I walked in without an appointment and stated that I wanted 1 hour foot message. Vivian, I believe is the owner or who runs things around there. She was very friendly, made me feel very comfortable. Sat me down and told me how to adjust my chair, she gave me a complimentary bottle of Fiji water and offered chocolates. I have been to other foot spas in the past where they give you a quick back massage while your feet is soaking, but this place is strictly knees to toes. Ok, so the ottoman opens up and converts to a foot bath where I was able to soak my feet. You literally soak for 1 min after that your foot massage begins, while my feet was soaking I took out my phone Vivian said "do you need the wifi" . I don't remember the name of the guy who did my feet but he was magical, and before you knew it. I was knocked out. The chairs was really comfortable. Cons: - while getting your feet massage they don't give you a blanket like most places they give you a really big towel ( it looks like a blanket but it's not) it hard and rough. - they don't give the courtesy back rub ( which you never appreciate until you don't have it ) - chair massage. I paid $10 extra for 10 min for a chair massage cause I needed a quick run down and that's exactly what it was a quick rub down. It felt like I could have had my toddler give me a better massage then that. So please just stick to feet at this place. Renting a private event space on a Friday night is never inexpensive, but we found the Viana to be very reasonably priced, especially for 2026. We hosted over 60 guests along with our DJ, Joe from On Fire DJs, and the room felt like the perfect size. There was plenty of space for dining and socializing, while still keeping a great party atmosphere. The dance floor was packed all night with high school graduates having an amazing time. The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to load and unload our balloons, signs, and decorations through the back entrance, which made setup and cleanup so much easier. The food deserves special recognition. Everything tasted fresh and made-to-order rather than prepared hours in advance. The appetizers were hot, crispy, and delicious. The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender. Throughout both the cocktail hour and dinner buffet, guests kept going back for seconds and even thirds. Nearly every plate was cleaned. The dessert selection was equally impressive, with a variety of cakes, pastries, coffee, and tea that gave everyone plenty of options to finish the evening on a high note. Our family and guests had an incredible experience, and we would absolutely recommend the Viana Hotel for any special event.
