Sadly this location and the chain seem bent on self destruction.... Service - 2 stars is a gift. The restaurant had 4 tables and 2 servers. Although my server knew I was present, it required 8 minutes for her to approach. A request for water and napkins had to be repeated 3 times - she offered that she "forgot I was there. Nevertheless, I left a 20% tip. I knew others were complaining, and an older man got his meal computed.... Ruby Tuesdays menu has drastically shrunk, and yet the "cook" cannot prepare an adequate meal. Looks like burger and fries are a good option, however, I wanted something healthier. Server suggested "deconstructed beef skewers." Some healthy veggies rice and "beef." Beef was tough and half of it burned. Simply inedible, and I left most of it. And, as I was checking in, the hotel desk clerk recommended to me. I ordered the steak salad. It was so good & so unusual. Fresh spring mixed lettuce, cucumber, lots of cheese, a healthy portion of steak, mandarin oranges and, to top it off, nice, big onion rings. The service was good as well.
