Beautifully decorated for the current Persona video game 30th anniversary collaboration. Their brown sugar milk tea drink "Positive Thinking" was delicious and packaged in a cute reusable can and they give you a reusable drink bag

Really cute decor in this shop and ample space to drink your boba and catch up with friends. I personally don't know the collab they did with the cartoons, but they are adorable. I did try the collab drinks and they are a bit pricey for the quantity, but I will try a regular drink next time. The pistachio padan chocolate drink was a bit overpowered by the pandan flavor, but it was okay. Staff was friendly and nice! I think they do different collaborations so will have to try a different one next time!

Thirsty Waters x Street Fighter Collab! *only til June 30th* We came here specifically to check out the collaboration and themed set up inside the location and it was so DOPE! My wife and I have never been here but for anything Street Fighter I had to check it out. I'm a huge fan of the video game and they hit the mark on everything! There's a specific themed menu for this collab with 4 drinks. The set up is pretty much kiosk ordering, but staff will help as needed. The whole vibe set up inside was so cool! All the table are designed with the stages in the video game. The walls have a bunch of posters. There's a shelf with toys and collectibles. They have the arcade set up for free play of Street Fighter as well. We ended up ordering the Ken & Guile Drinks. Ken Drink - STRAWBERRY MANGO GREEN TEA WITH CHAMOY SWIRL Guile Drink - MANGO DREAM WITH MILITARY GREEN APPLE STAR JELLY We enjoyed them and would recommend. The Ken one was refreshing and light. The Guile one was delicious with good amount of sweetness. We might need to come back again and try the other two. Per the staff they do different collaborations each month. We had a great time hanging out in here. I loved the whole vibe. Thanks, Thirsty Waters! ( ^_^)b

My husband and I stopped by to check out their Street Fighter themed drinks. I've never been here before and apparently every month is a new theme. They went all out with their decor, blind key chains, and drinks! Parking was easy. It's shared with the other businesses in the complex. I parked in front of Stater Bros. The bubble tea shop is spacious. They had tables, high top seating, and an arcade. We were greeted when we arrived. We placed our orders on a kiosk, mind you there is only one. I got the Guile drink which was a milk tea with mango puree and apple star jelly. I substituted the milk with oat ($0.75 extra). My husband ordered Ken which was green tea with strawberry mango and chamoy swirl. We played Street Fighter while our drinks were being prepared. After losing two rounds (lol) they were ready. I love when drinks are put in a cup with the pop tab. It's satisfying to hear the "pop" when I open the can. Guile was perfect! The mango puree was fresh and sweet. I could taste the apple in the star jelly. Although they were a bit difficult to grab on every sip, it was enjoyable still when I was able to. The oat milk paired very well. Ken was refreshing. Similar to Guile's, it was perfectly balanced. The mango did not overpower the drink and the chamoy came through. If I had to choose between the two, I would reorder Guile. The drinks were simple and that's what made them great. I would continue coming back for their themed drinks. Thanks, Thirsty Waters! See you again real soon!

We decided to visit while they had the Street Fighter theme. Upon arriving, they were so friendly and welcoming. The kind lady at the front, who seemed to be the manager or owner, greeted us and offered us a sample of oolong tea (which was good btw). The decor and everything was super cool! As a street fighter fan, this was pretty impressive. From the tables to the menu and walls...it was all really cool! On top of that, we got to play the street fighter arcade game for free while we waited for our drinks. We ordered the Ken (mango strawberry chamoy) and the Chunlee. I felt the Ken was mostly of juice and needed more mango. The Chunlee was a bit sour. But the whole ambiance and experience made it worthwhile!

Once again, came back for the Iced Batley Milk Tea (my favorite). Full of flavor and tastes refreshing! The cups came in with cute funny faces on the lids to lift up your mood lol We sat down to enjoy the background and took some pictures ~~ Japanese vibes

Came here to play mahjong with friends. Ordered their fries, mochi cookie, and some drinks. Staff was friendly and was quick to assist issues. There werent that many people, so it was an okay environment. My only issue was not being able to use the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom. It was broken. I let the staff know, but idk if it got fixed after that.

