The older woman working the register first of all had no idea how to take orders and enter them into the register i willed myself to be patient bc, that could be me at her age. But...she honestly acted like she hated her job, hated life and especially hated taking orders she got the people in front of us wrong, then got ours wrong, then got the people behind us wrong. I had to get back in line, my first order was #16 my second order to correct the first mistake was #29 we waited almost an hour, then she had the audacity to chew ME out for her getting my order wrong, I might have accepted it as an honest mistake if there weren't three in a row!! Definitely save your time and your money!! I wasn't even getting one of the 2,000 calorie jars of diabetes just three regular ice creams! And for Gods sake don't order Mocha ice cream make sure you say coffee!! read more

Love the ice cream and decoration, but big minus for AC and staff. The place was understaff and AC was not working good, never been to any place that have the temperature in 79 during summer time. I was like wow really 79 when I saw the thermostat by the sink. Because of the AC the understaff, they take awhile for my order, so by the time my ice cream come, it was half melted. The entire staff was new (one of them said it was her 2nd day) and I know this is why the wait was so extensive. Although they were swamped, the entire staff was extremely friendly and willing to make everything right for the customer if the dish they ordered was out of a specific item (ex. Very expensive for poor service. Getting ice cream is supposed to be fun but this made me not want ice cream for a while. Although they are known for milkshakes, the donut on top was good. The milkshake was delicious. My daughter loved her Triple Chocolate Chunk ice cream bowl (in a cup). It was huge with a brownie hanging on the side of the mountain of brownie batter ice cream doused in whip cream and various types of chocolate. We liked the stools and atmosphere. Service was great. Definitely a place you have to try. But my reasoning for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because while seeming fully staffed it seemed they fell behind on orders because of a long wait. It is very cool to see how the shakes were made but it also seems that the staff may need to find new/better way to efficiently tackle orders especially when busy. I'd give it zero stars if I could. We had 4 people with us and we all got our orders at separate times. At least 20 minutes apart. The last one was for our child. And it's not like you can wait to eat your ice cream in this crowded overheated place. Imagine ordering dinner and them sending one persons food out at a time and everyone else watched you eat. (He shared with us, but still) Absolutely ridiculous and zero customer service. We were there almost 2 hours total from start to finish. Pure chaos and no cares when you get what you ordered. How they can just jump around order to order and give one thing to one group and then one to another without finishing anyone's order. Oh and we paid almost $50 to participate in this madness.
