I'm officially a fan of Therapy. This is the perfect store to go in when looking for a present for someone as they have all sorts of random stuff (Moses and Jesus action figures! Hello- awesome) They also had some fantastic purses ranging in price from "Yeah, I'll pick that up now" to "Let me save my pennies and come back in a month". I ended up picking up an adorable bow ring a the counter and have been wearing it ever since. Not bad for a $10 impromptu purchase after stumbling in on our way to dinner. The girls working in there were also helpful and fun to talk to about the merchandise. When I have more time to devote, I'll definitely return. read more

I've been to the Therapy stores in Burlingame and Mt. View. This was my first time to the Campbell store. Funny thing, is I didn't know I was in a Therapy store until like 10 mins of looking around at the cute knick knacks in the front, I finally looked up at the wall and saw "Therapy" displayed. This store is super pricey. But the compromise, is their stuff is super cute. You have to decide, can I spend time going to the thrift store or ross a few time to find some cool stuff, or do I just pay a lot of money now for that single cute item? IDK, I leave it up to you the buyer. Your pocket book might be a lot better than mine. read more

Very cute, but not as big or as loaded of secrets and pretty things as the one in Mountain View (the first one I ever saw and did not know it was a chain). I did not find anything that great of a deal to take home but it was very pleasant to be there checking things with my Spanish girlfriend as she was discovering downtown Campbell for the first time. This a locally owned shopping choice in ye olde downtown campbell. Parking is street only but there are some surface lots scattered around by the back of the stores and a super fain parking garage over by 2nd. This is one of the larger stores on the main strip and certainly one of the less pretentious. As such the stock has more depth then you'd think. This is one of those something for everyone stores. One my visit they had a small indoor gardening section-those air plant thingies and cactus plus everything needed to grow them, costume jewelry, clothing both mens and women's (heavy on the t shirt and hoodie style), accessories of all kinds shapes and descriptions, light reading, costume jewelry, touristy ticky tacky (fridge magnets and whatnot), some baby stuff, some children's stuff, wacky tacky giftables (heavy on the fart jokes), candles, soaps, costume jewelry, puzzles, wine stuff (fancy corkers, wine cozy things and whatnot) some kitchen gear such as hand towels and of course a lot of costume jewelry. None of the above listed items seemed to be the uber hipster unique artsy stuff which just means it's not overpriced. If you have the shopping blues, then I'd prescribe Therapy in Campbell. This large boutique smack in the middle of downtown Campbell is the place to go when you want something unique, new, different or bizarre. The store is next to Orchard Valley Coffee. Therapy is the cure for your gift giving malaise when you can't think of anything or you're buying for that person who has everything. Some may thing that Therapy may suffer from multiple personality disorder but I think it has a great balance of all items. You can buy clothing, accessories, home furnishings, knick knacks, stationary, kitchen supplies and many interesting items you never knew you wanted. The clothing is unique. If you're looking for a specialty item like interesting socks, hats or other accessories, Therapy has many of the items that you can't find at the mall. In addition, there are many gift items that are either funny, cute or completely original. You can find items from babies to big burly men. I love that they have Nixon accessories here. You can find some great watches, wallets and headphones. The customer service here is excellent. The woman who checked me out (the Therapist?) made sure that I was finding what I wanted without being pushy. I really appreciate this balance when shopping. So, if you're have a nervous breakdown when buying a gift or finding something for yourself that sets you apart, walk, don't run, to Therapy. Walk-ins accepted. read more

I could shop for hours in here! My first time visiting Therapy in the Campbell location, as I've been to Mountain View and Berkeley's locations. I was greeted warmly by Junie & another sales associate. I was really just browsing, but then I saw a backpack I liked. Despite being super indecisive and taking ages to decide on the bag, the sales associates were really nice and struck up a conversation with me. The customer service is really superb, especially Junie! I had an awesome experience in the store. In terms of items here, there are soooo many quirky and cool home goods. From cat-bandages to funny signs/boards, pillows, notebooks to pens, games and knick-knacks, the have it all. The prices are a bit steep for clothes/bags but the designs and styles are unique. This is a great place to find gifts for friends and also to find things you never knew you needed. I walked out with a cute backpack :) read more