The service was friendly and fast but for $8 idk if this is the best place for milk tea.... The decoration is cool and very clean, perfect for hanging out and relaxing

Thirsty Waters was one of the vendors at the Sony Pro Support events, and their friendliness, as well as the great drinks, turned me into a fan. I loved the tart sweetness of the butterfly pea flower drink, as well as the strong tea flavor of the classic thai tea. I hope to come by the actual shop and try more of their drinks soon.

I came here for the Street Fighter themed drinks. I loved the Street Fighter decor and the themed drinks. I got the Ryu Lychee Slushie Boba drink and it was really good. The drink wasn't too sweet so that was also good. Not only did it taste good, but it was also really cool! I didn't try all the Street Fighter themed drinks yet, but I will most likely come back again to try a different one. It seems like they do different novelty themed drinks and snacks every couple months. They also change the decor of their cafe to whatever theme they are currently doing so that is also pretty cool.

Thirsty Waters is a tea shop. They have pure teas, fruit teas, lemonades, milk teas, fresh milk, and some Tokyo street food. They also have Vietnamese coffee and matcha. I ordered the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk. It was excellent. Perfect balance of brown sugar and fresh milk. Lots of brown sugar flavor throughout the drink which i thoroughly enjoyed. The brown sugar flavor was rich and sweet. It came with boba which wasn't what I ordered. Still, the boba had perfect texture as it was soft, gummy, and chewy. Service was great. Was greeted upon entry. Cashiers were friendly. They asked if i wanted a sample to which I declined. I didn't want boba in my drink so I asked if I was able to order it without on the tablet. They said unless I chose the option to add boba, I wouldn't get boba. I didn't specify I wanted boba on the order but they still put it in anyway. I was behind two behind people that ordered and left once they received their drinks. Spacious inside the establishment. It was well-ventilated. Tables are spaced aqaduately. There's counter seating, some tables with chairs, and some sofas with tables. They had Demon Slayer merchandise and Tokidoki merchandise in the corner of the shop. On the right side near the counter, is a brightly lit LCD and colorful menu screen with pictures of menu items Depending on the depth of your car cup holder, they may or may not be cup-holder friendly. As in they do fit however but because the cups are a bit tall, some turns can cause drink to topple over. I enjoyed the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk. I only wished the order came out how I specified but otherwise it was still exceptional. Will come back for another visit!

This place has been on my list for a while to try. It's not too far from my house, but the big push was their collaboration of Godzilla with them. My Son is a huge Godzilla fan so of course had to go check it out. Outside on the windows were pictures of Godzilla. They had their menu out of what their specialty for that was went in. It was decorated throughout with Godzilla decor Mothra other characters. Very creative loved the drinks and the cookie was so good! I would definitely go back to try the other regular items they have Service was great very friendly It was clean ,loved the vibe , so many places to sit and enjoy your items

I had a good experience at Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights). I ordered the Roasted Barley Milk Tea ($6.49 - Perfect Sweet - Perfect Ice) with Brown Sugar Boba (additional 99 cents). It's described as a nutty, roasted grain with warm popcorn notes. (Important: Cash is not accepted. This is a cashless location.) I arrived at Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights) on Monday (around 11:05AM - Near Opening Time). Parking is very easy. The lot is big. It shares the Stater Bros Market's plaza. When I'd arrived, Staff informed me that there would be a 10 minute wait for boba. So I used that time to explore and admire the location. Staff is very professional, charming, and helpful. Staff happily answered all my questions, and Staff maintained a bright, cheery demeanor. At 11:15AM, I used the self-service kiosk to make my order. My drink took two minutes and 30 seconds. Very fast! As mentioned, I ordered the Roasted Barley Milk Tea ($6.49 - Perfect Sweet - Perfect Ice) with Brown Sugar Boba (additional 99 cents). To my immense satisfaction, I tasted thoughtful flavors. There were moments where the drink reminded me of the famous Popcorn Milk Tea from Torotea. Unfortunately, this drink tasted a little diluted & watery. The delicious, fresh popcorn taste was present, but it's very faint. Concerning the boba, it felt fairly standard. I appreciated the boba's bounce and playfulness. Regarding ambiance, Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights) is a solid study/work spot. Although I counted only two electrical outlets, this business offers Power Stations for customers' devices. Woah!! There's also customer internet with password; the information is taped onto the side, but customers can find the info by talking to Staff. There's also a gender neutral restroom in the back. I especially loved the animated, energetic, and cheerful music; this music felt like Nintendo background music. The location felt fairly spacious and well-ventilated. There's five tables and one long counter. If I were to nitpick, some parts of the wall looked chipped. Also, there's tiny pieces of unswept trash in the corners. Regardless, Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights) felt very clean and welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights). The drink is refreshing; Staff is exceedingly welcoming; and the location has genuine utility. If searching for a pleasant study/work spot, I recommend Thirsty Waters (Rowland Heights). 4.6 out of 5

