After I did they claim they heard someone say something they didn't like as they were hanging up and called and told us to pick up the car. After two months of being there and them telling me it was almost done they only put on two control arms. I have never dealt with such a run around! There was a mess up in the beginning with parts we ordered that were incorrect so we take full responsibility for 2 weeks of that, but the rest was their incompetence! He took my car in…read moreand changed my timing belt for my 2009 KIA when almost every other service center said that they couldn't/wouldn't work on a "foreign" car. The only other service center that could do the work couldn't get me in for several weeks and when asked who they could recommend, they told me that Tom's was the place to go. Tom told me exactly what he was going to change, charge, and do - and he called me to come in and physically showed me an issue with my pads where they had eaten into the brake disc and gave me a fair price for replacement before doing the work. Tom was able to do the work the same day and I have not had any issues with it since! I definitely will go back to him for any needs for my car and will recommend all of my friends to do so as well!
