The Good: Great Atmosphere in this brewery! It was casual, high industrial ceilings, exposed HVAC, comfy vibes. Large wood tables, lots of seating, several different levels. The staff was awesome, our waitress was attentive and friendly! I came during a bills game, and they passed out free Jell-O shots every time the bills scored. We felt comfortable enough to bring our 10 month old, and enjoyed a great afternoon! The food, from Tappos, is DELICIOUS! My husband and I shared the "Little Anthony" white pizza, which was loaded with chicken sausage, peppers, spinach, and garlic. We got a great Caesar salad, full of romaine, Parmesan, croutons, and chicken! It was filling, hearty food. They do have a full bar! I do not drink beer often, so a nice whiskey coke was great! My husband had a flight and thoroughly enjoyed every single one! The Bad: The building it is situated in a not so great part of town, and the parking was a weird lot in between industrial buildings. Huge puddles everywhere and kind of sketchy at night.

Minkey Boodle, a very fine raspberry sour and my favorite from the three beers we had from Thin Man.

Buffalo, New York. It's kind of a rarity getting a craft beet experience from this town but this latest craft beer adventure wasn't a bad one. Thin Man seems to be one of the big breweries for this area coming in with two locations but despite that they got a pretty good handle on craft beer culture. Steve and I had three beers from Thin Man. Overall we felt like it was a positive experience. This outing we got a different beer style for each beer we enjoyed so that gave us some diversity to work with. To start we had the Tension Breaker Pilsner. Not a bad pilsner. It had a clean, crisp flavor to it with a hint of clove to the flavor profile which wasn't bad. Perhaps not my favorite of the three but still a good beer to drink. The next beer was the Minky Boodle. This was a sour beer that I had early on before I got "soured out" with having so many in short proximity because I feel like this beer style where a little bit goes a long ways. But I stlll tell myself this was one of the better sours I've had. With raspberries being the featured fruit for this sour Steve and I both enjoyed and didn't get tired out with ut. This was my favorite out of the three. The final beer was the Bru-One. This was a pretty solid New England IPA in which the bitterness played well with the rest of the beer. I tend to be pickly with New England IPA's but this one was one of the better ones that I have ventured across. Good overall experience with the beer from Thin Man and a brewery to keep in mind whenever in the area or if you come across it with beer in the mail services.

I stopped in with my fiance and bestfriend last night for some pizza and beers after leaving a Yelp event. This was my first time experiencing this Thin Man location so I was really excited walking in. The girl that greeted us and explained how to order was super friendly. The bartender, however, was not. She seemed to be performing her job in the least efficient manner either on purpose or to drive her customers mad. She would take one order at a time, pour that beer, set the beer down, take another order, pour that beer, set it down, and THEN give the first poured beer to the person who ordered it. She continued to do this all night and we couldn't tell if she hated us or really just did not understand efficiency or serving her customers in the order they arrived at the bar. It was dead there too so it was really odd that she was serving us so slowly and in such an odd fashion. The place itself is very large, with options to play darts and ski ball (an awesome bonus!) and tvs all around. The food menu is from Tappo, which I really appreciated because I'm actually not a huge fan of Thin Man's food at their Elmwood location. Tappos food is much better. We opted for the chori fries (huge and delicious!), The Hollywood John and the BBQ chicken pizza. Everything was delicious but the Hollywood John was definitely the highlight. We also got a few flights and beers and all of the beers were pretty good. My favorite still remains as minkey boodle. The nice thing about their flights is you can order as many samples as you want for the flight. Overall, a decent experience and would definitely come back.

One of my favorite spots in Kenmore. We moved from the area a few years ago but make a point to visit this location when we do our "Kenmore Days". The environment is very inviting and they have tappo pizzas that are delicious here as well. I had their Italian Pilsner and it was delicious. Always a great time here!

This is one of our favorite spots in buffalo & it literally never disappoints. Some of our friends still haven't been to this location and we love bringing them because it's the perfect stop for good beer and great food with tappo. Currently (feb 2021) our newest obsession is the "that's so special" sour beer. We are big fans of minkey boodle and this may have officially topped minkey for us! We had to leave with two crowlers of it. Seriously if you like a good sour beer go try this out!

Great beer, great food, great vibe. Located off the beaten path of the elmwood strip it's a unique spot with vibrant murals inside and out. They have an outdoor patio that I believe has igloos for winter weather, but if you're dining inside, the bar has a very open, modern aesthetic. If you're looking to book events here, they also have a space on the second floor that can accommodate parties as large as a wedding. Can't go wrong with a beer and a Tappo wood-fired pizza!

