I had such a great experience with Dr. Emily here over the past 12 weeks. I've experienced pretty continuous lower back and sciatica pain after an unplanned c-section a year ago. After reading the great reviews about Therazona, and getting recommended to them from a few birth workers, I decided it was a good time for me to pull the trigger on pelvic floor physical therapy. Wow, I am so glad I did. I've seen Cassie for pregnancy support, post cesarean, and a tailbone injury. During all of my experiences with her, from the initial evaluation to treatment, I've felt important and supported. Pelvic floor PT is personal and albeit uncomfortable at times, but she's always managed to make me feel at ease. She teaches me along the way too, so I can fully appreciate the impact my pelvic floor has on both athletic, and day to day function. Their entire staff are all so friendly and warm. I love being greeted with a smile by Sarah at the front desk, and spending time with Joelle doing exercises after treatment. Sometimes, I have to bring my toddler in with me for my appts and there's plenty of toys and things to keep him busy. The staff is always so helpful with him, too! I am a personal trainer, so my job requires more than basic function. Cassie has helped me achieve that and more. Since seeing her, I've referred many clients and friends to their facility, all of which come back singing the same praises. When Cass is unavailable, I receive treatment from April, who is also incredible! They have a very talented staff of therapists. If you've had the thought "hm, maybe this would help?" just get scheduled. It'll be one of the best decisions you'll make for your body and you'll wish you'd done it sooner! read more

I'm four months postpartum with my second little one and have returned to the therapists at Therazona. They STILL are providing outstanding service and helping me to recover four years after I went to to them initially. I was referred to Therazona by another doctor. I was able to make an appointment easily over the phone. Upon arrival, there is plentiful parking on the plaza lot. Masks are required for everyone-patients and doctors. The place itself has a cool, open concept and the lobby area is decorated modern and has a hip, eclectic feel to it. Since it was my first visit, the sweet receptionist, Irene alerted me that my therapist was running behind but I had paperwork to fill out anyway. It wasn't bad, only 4 pages of your usual/first visit info. I used the restroom and by the time I was out-Cassie, my therapist was ready for me. I clicked with her immediately. She's a young mom and totally understood all of my concerns and rehabilitation needs. She was patient and truly educated me in regards to the journey my body was going through abs how to correct it. Cassie reminded me that everything is normal and with more therapy appointments and homework on my own time, I'll be back to feeling S/O to Cassie & Irene! I'll be back soon! read more

My absolute favorite physical therapy practice. I've been to many and at a lot of places I feel like a number. Here I can tell they take their time to make sure to meet your needs and 90% of the time it's the physical therapist attending you instead of a ton of techs. I go to Cat for pelvic floor therapy and she's phenomenal! She specializes in pelvic floor and has helped me a lot. Gave me my life back and likely saved my marriage. I have been seeing Cat for 2 months (am now 7 months post partum). She succeeded in two sessions where my OBGYN failed for months. I had pelvic pain: the kind that hurts when you lift your baby for a changing, the kind that hurts after every Costco trip, the kind that hurts when you push your baby in a stroller/on a walk, the kind that hurts to load the bottom rack of a dishwasher or bend to feed the dog, the kind that bleeds and stabs during intercourse. After just 2 weeks my activities of daily living were almost back to normal! After 2 months of going about twice/ week I am happy to report that I am completely pain free & we have now started to work on bringing my abb muscles back together. I will continue working with her before and throughout my next pregnancy so I can do all I can to try to prevent some of these complications in the future. I am 28, eat well, and went to prenatal yoga+saw a chiropractor while pregnant so I never expected to have such a long recovery.Do yourself a favor, if your pregnant schedule an appointment!! All of the staff is supper polite, punctual and easy to work with. Never have to be on hold for hours and the office runs smoothly every time I'm in. I was in pain for YEARS after my son was born. Activities like driving, standing, and sitting in an office chair hurt, and I thought I'd never feel normal again. After just a few months of pelvic floor therapy at Therazona, the constant discomfort had disappeared and it hasn't returned.
