Management was friendly and understood business. For years, I was able to pre-pay storage for the year, and in exchange get one month free discount, a deal for both of us. but corporate took that away. Prices have been going up 10% year, much higher than inflation! My monthly price went from $364 in August 2024 to $ 393 in Sept 2024, a 10% increase. Double inflation. I was just informed by phone yesterday from a ZStorage PRO manager my price will be going to $614 in the coming January 2026! THAT IS OVER 50% INCREASE IN RENT!!!! This is crazy! DO NOT RENT FROM STORAGE PRO! ordinary folks should LOOK for another company.

This morning, I was told by the Manager: "...you are just a tenant and you think that you are more important than you are...", then hung up the phone and refused to answer when I called back. On Saturday, January 24, the Manager allowed a tenant to block all of the aisles that led from the entry door through 2 more aisles for several hours. It was impossible for any tenant to get in or out of the building with anything. In fact, the Manager allowed the tenant to block aisles for other tenants to get to their goods. 3 other tenants were equally upset with not being able to get in or out. I spoke out and asked, then demanded, that the aisle be cleared for other tenants to access their units. I called on Sunday, January 25 to complain to the Owner about the situation and the Manager's position. Same Manager, as she represents herself, answered the phone and informed me of how unimportant tenants are to the Owners. The entire situation occurred, because the Manager waived the rules for 1 unimportant tenant in prejudice to other unimportant tenants. It is expensive and not worth it.

Went to great lengths and expense coordinating pickup with another party and Tavares. As the pickup/drop off date got closer I hadn't heard anything from Tavares. I began to send messages through yelp, via text, then finally called leaving multiple voicemails. I have not received a response after 3 days contacting them. On my first call, the phone rang like normal. After that every time I called it went straight to voicemail, I believe they blocked my number. If you changed your mind or something came up and you can no longer do a job, just let your customer know. Don't leave them in the dark and block their number.

The team worked efficiently and packed the truck expertly--everything was secure, and nothing was broken or damaged, which really speaks to their care and experience. Toward the end of the move things did slow down a bit, but we were also coming up on nearly seven straight hours of work, so that was completely understandable. By the end, most of the large furniture items were placed inside the house as requested, and the majority of the boxes were left neatly in the garage, which will make unpacking fairly manageable. Overall, great service, strong work ethic, and a crew that clearly knows what they're doing. I would absolutely recommend Peninsula Pack and Move, especially for more complex moves.

I moved from an apartment to a furnished home only 15 minutes away. I supplied approximately $200 in moving materials, yet the move still took 7 hours and cost $1,200 (Paid Zelle to avoid another 5% added). In total, my move today (pictured here) was $1400, two boxes of kitchen supplies(as I again, am moving into a furnished home), my clothes, and my daughters room belongings. Two men = 14 hours of labor for this? The math is just not mathing for me. Billing also began before any actual moving started, which added to my frustration- they parked on the wrong street at said "arrival" time on paper. I move an average of 1-2 per year and I have never had service take this long nor be this expensive. I would not hire these movers simply because you can find people to give you a great service and work very efficiently.
