This shop has great products and great deals. They have clothes for formal and casual outfits. All of their products are in a high quality fabric. So I expected that it would be a little bit pricey. But don't worry they gave a sle pr discount on selected items only. You're lucky if your clothes that you like have a discount. You can save enough money. I came here because I wanted to buy a jacket. I like the quality of their fabric compared to the store that I went to. This jacket is comfortable to wear. I choose a white and beige color of jackets. What is the best way to explain utter and complete pretentiousness? Why, I believe no other way than customer service representatives who look at you as if you are the scum of the earth. Add in a dash of, "I'm helping you because I have to, not because I want to," and you have my shopping experience at this particular Theory Outlet. I don't know why the sales associate looked like it pained her to help us, other than we are an Asian Pacific Islander American (APIA) family, and she was tired of helping out people who looked like me at this fashion outlet. I'm a Chicago native, and it infuriated me how the sales associate on duty at the time treated my mother. Being the responsible U.S. citizen she is, my mother always pays in cash. As a result, it takes her a few seconds to count out exact change. I wish I had a dollar for every sigh, eye roll, and raised eyebrow the sales associate let out during this process. To make matters worse, she didn't even remember to give my mother change. When she did, she made my mother feel at fault with her calloused, rude comment, "Here's your DOLLAR." I love Theory clothing, and I loathed this location. Deals aside, it's not worth my time to be compassionate towards people who are clearly incapable of expressing even a modicum of quality customer service. If you're Asian, and I'm speaking from experience here, be extremely careful at this location. There seems to be an air of "you are less than" from the staff - not something I recommend to anyone. I'm just walking when I found this place. I want to buy suits so I'm searching some stores.  The staff greet me and lead me the way. They are so professional in handling their customers. So good job to their service. They have a different variety of products. All of their products have a high quality fabric, so expect that it's expensive. But it is really worth the price. While I'm looking for some suits , some polo shirts grabbed my attention. It's best to use since I want a formal outfit for my work. After buying a polo I also bought a suit. I'm choosing between a gray and black suit. Since I have many black suits I choose gray suits. When I'm at the counter, the staff greeted me. She's nice and friendly. When I went to this store, I was amazed at how good their place was. They have a clean and nice surrounding. The ambiance inside was chilling since its air condition. Their selection was great. Their products were organized well. They have many staff to assist you and help you with everything you need. They will even greet you. The only problem for me here is the price of their products. It's too expensive for me. I would have bought a suit but when Im looked at its price I'm surprised. Their suits cost $248 ? It's too pricey compared to the other store that I went to. I only bought a polo shirt. Luckily it has a 60 % off. I save a small amount of money because of its price. read more

I had no intention of going inside the store, but after seeing the up to 75% off sign at the front, I decided to have a look. The store has a fantastic assortment of apparel and accessories, but it is a bit pricey, so the fact that there is a discount is a significant plus. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, and she was quite friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They do offer discounts on certain things. I was wandering about and noticed that the majority of the products were very nice, and they were all fashionable for both men and women. I bought two nice dresses that I am excited to wear for something formal. I had a great time and I was glad I was able to buy it in a lesser price from its normal price. read more

They are very convenient, worth visiting, and so welcoming place. Their staff is really accommodating, they greeted me the time I entered the place, and even guided me around the place. They really made the experience so much better and unforgettable. Really worth it. Their items here are so amazing, the quality, the designs, and the styles. Really amazing. This store is definitely expensive but it is a worth store to visit especially if there are big discounts just like on my recent visit to the store wherein there are a lot of items that have discounts up to 60% off. Their items are literally expensive for like 100-200 bucks per item which is kind of bothering but it is a great thing that the store offers a lot of big discounts on selected items regularly. There are many wonderful items but unfortunately, the items I liked are not included in the discounts. I was glad that the items that are on sale are also lovely and interesting. I also like this particular brand for their items are just really have a great quality and it is super comfortable to use and of course, the designs are great from their casual clothes to something formal. Also, the staffs in this store are friendly and helpful. I was so happy that I was able to buy few items at a really great deal. read more

Well represented Theory store. Great selection of women's and some good men's finds too. The "Last Chance" rack has some great finds on it. I found a great shirt the was 70% off retail. The women's section is more extensive and the fabrics and styles are elegant and lux. My wife found a long black dress in matte jersey that is really stunning. The service is clean and professional, like the label itself. I went in today looking for a simple white shirt, which I found, and ended up buying a suit as well. Oops! Purchased an expensive coat 3 weeks before they had a Thanksgiving sale on which coat was 80% off. Asked for a price-match (refund or store credit) and was told by an contemptuous cashier that they have 14-days return policy and there is nothing they can do. I also heard the same from Theory customer service, when I called them. I would expect much better service and policies from an expensive store, where I yearly spend hundreds of dollars. No problems in Hugo Boss, Saks, or Macy's stores, same issue, and they issued refunds with smile on their face. Will not shop at Theory no more. read more

Never in my life have I asked a store associate for help and had him just walk away without saying a word. The store wasn't busy. He didn't tend to other customers. He just walked away and stood there staring at a rack of clothes. Completely and utterly ridiculous. Ruined my enthusiasm and I ended up not buying something I otherwise liked. read more
