The first time, I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes before the nail tech I booked with can begin working on me. The second time, I was assured I wouldn't have to wait and would be seen right away. I still had to wait 20 minutes. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.

Before Tina, I've had maybe four manicures in my entire life. Each experience was generally pretty…read moremeh and I work with heavy equipment -- I never cared before but the way Tina shaped and cared for my nails, made me want to take care of my hands. She fixed all my little hang nails and cleaned everything up, didn't file my nail bed, and my first manicure stayed on for a month, easy. I removed it because I was getting tired of the color but it didn't peel or lift at all. The appointments are long but it's because Tina takes VERY good care of your nails. Yes, the price is also higher but for the time and expertise you're getting... decades of experience and superb attention to detail.

I didn't get their names but I was being attended by an older lady and she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing, I got a gel manicure French tip on natural nail with chrome French tip, she wasn't even trying to make the frenchie clean at all, the young lady had to take over because she could tell i wasn't happy, and they wanted to charge me an extra $10 just to make it clean and well done, no joke. I said why would I pay more just for it to look good? So anyway she kept trying to make it better without the upcharge. (Mind you $35 for gel, $10 for French tip and $10 for the chrome) which I don't mind paying to get pampered but this was gel manicure. Which they forgot to even put on the dehydrator and primer. And I didn't realize this until like 3 days later because they started to lift, and on the 7th day I was able to peel them off completely. At the end of the service they did turn out very beautiful and I was really happy, but they didn't last at all, the second day the chrome part was the first thing to come off. I wasn't angry at them because I tend to have a huge heart, I just felt bad because they were trying their best and I ended up tipping both ladies. I didn't want to leave a review but I just wanted to share my experience and hopefully this helps their salon improve
