded and reconfirmed the placement of the unit once he arrived. He also contacted us when he was nearby to ensure he had the correct directions. Upon arrival, Hector placed the POD on our uneven gravel and took the necessary time to stabilize the unit appropriately. We have now used PODS for two of our moves. The convenience of packing at our own pace, combined with your climate-controlled storage options, is second to none. Thank you, PODS!

After not showing up at the correct time (we scheduled 4 PM, he showed up at 10 AM), and being completely rude to my nanny and niece, telling them that they had to call us and have us leave school to come home, he went so far as to tell them "Well, they can just find another moving company!" After a few days, I receive an email telling me, among other things, the following: I am not sure what information was relayed to you from your nanny, but (estimator's name) is very professional in both his appearance and presentation with all of our customers. He has worked for our company for over five years and been in our industry for over forty years. We have never received a negative comment or complaint about his actions. I am hoping that there was something that was misinterpreted by your nanny and relayed to you. Ok, so now I'm essentially being called a liar? Needless to say, we took the estimator's advice and are going to find somebody else to move us. They get one star for that piece of information.
