My RN, Hunter Wanner, is truly amazing. Since my veins can be difficult to find and I bruise easily, she always takes extra care and makes sure I'm comfortable and doing okay throughout the process. I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be signing up for more services in the future.

I had my initial visit at their location in Kirkland, (NW Face & Body), but my injector (Dr. Khezri) works at both NW Face & Body and The Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery, which I also visited as well. I had lip filler injected by Dr. Khezri, and my initial experience wasn't great. He was unprofessional and rude multiple times throughout the appointment. His demeanor caused me a deal of anxiety, having never had lip filler before. I contacted NW Face & Body about my experience, and they apologized. Over the course of the next week, I continued to have concerns over the state of my lips. Even during the healing process, they looked nothing like they were supposed to. I had a curled pale border on my top lip, my bottom lip had a painful bump, I was puffy above my mouth, and I developed a "duck" like appearance. At one point they started becoming painful and burned. I contacted NW Face & Body with my concerns multiple times, uploading photos to the portal and sharing my symptoms. I was repeatedly told that I had nothing to worry about, they looked fine, and all of my symptoms were normal for the healing process. The last time I contacted them, I was called in the morning and asked if I could come in to be examined by Dr. Khezri. After being directed to the wrong location, paying for parking, and then having to drive 30+ minutes to The Gallery, I was seen by the Dr. for just a few minutes. I brought up all of my concerns, and again was told that they looked great, and I had nothing to worry about. I made an appointment with a highly rated injector in the area for a second opinion. This new provider observed the following; I had extremely obvious migration above the lips, they had been overfilled, I was injected superficially along my entire bottom lip causing painful lumps, I had visible filler in my lips, and I had been injected into the wet mucosa (a common cause for migration, and carries a risk of causing vascular occlusion which causes necrosis). I had them partially dissolved for $300, with the intention to dissolve more on our follow up. After making my demands, and some back and forth, I was provided a refund for my filler and my first dissolving appointment. Even after dissolving, I continued to suffer from the same painful burning and lumps. I visited an Overlake urgent care shortly after due to the symptoms I had been experiencing since my initial injections. The Dr. observed a bacterial infection in my lips called Cellulitis, in which I was prescribed antibiotics for. This singular visit will end up costing me another couple hundred dollars alone. Because of the bacterial infection, I need to have the rest of my filler dissolved sooner than expected, which will cost me another $300. If I choose to get filler again from a different injector in the future, I will be starting from the beginning. In addition to the financial burden this has caused, I've dealt with a deal of physical pain, and it's greatly affected my mental health as well. Rather than having the lips I dreamed about, I've suffered health issues, deep insecurities, and a financial loss. I completed research on the company itself, and found that NW Face & Body, The Gallery, and Seattle Plastic Surgery, is the same company as Allure Aesthetics, just under a different name for each of their locations. Allure was recently sued and ordered to pay millions of dollars for having clients sign NDAs preventing them from writing any negative reviews online. They were also caught having their employees edit before/after photos posted on their website, and falsifying fake positive reviews. I think you should consider this before booking an appointment with them.

Everyone there was wonderful but my experience with my surgeon, Dr Sattler was less than impressive. I was very clear with what I wanted for my breast augmentation. I showed him pictures of my goal. He assured me he could achieve this with no issue in order to get my $9000. I chose Dr Sattler because of how convincing he was that he could achieve the results that I wanted. The surgery itself seems to go well. Afterwards, I noticed very early on my outcome was nothing like what I was assured I would receive. After many appointments, emails, texts and calls with Dr Sattler, I became more and more frustrated. He was extremely dismissive, arrogant and seemed like my concerns were not valid. He kept telling me if after 1 year I was still unhappy he would fix them. This was an outright lie. I still have pain in my right breast after 15 months, I have a double bubble on my right breast so it looks odd and neither breast is the shape or aesthetic I was promised. He actually told me if I had come a few months later, he could have achieved the result that I wanted but at the time of my surgery he was less comfortable with the other type of implant that he should have used due to inexperience with it. His solution was to remove the implant on my right breast, attempt to fix the double bubble, then place the old implant back in. He stated he did not know if this would work and it would look odd for about a year but this was my only option. I asked about revisions on both breasts because neither looked right, and he said he would not do this. So much for standing by their results. He consulted with 2 other surgeons about my case, without my knowledge or permission. He wanted to charge me $3000 to attempt to fix the bubble until I pointed out they promise on social media that they will not charge you additional money if they need to fix something they did. I have no faith or confidence in him as a surgeon. He permanently altered my body and arrogantly dismissed all of my concerns. I saved for this surgery for a long time and now will have to save again to have someone else fix his mistakes. Very disappointed. I feel like I was very mislead with his sales pitch and my consultation.

My forehead was swollen for quite sometime and the procedure left my eyebrows uneven and my eyebrow sagging over my eye since then. I now have deep forehead lines when I raise my eyebrows at all. Now My eye will sting from the atrophy. And he wanted to put in more when I had the first procedure. It was my first time doing anything like this and he was not helpful or informative at all. Huge mistake. Now I need to find a way to fix this bitch job. Not personable and tried to inject more into my forehead after already overdoing it. For a clinic that should be very careful and sensitive to patients that office did the complete opposite.

I am comforted by both the front desk staff and the nurse and medical assistants (LOVE Marisol) during each visit. Any questions I might have are thoroughly answered. I don't feel pushed to do any of their wide array of cosmetic enhancements. Most recently I finally undertook a more involved procedure that I have been wanting to do ever since my early 20s. (50 now!) I have had not only bags under my eyes but lumps. It's genetic and I saw George Stephanapolis' wife Ally Wentworth go through a very public blepharoplasty procedure on youtube and I was finally inspired to do it. (Look it up--she shows the whole thing and wishes she did it a decade earlier--what a transformation!!) Dr. Wortham explained in detail how the procedure is performed and what I would expect as far as preparation and recovery times. I think I came in for 2 or 3 mini consults (as an addendum to the Botox appointments) before I finally signed on the dotted line. They give you very easy to follow, step by step instructions, day by day instructions what to do weeks before and hour by hour directly after--for 7 days post surgery. They gave me a personal cell phone number which was available all weekend in the event I had pre-surgery jitters and anxiety--and if I was overthinking about anything, they were on board to answer any questions. It is fortunate to not only find a very skilled and exact surgeon, but a big blessing to find someone who adds to that, intuition and anticipatory attention to details before, during and after the procedure. I am not getting any perks or freebies for this review. You can see I've yelped for a decade and a half) Every day I get compliments on how rejuvenated and refreshed I look and so I felt compelled to tell those who are looking for a good team to help out with cosmetic procedures, particularly Eyelid surgery--upper and lower. Aka Blephoraplasty. Next up is a tummy tuck and I'll keep you posted on how that goes.