Even the sweetness level they recommend didn't taste right anymore, which is frustrating when you've already dialed in your order. I also tried the osmanthus lemon iced tea and it came out bitter. Not a subtle bitterness either. That one I wouldn't order again. I don't think the recipe changed so much as the consistency slipped. Most times I visited, I had absolutely no wait at all, although I heard that during peak hours it gets pretty busy due to how busy the plaza is. My wife and I visited during lunch on a weekend and it was no wait whatsoever. Easily placed our orders and it was about a 5-10 minute wait for our drinks, very nice overall. Staff is friendly and quick which is always nice to see for a tea shop. They have plenty of options to go around, usually they'll have a sample for you to try which is nice if you can't decide on your drink choice. I absolutely love the mango or lemon condensed milk series, it's a mix of yakult style drinks on top of a bit more of a gushy feeling when you're sipping. Mix that with a bit of kick and you have the perfect drink for a hot day. Absolutely recommend trying it. Overall, a well maintained shop, although can get really packed during the peak hours, it's absolutely worth checking their store out. Very high quality drinks, consistent across all San Chen locations and definitely my choice of tea shop whenever my wife and I are in the area.

The mini boba wasn't my favorite, but if you plan on adding it, I'd recommend asking for light boba unless you're a serious boba lover. The texture of the osmanthus sweet rice is a little gooey and overall flavor is slightly sweet with hints of floral. The black sesame mochi pop comes with taro paste, mochi pop rice balls, milk mochi and a side of cheese foam. For additional cost, i added red beans which was the cherry on top. The mochi components were soft and chewy. The dessert can get milky and creamy since most of the ingredients are milk based. The black sesame flavors stood out and highly recommend if you like black sesame. We ordered and paid on the kiosk using apple pay. The charge was seen as pending on our credit card; however, there was some discrepancy seen on their register, which marked the order as unpaid. The presentation of their fresh milk mochi (鲜奶麻薯) bowls and dip-and-stretch mochi desserts is undeniable--it makes for great photos, and the shop itself is super bright and clean. The stretchy texture of the milk mochi base was fun and delightfully soft, and components like the taro paste and purple rice had a nice, subtle sweetness. However, for the price point, the execution fell a little short. Some of the toppings felt under-prepared; the taro balls lacked that fresh, springy chewy elasticity you want in a shaved ice/mochi bowl, and the coconut jelly base tasted slightly watered down instead of rich. Logistics wise, the service was quite slow even though the store wasn't very busy, and parking in this Labin Court plaza can be a complete nightmare during peak evening hours. It's a solid place to stop by once for the aesthetic and novelty, but given the steep competition for Asian desserts in Rowland, it doesn't quite hit top-tier status for me.

Tater Tots: Lots of tater tots in the box. Bought it through door dash because they were having a promo. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Highly recommend! The Temple City shop was closed while the Hacienda Heights location was relocated to this current Rowland Heights location. [Parking]: This is a really busy parking lot and I had to circle twice to find an available parking spot. [Ordering & atmosphere]: There is a kiosk to place an order. There are 4 indoor tables with no outdoor tables. The whole interior vibe really reminds me of the old Ten Ren from the 2010s. [Drinks]: There's a sign stating the top 9 favorites - Monks Blend, Iron Goddess Milk Tea, Orange Mojito Green Tea, Paris Sensation, Earl Grey, Cream Topped Green Tea, Organic Westlake Dragonwell, Lychee Oolong, and Organic Pu Erh. They also sell small bites like popcorn chicken, string tempura (fish cakes), and Taiwan night market sausage. *** Lychee oolong (Taiwanese High Mountain Oolong, Lychee Puree - $7.25): A refreshing drink with the right amount of sweetness and generous size. There was even one piece of leftover lychee to bite into. *** Overall this is a solid all-around tea shop.

