Food Quality: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Don't skip on: The Garden Wall I came to Thieves Guild to participate in their Trivia Night and ti was so much fun! Tonight's theme was Shrek and the mood that the car set tonight was on point! Right when we walked in, we were greeted by the sweetest host. Once she checked our IDs, we walked up to the bar to order drinks. One of the bartenders was dressed Doris from the movies and it was fantastic. We got to try the Shrek special, ginger beer, dark portal and Garden wall this evening and all of the drinks were great! I especially liked the refreshing taste of the Garden Wall and will definitely be back for that. Trivia night was a lot of fun and the host did well. I feel bad for all the manual work he had to do to tally things up and hope there is a better way to do this as the game took a bit longer as expected. Not a big deal because it gave everyone time to get more drinks and to mingle. Loved the staff here - these are some of the nicest bartenders I've met in a while and it's refreshing! The bar was well kept and I lived the decor. Can't wait to com back again!

The place is so unique indoors! The ciders were all delicious. Go check out one of their neatly themed and decorated bathrooms. Fast service!

Absolutely love this place. The vibes are always amazing and the staff is phenomenal. I love that there are always people playing different board games, tarot readings, and honestly just being themselves.

Super vibey spot. medieval, witchy, Skyrim, all the above. Great decor and great presentation of drinks are the strengths. The drinks were about a 6.5/10, the Winter Dry was our favorite. We didn't have any but the cocktails look especially fun. The lowlights were the slow service and underwhelming drinks. Certainly still positive considering the unique setup. Hoping to come back with menu items nodding to Skyrim

I heard so much about this place, so I checked out their website. Looked amazing. Upon arrival, the place was dead, but it was early... the music was on a repeating loop, so it was a bit repetitious: Video Game Music. Okay... I like it. I can dig Zelda songs all day. WiFi was weak... enough to work, but nothing heavy. The decor was cool... a bit of a stretch, but it's a new spot. I get it. The cider and mead were just okay. I hate to say that because I can really get behind the cause - ima nerd and this place is nerd to the core. It's was just okay... pretty weak selection, BUT the service was excellent. Bartenders were attentive, and it really picked up as the afternoon progressed. 2 stars for the liquids, 5 stars for the staff, and 4 stars for the decor. I imagine in 2 years this will be 5 SOLID stars all around.

Service & ambiance 5/5 Drinks 3/5 Thieves Guild is a fun, unique place to grab a drink with a group, hang out & play a game too! Lots of large tables, really cool decor, and a different vibe than most bars: more relaxed, comfortable, not pretentious but definitely not a dive bar either. They have a lot of cider & other drink options, and often a food truck outside. Free street parking or a small lot behind the restaurant. The drinks are mediocre but some fun presentations and good prices. We tried the NA Burning Hands - good & sweet, seasonal Frenzied Flame - weird flavor, and Chaotic Evil cider flight. In the flight: Neverwinter Dry was watery and boring, Dark Portal is an ok semi-sweet cider, and Rootweaver is an interesting root beer mead (best in the flight). I wouldn't necessarily come for great drinks but will come again for the unique concept! Check out the bathrooms!

Ambiance was cool, people hanging out. No food but they have a food truck outside and you can bring food inside. Beer was good and apple cider was delicious. Will come back again

What a cool place! The inside of this place is decorated so cool, felt like I was in a dungeon or fantasy game haha. The vibe, people and decorations were all on point. They even offer games for you and your party to play. I got the black widow cider- one of my favs by Original Sin and my boyfriend got the NA version, the white widow. It tasted just like mine, but non- alcoholic. Our friends also tried some other ciders from the tap and all were delicious! Such a fun place, will definitely be back!

It has a medieval theme to it, and is a space that encourages people to bring games - several tables had large games that were being played.

At $29 with the steak, they're definitely on the pricier side, but the portion size helps justify the cost. The serving is massive--I could easily see two or even three people sharing it as a meal. By the time I finished, it honestly looked like I had barely made a dent in it. The steak was incredibly tender and packed with flavor, and every bite was loaded with toppings. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I stopped by during an off-peak time, so it wasn't very busy, which made for a relaxed experience. One thing that really stood out was their Guinness. As someone who appreciates a proper pour, I have to give them credit--they know exactly what they're doing. Too many places rush it, but here you can tell they take pride in serving it the right way. Their drink selection is also extensive. Whether you're a beer fan or looking to try a unique cocktail, there's no shortage of great options. I'd definitely come back, especially with a group to help tackle those nachos!

The food was good, we had the potato empanada and the wagyu skewers. Both were tasty and prepared well. There was live music that was really good and we enjoyed the people they had booked. There is a cool speak easy down stairs and a dance floor upstairs (we didn't see that). Overall, the place is really cool. I will concur that our minimal encounter with staff was less that stellar. Not sure why there were all the security guys mean mugging ayerone. Recommend this place for a drink and some grub.

Good drinks! Good vibe!…read more Stopped here for drinks on a Saturday night and the place was popping! We had a group of five and we were lucky to score some stool/bar seating right up front. The prices were very reasonable! Drafts were $7 and some cocktails were $11. The bartenders were super friendly and polite and talented! I really enjoyed watching them prepare five drinks at once without loosing a beat! The music was also great! They were rocking early 2000s jams. I ordered their penecilin cocktail which had ginger, honey, coconut and lemon with whiskey and it was delicious!! Everyone else enjoyed their drinks and we had a great time!

In full transparency it has been 2-3 years since my first and last visit to Water Witch. I noticed this in my drafts and thought I should complete my review. That said, I think I hyped this place up in my head too much before my visit because of the James Beard nod. So when it didn't quite hit the mark for me, I was disappointed. It's quite an intimate bar. By that I mean small space inside. The main bar has seating of course and there are a few seating areas directly behind the barstool area. There is a small walkway that separates the bar and the seating area. So the seating area is looking straight forward at the bartenders and the backs of people on barstools. I felt like the people behind me were staring into my soul lol, but that's a me problem ha. It's a modern design and beautifully decorated. I had two drinks. One from the menu and one that I told the bartender what I liked and disliked. He then made a drink based upon my taste. In my opinion it tasted similar to the one from the menu, which was disappointing because I was hoping for something different. There was one bartender that evening and one bar back, so even with the few people at the bar (I'd say 6-7 including me and a guest) and the 4 people seated behind us. It took some time to get his attention and order a drink. Which is part of the reason I only had two drinks. I would probably give this place another try since it's been some time since I've been there. As I always like to say. Stop in and judge for yourself.
