I think the class happens every Tuesday/Thursday at 8:30AM and the fee was 20$ each. They provide some mats to share and recommend you cover them with a beach towel. The teaching included an opening meditation as well as a flow and some closing stretches. I would say the class was all-levels and appropriate for beginner yogis, and I think more advanced students could adjust as they see fit to do more challenging poses as well as enjoy the mindfulness opportunity of being near the ocean. I think everyone would enjoy this beautiful class with the delightful Anya. She also taught in combination with her fiance, which was very pleasant. I would recommend this class as a nice peaceful thing to do while visiting the beautiful garden isle of Kauai.

The workouts are unbelievably efficient. I love how much you can work your muscles in such a short amount of time. ARX strength training is a game changer. Fast, effective, and no wasted effort. Vasper is harder than you expect, but so good for you, and the AI CAROL bikes keep you in the right zone every time, which makes each workout feel purposeful and optimized. To top it off, the infrared sauna is fantastic, or you can finish with the cooling mats for recovery. It feels like a semi-private training session. Anna and her team gives a world class experience not found anywhere else but Kauai. There's classes morning and evening 7 days a week. The teachers here are passionate, helpful, respectful, and the community makes you feel like family. Before I visited, I've never taken a barre class and immediately became hooked!! It's so beginner friendly and low impact making it great for the girlies who don't like HIIT, running, jumping, etc. My body was shaped faster than any other workout program I've done before in just two weeks. We loved the classes so much that we have continued to work with Kristen via Zoom since our return to the mainland, and even as someone who has been practicing yoga for 30 years, I find myself learning so much from Kristen. She tailors each class to meet us where we are that day, and also finds ways to push us to new accomplishments. We feel so lucky to have found her!