Their menu includes various selection of creamy milk tea, pure milk tea, Lelecha signatures, fresh and fruity drinks, pastries and cakes. I ordered through Uber Eats the following drinks: - Iced Mango Sago Pomelo 5/5 It was creamy, rich, velvety and refreshing.Every sip was explosion of all flavors in my mouth. - Mango Coconut Bliss 5/5 Tropical ripe and creamy mango in a drink, of course it was such a beautiful drink. - 2 Butter Caramel Egg Custard Tart 5/5 The crust was buttery and flaky. The custard was creamy, rich and had the perfect sweetness. It was huge. I could not eat it in one time. They came with gloves too, which was a nice gesture. Honestly, It was the best I had tried recently. I wish I could order more of this decadent tarts. - Green Book 5/5 Green tea cake with very fluffy and delicate layers. It was exceptional. - Chocolate Dirty Egg Tart 5/5 Flaky chocolate pastry filled with custard. It was perfectly delicious. Definitely, I recommend Lelecha. What a place! Everything we tried was uniquely delicious and flavorful.

5 stars for their "butter caramel tart" ($5.5), which is essentially a gigantic [easily 2 or 3x the…read moresize of a] Chinese "dan tat" or egg custard in a light, buttery, flaky crust that's better than what you'd get at a French pastry shop. The smooth, light, melt-in-your-mouth custard is nice and thick, so the ratio of custard to crust is like 15:1 (how it should be, in my opinion!). Pictures do it no justice--you absolutely have to try it. I tried it the next morning after refrigeration and microwaving for 22sec, and it was so delicious, I finished the entire piece! And now I'm super full. But it was worth it. They also have a chocolate version that I was considering, but opted to go with their most popular, which is yummy enough to go out of your way for. Also tried their floral quartet oolong milk tea with boba. Tea was ok but boba was lackluster, a bit too stretchy and not sweet enough. That custard pastry though, easily brings this spot up to 5 stars. Small shop just to place your order at the counter and leave with goodies. Cute bread themed interior: baguette door handles, a variety of bread squishies for the kiddos to play with while you order, and a large rolling pin light fixture above you. Do yourself and your friends and family a favor and bring home at least a few of the butter caramel tarts. They're each nicely packaged in a windowed bag with branded sticker, so they're easy to gift. And each one comes with a packaged glove with which to enjoy your treat and not have to wash your hands.

But I think I prefer their teas. I like that the specialty ones include toppings already. Mulberry was a bit too sweet for me even though I got zero sugar. I prefer their roasted barley iced tea with osmanthus jelly. Drinks can be easily close to $10. Service is great! Queues can be long. Parking is easy. Bathroom available. Credit card/tap is accepted with no surcharge. I like to stop by when I'm in the area.

The drink is super smooth and creamy with really strong jasmine and oolong flavors. And the brown sugar mochi jelly??? Boba WHO? It's soft, chewy, and honestly so much better than boba. The best part is that you can even save your drink for the next day and the mochi jelly stays soft instead of getting hard like boba does. I cannot recommend this specific order enough. There's a reason Torotea has expanded so much! I'm not the biggest fan of the Diamond Bar location purely because of the line, so I'd recommend trying one of their other locations if you don't want to wait as long. You can also order online on weekdays to avoid the line, but there is a small online fee. Also shoutout to whoever designed their shops because they absolutely killed the boho vibes. Super cute inside and the perfect place to wait for your drink. There isn't much of a seating area to chat given the line and large volume of traffic. Overall, as I can't emphasize any further, JASMINE OOLING WITH MOCHI JELLY.
