Showed up for my monthly calibration to the shop being closed for half the day without ever being notified (after being loyal customer for 2 years). I was a definitely a little upset but when I got back I decided to let it go. Nope not Sean . Two separate confrontations from him, I Was told to not bring my "lip" back there and find somewhere else to go; also to let him know "how that goes" . Think Driven is a perfect example of small town hospitality and amazing customer service. As a new resident to the area, I had been given a referral by my family about how great the team over at Think Driven was. They told me of how friendly the team was and how they made sure to be budget friendly while providing a "full service experience". The team at the shop started my experience off by going over some of the offerings of the shop and provided me with a ride home. Which was greatly appreciated when you are mom traveling with your kids (thanks again for this!). At other shops I have gone to in the past, it has been a stressful experience trying to arrange rides or waiting at the shop itself. The other thing I appreciated was them checking in with me after their initial over view of my vehicle and gave me an estimate on work needed PRIOR to completing it. This was a way for me to learn what needed to be done immediately and what should be planned for in the future. I have had my breaks done twice by this company and they were fabulous, even picked up my car and brought it back to me. Talk about customer service! They were honest, competitively priced, good work and the customer service was above & beyond. If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Absolutely, have never been treated so poorly. They don't even do their own work, just send it to different shops and up-charge you. Don't waste your time. read more

This shop definitely takes care of there customers. They are in sycamore we are in geneva. They pick up your car and bring it back to you. They take care of customers, always answering questions. Called on Thursday August 30th. Sean not in to answer question. Called again on Friday, August 31st. Sean not in (note: everyone gets to have a personal life, I do understand. Just giving background). Called again on Saturday morning September 1st. Talked to Sean. Explained what I was looking to have done. He said that due to it being Labor Day holiday weekend, it might be difficult to get me an answer before Tuesday at some point. Tuesday went by with no answer back, so I called late afternoon. Sean said he would be back to me FOR SURE by Wednesday. No call Wednesday. No call Thursday. It's now late afternoon on Friday with no return call. Most dissatisfied customers don't complain....they just don't come back. I have registered my complaint in the hopes that Sean understands the frustration. read more

Called for an appt, arrived early and Shawn was able to take me in early for my oil change. Upon inspection, he found one of my brakes were bad. He took the time to show me. As a new customer, I enjoyed being shown what the problem was. He seems very knowledgeable and I plan to return in the future. Friendly staff. read more

Love this place. They are very affordable for those who have a low income. My boyfriend was surprised he could have all that needed to be done to his car in one session and we still had money to last us for the rest of the week! The staff is very friendly. They have a great attitude and let us know what is priority. The staff is not lazy and are genuine. Past places have overcharged us for doing a low end job, but I feel Think Driven does an amazing job for the right price. Also, a plus is that Think Driven is extremely close to our home. Before we used to be afraid of driving through Dekalb to get our car serviced when our car was prone to turning off on us, but Think Driven made us feel safer. My aunt recommend me this place and I am very grateful for her to show me. If anybody who needs to get their car serviced and affordability is a priority, come here. Our car runs like new again. I brought my truck into Think Driven in hopes of finding a new shop that would give me quality service and find out what needed to be fixed on my truck. I was having issues with my brakes ceasing up. It took them 17 DAYS FOR A BRAKE REPAIR. The owner didn't contact me regarding my vehicle until the 11th day of having it in their possession. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the chance that they were extremely busy. Two weeks after giving them my vehicle i hadn't heard from them. After calling them they told me that it would get taken care of the following day. I then had to call them the next day because they didn't bother to let me know what was going on and it probably would have been put off again had i not called three times over a two day period. When speaking to the owner over the phone I made it clear to him on two separate occasions to not replace the wiper blades as I had my own and planned to take care of it myself. After receiving my truck, i found that he replaced and charged me for windshield wipers. Prior to arriving at the shop i noticed a leak coming from underneath my truck. After receiving my truck, I noticed that all of my engine coolant had leaked out after all the fluids were topped off. I took it into another shop and they found that i had a radiator leak and needed a new radiator and Think Driven completely missed it throughout their inspection. This is absolutely the worst experience I've had with an auto repair shop and I would definitely take my truck anywhere but here in the future. The small consolation was that they took 18% off of my bill. Very poor customer service. Had i not contacted them it could have taken them a month or longer to get to my vehicle. read more

Sean has worked on my personal and work vehicles. He is meticulous in his inspections and makes sure the vehicle is 100% with no compromising of cheap parts or shortcuts. It was a great help when I picked up my van at the last repair to find out not only did he do the work initially requested but also took care of a recall issue.
