My friends and I visited this cafe after a Saturday morning run. It was relatively busy. 3 drinks were $23. I ordered the iced vanilla latte, and it was just okay. It was overpowered by the milk. Same goes for the matcha. We tried the tacos and empanadas as well, and I really enjoyed the chorizo breakfast taco!!! They give such small cups for sauces though. The empanadas were good, but a bit too doughy near the edges. The beef one was yummy. The empanadas would've tasted better with sauce, but again, they skimped out on those. The customer service was alright. The inside is bright, with ample seating and some games.

Stop by for a little coffee and croissant after Memorial run. I am glad I did that. Super chill spot with great coffee, yummy pastries and very good looking tacos - the tacos sold out by 9:30 - clearly they must by yummy, hehe. I will be back for sure.

Stopped in for the first time this morning & was really impressed. Space is sun-filled & spacious. Staff was friendly and provided prompt service. Most of all, my iced Americano was excellent!

Specialty coffee shop conveniently located next to Memorial Park. They also serve local pastries from Love Croissants. Food: Iced Vietnamese coffee was solid, but the cortado was just OK. Flavor profile from the espresso beans were fruity, light, and acidic which I don't prefer for espresso (typically more dark chocolate, nutty, etc). Maybe will try a flavored iced latte next time. Ordered the chocolate croissant which, while pricey ($8.50), was indeed very tasty! Flaky, crunchy, and delicate exterior with nice soft interior. I don't regret trying it, and likely will come back to have it again. Vibe: simple industrial chic, good number of seating options. Cool area for sampling the artisans teas they have which look very interesting. Service was great

Stopped by here for a quick coffee on a weekend morning. It's located on a small strip plaza with its own parking lot. It was very chill when we walked in, only a few people were inside studying or chatting. It's pretty spacious and clean. Friendly service with two people working behind the counter. I was surprised to see Viet iced coffee on the menu. I wanted something a bit strong but wasn't sure if it was a good idea to order Viet iced coffee. I took the leap of faith and ordered it anyway. If done right, the taste should be rich and creamy. Instead it tasted very watered down and quite bitter even if I mixed it with sugar. I couldn't finished it.

Iced brown sugar latte - 8/10 - $5.80 Stopped by at this cute coffee shop a while back for a caffeine boost. The barista recommended their seasonal brown sugar flavor. The latte was good but this is one of those coffee shops that have more stronger coffee than sweet so i recommend it for anyone who likes stronger coffee. This spot is also great for studying!

Very much enjoyed the flat white, thank you barista for the suggestion. Quiet place on Washington Ave., easy parking. Their ceramic mugs are so wonderful, I plan to buy a couple for the office. See below pics of my buddies' elegant coffee servings. If you're bored you can hang out and play tic tac toe.

Yellow Cup = top tier coffee! I'll keep it short and sweet-- Although I never remember to check in, the hubs and I get lattes here weekly and they never disappoint. This is a compliment and speaks to how quickly we're in and out when our order goes in on Clover. (We always order ahead) Yellow Cup also has great, fresh almond croissants. Trust me!

Quaint little coffee shop. Some counter seating and tables for four. Not much noise isolation or distance so everyone can hear everyone's conversations. Coffee is decent at a normal price.

The cappuccino I had here was pretty good. For those who are lactose intolerant or on a diet, they have milk alternatives (oat, almond, soy) available in case whole milk doesn't cut it for you. My order did take longer compared to most coffee shops I've been to. So if you're in a rush to get somewhere after this, consider a different location instead. There also isn't much parking space available. It's competing with other places like Rush Bowls and Finley's Barbershop for parking space. There is a parking garage available, but it seems like this is intended for apartment residents. I just so happened to luck out and find a parking space, but you might not necessarily be so lucky.

Pretty cute place. I am really in between 3 & 4 stars. I got a vanilla latte and it tasted kind of odd. Not like a normal vanilla latte. The flavoring was off and it just wasn't as good. Which is hard to make a vanilla latte taste different and bad. I also got a chocolate croissant and a ham and cheese croissant for my friend. She also got a drink. The total was $36!!! I'm sorry but that's insane. The croissants are like $10 each wtf!!! The prices are not written anywhere and I guess I should've asked but they are never that expensive anywhere so I'm just so shocked and was kinda angry at how expensive it was I mean the croissant was delicious at least thank god. And the staff was super sweet. The aesthetic is on point as well and they have indoor and outdoor seating which is great. But wow overall no thanks!

I have been making my way to different coffee shops in the Houston area, and I stumbled across The Yellow Cup on the Yelp map. I hadn't seen anything about it on social media so it was my first time hearing of it. The shop itself is easy to find and had ample parking on a weekday midmorning. There is plenty of natural light and various seating options. Wi-Fi is provided, which makes it perfect for a place to catch a cup of coffee and get some work done. I had an iced latte or mocha beverage that was made based on the recommendations of the staff. It was delicious! There were several pastry options and quiche for a quick bite. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and organized. I will definitely be returning in the near future! I can see this being one of my go to coffee spots.

Was looking for a cute coffee shop before my errands and this was perfect. No problem with parking, clean, spacious, friendly staff with great recommendations. Definitely will be back for that tasty banana nut muffin!

It is so nice to work in/meet with friends. To me it feels super balanced, casual and professional at the same time. Not super loud. If there's no seating inside (kinda limited) you're welcome to work on the BHBG patio space which is ample. I more recently come with girlfriends to needlepoint, and catch up. Nothing about their coffee I feel the need to rave about but it's not disgusting and I enjoy it. I used to get the blueberry lavender a lot but I think I burnt myself out on it. Staff are always super nice. Again pastries are amazing, and I want to say they're all made in house. Yummy

The static fit yoga class at Duo Houston with Lesbianland was such a good time. It was outside, the weather cooperated, and the energy was just right. A whole crowd of beautiful women, good music, and a space that felt safe, calm, and fun all at the same time. Morgan Brown led the class and really set the tone. It felt grounding but still had a little spice to it, not boring at all. After class, they had matcha and acai bowls and gave us 15% off, which I love because who doesn't want a little reward after pretending you can plank longer than you actually can. Speaking of... they had a planking contest and somebody held it for over five minutes. I tapped out mentally just watching. Only thing to note, if you want coffee you'll need to walk over to a nearby shop in Autry Park, but it's super close so no complaints there. Because I found this delightful spot for breakfast and caffeine. I'm a frequent traveler, and have already hit some incredible food spots here in Houston. This is now at the top of my breakfast and coffee/tea stops. Drink: I had a divine dirty chai latte with pistachio nut milk (a new milk for me) which really added a fresh twist on a classic morning beverage favorite. La Vita's owner, a very sweet and passionate man who clearly loves what he's doing here, shared that they fly in their chai in powder form from Italy. No nasty syrups or pre-mixed chai here and I can absolutely tell the difference! Food: I had THE BEST everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese since my last trip to Manhattan. I won't spill the beans on how they achieve this, but they have legit true NYC bagels here. DO NOT PASS ON THIS sandwich! You'll be very sorry you did.