Came in here to buy a gift for my friends wedding and changed my mind 10 minutes later. I came back literally 10 minutes after I purchased the item to return it and they told me "No refunds. Store credit only". They never told me this when I purchased the item. Are you kidding me? I just bought this item 10 minutes ago, it's unused and in perfect condition (it was a kitchen towell) and I can't return it? I'm never coming back. You don't accept returns? Over three years later and Therapy is STILL one of my favorite places to shop. Their selection of gift-y items is outstanding and I can guarantee that even if you enter under the guise of shopping for someone else, you'll walk out with a little something for yourself as well. Customer service is top notch and, even though on my last visit it was a little shaky-going with some of the folks who have helped me before, I would be willing to wager that any other spot in Campbell or the Campbell-adjacent area couldn't hold a candle to the personable, friendly staff employed here. When I visit Therapy, it's like a treat. I actively seek out opportunities to stop by and enjoy it every time. Basically a mom and pop version of Urban Outfitters. Like it's cool and all, but the service could have been better. I figured since i spend so much money here indirectly--through my wife--that i would actually come in and check this place out. I could instantly see why she likes it so much. It has the feel of a second hand store, but that really isn't the case at all. They have all sorts of stuff here, from clothes and shoes, to jewelry and accessories...art...books, and just all sorts of other neat little brick-a-brack. The style is definitely boho and this can quickly turn into a spendy place to shop. I bought my first pair of toms here as well as some other neat little things for the house. I don't think i would really buy anything else for myself here in terms of clothing because it's not personally really my style (cause i ain't got no style), but i can see why my wife loves it. read more

I really do love this store. It's just...My daughter is getting older, and when she's sitting there sounding out the letters F-U-C-K, printed largely across purses, displayed directly next to the kid section, it's like.... :/ Also, I get it, there's some quirky cute items that have a slightly inappropriate theme to them (i.e. Naked people touching each others private areas, again, printed on handbags, displayed right at kid level..). It's just that the store also offers a lot of kid friendly, sweet childhood type items, so it's tough. Hate to sound super prudish but it really made me feel a bit uncomfortable with my young daughter seeing/saying all this stuff. If it were an adult only store I'd totally get it, but it seems to be more marketed as an all ages kinda spot. read more

UPDATE: June 8th 2016. I was contacted by the Regional Manager bribing me with store credit so that I would take down my review. NOW ONE OF THE OWNERS IS BLASTING ME ON HIS SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. This seems to be getting worse than getting better. I see where the customer service stems from. ----------- Place is garbage when it comes to customer service and follow through. Here is how it goes: Hey I want this piece can you call other stores and see if they have it and then call me? "Absolutely" they say. "We are really on top of it" they say. "We will respond fast" they say. Never happened. Call back. Hey I came in looking for the piece never got a call. "What piece?" they said. "Who did you talk to?" they said. Please check and call me back. "Sure thing" they said. 7 days later. Hey I came in well over a week ago asking about said piece. I also called and never got a call back. "Oh hey we are super busy now we will call you back when the line dies down we promise." Never happened. Call the next day. Besite, if you're reading this now, please don't read any further as I got you a Christmas gift here today. Since my bestie isn't on yelp much, I think that I am safe-:) Anyways, Therapy is an awesome store and this location is just as cool as their other locations in places like Los Altos and Mountain View. They sell lots of different stuff here from clothing for men and women, quirky accessories, jewelery, stuff for the home, scarves, books, shoes, handbags, candles, stationery, and even some furniture. Most of the stuff at this store is a little on the pricey side, but you can still find stuff here that is unique and budget friendly if you look around enough. Today I found a unique looking green and pink hummingbird salt and pepper shaker set for only $20.00. It was ceramic and it had a pink flower in the middle for toothpicks. It has magnets at the bottom so the shakers stay put. It looks expensive and handmade. I'm sure that she'll love it! That was the last one that they had left. They also have a few more in different styles such as one with two roosters with a large egg in the middle with a top on it. They also have two reindeer's kissing for $16.00 and a few other cute salt and pepper shakers for $20 or less such as a bowling bowl one with a pin and bowling ball. Very Urban Outfitters meets Anthropologie. I find that Urban Outfitters can try to be too trendy and Anthropologie can be too boho so this is perfect :) They currently have a great selection of faux leather, rocker-biker chique jackets starting at $40!! Therapy carries LAMade which I love but is a bit pricey however you can feel the quality. Their selection of dresses is also quite unique; I highly doubt that you'll run into a friend wearing the same thing. As everyone else mentioned, the customer service here is great! I was looking for a specific dogeared necklace and they took down my number so that they could give me a ring when the next shipment came by. Also, they didn't have a dress in my size and they offered to ship it from another location for free :) sweet! Lastly, definitely don't skip the sale section, there are some great deals if you take the time to browse. read more

