I have tried multiple nail salons and this is definitely one I am going to continue going to for a long time! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by I believe the owner who is incredibly nice and even if you don't have an appointment, they are thoroughly staffed, so you get in basically right away, even on a Sunday! There is no smell of harsh chemicals like other salons, and my nails have never looked better in my entire life. I've gone to a few different people here, and they are all consistently amazing. This is also the first nail salon I have been to where my nails don't break! I'm not sure if it's because it's not acrylic? But either way, I seriously am so impressed. It's very relaxing environment with upbeat, but calming music and there are multiple TVs with different programs on! I have received a pedicure here as well before, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had any nail salon! I drive across town to come here, and it is absolutely worth the drive, and I will continue to do so! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough and I'm so happy I stumbled upon it!

I have never had this particular nail tech until today. He was incredibly rough with the filing, buffing and cuticle cutter. I always feel relaxed when I go there but today the experience literally hurt. I see my toes when they are done and there's red polish all over my skin. Then I get the dip done and it again is all over my skin and looks so messy! I typically live all of the people who work here and find them very welcoming, I just feel like lately everything is rushed. I do recommend this place, however I only now trust a few of the nail techs now to do a really good job. My whole bill was $120, so this was incredibly disappointing.

This was my first time coming in after going to another local salon for years. I have problem…read morenails, and gel manicures never seemed to last more than a few days, leading to my needing re-dos and repairs. Because my nails are already weak, I ended up with very thin and damaged nails. Lynn took one look at my poor nails and immediately knew how to fix them. She gave me a beautiful IBD gel manicure and my nails have never felt stronger. Lynn is the sole proprietor of this salon, so she is not able to answer the phone at all times, and she sometimes has to answer during a manicure or pedicure. I saw that a previous reviewer had given a one star review because of this, but it is understandable, due to the fact that she is the only person there. You may call and get no answer (her phone isn't set up to take voicemails,), but she will call you back. It is true that Lynn only does gel and acrylic manicures, so if you are looking for traditional nail polish, you will have to go somewhere else. She is also a bit more expensive than my previous salon, but it seems to be well worth the price point. She also does not accept credit cards, but has an ATM in her shop. There is also a few banks within a couple of blocks.

Met with the owner on Friday was quoted one price, however after arriving on Saturday to start the process the price changed to double the amount. I was quoted by Diane on Saturday 155.00 just for bleaching my hair, if i then wanted baby lites in, it would be 3 something!!! What exactly is 3 something, is that an amount they decide they want to charge you after already pricing you something completely different?? I felt like I was being scammed and taken advantage of. I asked the stylist to rinse off the bleach , I paid, which I should have just let them call the police and deal with it in court, but I paid 140.00 to walk out of the salon with orange hair. Michelle (owner) called and before I said anything I wanted to hear what they told her, of course it didn't match up and it wasn't just because I was there and witnessed it, but I recorder the session and definitely different than what was told to Michelle. Michelle said this isn't about money, but yet refused to refund my money but offered services in exchange. Would you really want a service done there not knowing if they will change the price on you unexpectedly? I did dispute the charge and will have to wait 30 days to find out.
