Grilled cheese greasy and burnt to a crisp (had to make one at home to feed the child), medium hamburger was raw in the center, received greasy overcooked tater tots instead of the fries ordered. She told us that she has no control over the kitchen. I wanted to point out that she does have control over her attitude. She was rude! So I went inside and asked the manager why he hung up on me and he said it's last call... and I said but why did he have to hang up on me and he said because it's last call... I'm sorry but your the manager and you approving of your employees to just hang up the phone instead of politely saying no we are closed is insane. What once was my favorite place to get takeout now is off my list. I live about 5 minutes from TBG in Quinton and now I will no longer be ordering from there. This is the classic, "everything comes out of a frozen box" place.... Their burgers are pretty good and there's a good variety of burgers. The bar itself is good. It thrives because it's the only place in this part of Quinton to eat with a bar etc... if anybody opened an Applebee's this place would cease to exist. It's a good option off 64 if you don't want fast food. Service was quick and friendly. It's a sports bar serving bar food. Nothing is going to blow you away, but it's good. The buffalo grilled chicken wrap was very good. I had the brats which were fine. I'll probably try the grilled fish wrap next time or the crabby patty which sounded offensively good. Beer selection is non-craft, just your basic domestics. There isn't a lot to choose from in the area, and this place is a quick detour off 64 with clean bathrooms and easy parking. Came in for a quick lunch, and the service was fast and friendly. They had a great selection of beer, spirits and wine. Aleworks pumpkin ale was on draught so I was happy. I had a Ruben and a salad. The salad was nice and fresh, but the Ruben was amazing. Crispy pastrami, and the bread was nice and toasted! The menu was reasonably priced, and had a great selection. It was huge and yummy. I can't stand a place that will only cook a burger mid well to well. Not these guys, it was a perfect mid rare, exactly what I asked for. The only thing I would have liked was a little more cheddar. Hubby loved his steak sandwich, nice soft bread, and the steak was well cooked (not the dried out shoe leather you get at some places). The fries were nothing to write home about, but we didn't care. I also got a side salad which was a good size and full of fresh ingredients. $24 for lunch wasn't bad at all. A couple of menu choices are technically pescatarian, but are fried. Aside from salads there are no vegetarian choices. Sides include fries, tater tots, and what might be homemade chips. Onion rings may be substituted for an additional charge. Take out is available, by phone and also through the Toast app. The vibe is sports bar, with multiple screens, and there are booths with individual tv monitors. Service is fine, although it's often crowded with just two servers, one of whom also tends bar and handles take out orders. Very popular with families. read more

If you want a dive bar with mediocre food this is your place. The food used to be good but quality has gone down. Processed, frozen fish. Absolutely no flavor! The BLT literally only had bacon crumbs on it rather than actual strips. Only reason they get a second star is the service was decent and the wings were ok (used to be the best in the Richmond area in my opinion). Definitely a bar atmosphere which isn't my favorite thing ever. I've ordered bacon on my burger and paid extra for it over and over and don't ever get bacon.