If you consider yourself a hipster you don't shop at Urban Outfitters, you shop at Therapy. It is a super cute boutique with unique items and affordable clothes. They aren't as affordable as a thrift store like most hipsters go after, but all of their clothes are fresh and new so it isn't dirt cheap. Every time I go in here I am greeted with the nicest employees and the funniest accessories. When I come to downtown Campbell I always make sure to stop by here. read more

I go by this store pretty regularly, and stop in fairly often too. As for actually buying anything here, it's VERY hit or miss for me. I find their regular prices to be a bit steep, but if you catch them during a sale, there are some great deals to be found. Right now they are having a huge sale, 40% off everything in the store, BUT all sales are final. I'm not a fan of that, to be honest, it makes me sweat a little bit. You have to be totally sure you love the item, and that it's a good enough deal to risk being stuck with it. I don't return stuff that often, but I like to keep my options open. I did buy a pair of jeans there last week, (when they were only 20% off.)..Grr, kind of annoyed that they would have been cheaper this week though :( Who knew? This store is lovely addition to downtown Campbell. They have a good variety of items: housewares, stationary, shoes, clothes, purses, jewelry, etc. I did have a pleasant surprise a few visits ago...The young girls working there were really nice, and very helpful. Woohoo! This Therapy store is also a winner! Every time I had an item or two in my hand, one of the salesgirls came up and asked if she could add it to my fitting room. They really go all out in terms of customer service here, which is such a nice change. I asked one of the salesgirls if I could try a skirt in a smaller size. Quite a while later, but while I was still trying on other items, she came back and apologized for taking so long--it turns out she'd actually called all the other stores to see if they had a small, since the Campbell store was out! And when I wasn't sure if I'd be able to sit down comfortably in a very slim-fitting shift dress, another salesgirl brought a chair out from the employee area for me to test the dress! Needless to say, that sort of customer service deserves a reward, and I happily bought a few summery boho pieces. It's nice to see downtown Campbell growing up, especially if it means attracting cool new retail tenants like Therapy. I'm sure I'll be back--and often! read more

Feck is this place dangerous. Everything--EVERYTHING--screams to you, "Take home, I make you look at least 20% cuter and 35% more fun than you really are." Seriously, it's like Zooey Deschanel and Emma Watson got together and had a baby and Rachel Bilson and Suri Cruise had a baby and those two babies got together and had a baby and then that baby started Therapy. Clothes, watches, shoes, home stuff, even socks for crying out loud: this place is stuffed to the brim with so much great stuff. The only problem is that my thin little wallet can't handle the sticker shock. Don't get me wrong though, I wouldn't say that the stuff here is over priced. The clothes are all trendy but unique and well made to boot, but unfortunately I'm not paid well enough to afford to haul an amount of clothes that I want to from this trifecta of fashion. There are stores that you just brush through on your way down Campbell Avenue and then there are those where you stop....and want absolutely EVERYTHING! Wanting everything is my problem with this store. So I went here on my birthday...I decided to take a day for myself and go to all my favorite places...Vintage and Vogue, Recycle Books and general boutique shopping on Campbell Ave came to mind. Unfortunately a day for me still involves my 2 year old son...which can be tricky when the day doesn't revolve around his desires. Lucky Therapy came to my rescue. They are freekin' geniuses I tell you! They have chalk so that kids can draw all over the floor???? Are you serious? Saved my life! He was occupied and I was free to spend money without constantly holding him or chasing him and saying "no touching" every 3 seconds. I LOVE THIS STORE. I cannot say enough good things about it. I was free to spend a boatload of money which is like a win-win for everyone involved. They got my money because they are GENIUSES and entertained my child and I got to shop worry-free for a long time! THNK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I will point everyone I can your way!!!! Love the reusable bags....LOVE the eco-friendly merchandise...LOVE the unique products. I bought something for myself, my friend, my godson, my son, my sisters and my mom. They have gift items as well as men and women's clothes (though the men's clothing options are much more limited here). I've been to every Therapy stores from SF to Campbell to SLO, etc. Every store, you will be happy with their customer service. Along with that, the accessories for your house to your jewelry, to purses, etc. are all very affordable. I've been going to Therapy since I've moved up north the last 4 years +. A few weeks ago I had bought a purse at the Therapy in Campbell. The strap had broken off. I had gone in just to ask if they use any particular store to fix their purses. Joyce had helped me and told me to bring the receipt back and they will reimburse me. I got my purse fixed and brought back the receipt 2 weeks later and viola, reimbursed. I'm already using the purse again and I love it. They sure do know how to exceed customer's expectations. :) read more

Other reviewers were spot-on when they described Therapy as a cross between Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. They have clothes and accessories for men and women, but I found myself spending more time browsing through their random knick knacks.