Food - 4 (We want to try more items) Service - 5 Atmosphere - 5 Price - 5 I was very skeptical about going here. Not because of the area because I'm Buffalo born and raised. It was because I love Tappo and I thought that it would be a watered-down version. Boy, was I wrong! Atmosphere - Love the space here. You can play games and hang out. It is casual and great for anything from lunch to family dinner to hanging out with friends. It is very open and industrial, which I love. Service - Our server was extremely attentive. She was everything that we look for in a server - Polite, prompt & professional. She checked in just enough, but too much where it felt overwhelming. We split the Drinking Buddy - 4 cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, asiago, fontina), San Marzano sauce, classic pepperoni. We also got Garlic Parm wings; they were off the hook. The wings were cooked perfectly; they were crispy and flavorful. We originally came for the pizza but will return simply for the wings. The pizza was just as great, though. Reminiscent of wood fire pizza in Italy. While we were hesitant to come here, we certainly won't hesitate to come back for more!

It was a Friday and my wife and I decided that we really want to forget and leave the lockdown days behind! We wanted to go to a place that had a good vibe with a decent amount of crowd, and a place which would be ready to serve us a good Margarita Pizza! Thin Man Brewery at Chandler street shares its space with Tappo Pizza and I would say it's a pretty effective combination. We arrived just when the band was about to start its performance. We could not get a table however, but luckily there was space for us at the bar! We ordered the Margarita Pizza with pepper toppings and it was pretty good. The crust was amazing and tender and the sauce had a nice flavor to it. Overall, we had a great time and a real appreciation for things to be back to normal again!

Chicken parm sub - 1/2 because it was too good

Amazing food!!! I just cannot say how much this place has improved! Every time we come here it seems to be better than the time before! Hand cut fries, Brussel sprouts with balasamic and a chicken parm sub. All excellent but the sprouts!!!! Killer! Goat cheese and balsamic goodness! The bread was soft and a great accompaniment to the yummy chicken parm. The family loves the fries -oh yeah and the beer is great here too!

So disappointed in myself for not being here sooner. Such an amazing spot. Came here after the beer festival for hair of the dog and it was amazing. Great beers, food and games. Our party had flights, played skee ball and darts. Also ordered pizzas and many pints, will be back soon!

A fun space in a unique location. I stopped her and got the chicken sandwich/beer combo. It's a great deal and perfect for a casual night out. There was live music which was fun and the overall atmosphere was fun and laid back. There are some arcade style games but I'm uncertain if they are open yet with COVID. I had the chicken sandwich was was superb and I had the Wake and Lake beer which was even better. Our waitress was super sweet and quick with the order and food. It was an overall great experience and I'll certainly be back!

It's Friday night and there's a swing-y cover band playing with an acoustic bassist. There are people my parents' age and older going crazy dancing. Someone is here for her 21st birthday. The bartenders and wait staff are so kind and accommodating. Not to mention, the black Francis bbq sauce is bomb. There is a skeleton in a high chair.

Let it be known that I took my mother here and I can say with confidence that she truly enjoyed her experience-- as did I! The ambiance in this Thin Man Brewery location is amazing- industrial and fun. The pizza was simply amazing. I had a beer and my Ma, who doesn't normally drink Beer, tried the ciders. Loved this place and will be back for sure!

The hostess was a class act, server was great and checked in regularly. The food is good, everything is priced about what I expected except the coffee. They only offer French Pressed coffee for $10 (I was able to have 2.25 cups of coffee). I paid $15 for coffee last time I went so that my friend could have one cup and I had three. Lol I do like the creamer, it was creamy thick, complimented the coffee well. I just couldn't believe I paid that for coffee. Normally, I would only drink 2 cups but drank 3 because I couldn't let it go to waste. Don't judge me, this was for brunch at 11am. Lol I recommend sharing plates. Not because the portion sizes are large or anything but just because everything tastes great, why not sample as much as possible. My friends and I tried a pizza, the AMAZING Mac and Cheese, and another time, I tried the cinnamon roll and eggplant sandwich. The bread was amazing, flavor was good but needed more eggplant. It felt like I was eating more bread than anything hearty inside it. Probably wouldn't order that again next time but it was still good. Their seasoned fries are also very good. The frosting on the cinnamon roll made this treat worth getting, it was a little hard/dry on the outside but I imagine that was just a mistake for that day as maybe it could have came to the table sooner. It was still reallyyyy delicious. I'll be returning again to try some other items but definitely come and bring a date. This is a nice spot for brunch, lunch and dinner, with adult family, friends or a date.
