Ryan, you and your staff are angels. I saw the sign that said Free Air. That caught my attention. In my back seat I had a 4 year old wearing a Sonic costume called Shadow with a 12 inch bike in the back with 2 flat tires. Well, NO TIRE TOO SMALL !!! We made an appointment for 11am, they said it would be about an hour so we left. We came back and seen the car was still out side so we asked why its taking so long and they said they have people backed up for 2 days even with appointments. When we showed our frustration they dident really have an excuse to why its taking so long. I don't recommend this belle tire location, go somewhere else if you can. read more

Service is 5 star. My only issue is really a corporate problem and not this individual location. They didn't as me when I bought my new tires if I wanted the protection plan. I went back next day and had them put it on. It is extremely pricey. No wonder they did not offer it. Worked was done well and quickly. I have used them to fix a flat as well as these two new tires on another vehicle. I usually go to Discount tire. No complaints other than how far they were for me. I was first sold to start coming here when discount could not get me in to fix a flat, however the new Belle that just opened next to them got me in right away, fixed while I waited and then told me no charge. I will be back in future, just will pass on the protection. read more

Wear gloves or wash your hands before entering someone's vehicle! Getting tire dirt all over the steering wheel, dashboard, buttons, and handles is extremely unprofessional! I shouldn't have to completely wash out the inside of my car surfaces after getting service done! read more

The employees and the workers there are all very nice. My only issue with them was I took my car in to get four brand new tires put on. later on I noticed that it was making a rubbing noise, when I turn my steering wheel to the left. When I finally got back into the shop to have them look at it. They told me that the liner that lines the inside of the tire well was messed up essentially. The only way I can fix it is to replace the whole liner.( they told me not to worry about it and that it wouldn't cause any damage to the tires ). When I l got home, I started thinking about it, and my car wasn't making that noise before I put my tires on. Should I have to pay for this myself when it wasn't making that noise when I brought it in there? Plus the noise is getting worse. Not sure if I'll ever go back because of this. If they can't take accountability for their mistakes then they will have to do business with out me. read more

Tanisha was exceptional! Tire value and work done satisfactory. What was unsatisfactory and imo unacceptable was technician going through and disrupting my glove box and center console looking for lug key which I gave location of. Rather than reach for and grab, the incompetent technician took many items out of each stow area and simply left tossed all over my front seat. No respect for customer whatsoever. I just want to give a shout out to Belle Tire for their wonderful customer service yesterday! On Friday, I went to a different place to get newer used tires, and they didn't do alignments there, so my boyfriend and I took my car to Belle Tire for an alignment yesterday. During the process, their technician took my car for a test drive and ran something over, damaging one of my rear tires. It was brought to my attention that one of the tires tread was VERY low compared to the other one, and that I basically overpaid. We went to look at them, and they were right. I won't be making that mistake again! Belle Tire ended up replacing both of my rear tires with brand new ones for free, and didn't charge me for the alignment I originally came in for, with no prompting from me! I ended up asking for an oil change last minute, and that's the only thing I paid for which was a SUPER reasonable price. They were honest about a mistake they made up front, came up with a solution, and didn't talk down to me. I really appreciate that. read more
