However, everything changed after I left a review and they reached out to me. They responded promptly and told me to contact them, which I did, and they got back to me super fast. The team they sent to fix the damage didn't just restore my property, they went above and beyond to improve it. They put in a new weed barrier and completely transformed my landscaping. It's clear they care about their customers and are committed to making things right. After working with them to resolve the issue, I have a newfound respect for the company. If they're willing to go this extra mile to fix a problem, I trust they'll provide top-notch service with their fiber optic and internet offerings. As you can see from the photo, my property looks better than ever. I'm not only confident in recommending Vexus to others, but I'll definitely consider switching over my internet service. I've learned a lot about their products, and I think it's great we have more internet options to choose from. A huge shoutout to Armando, Mark, and Taylor - their crew went above and beyond, and they're a great group of people to work with. (All I had to do was go on their website and I had someone over that same day to work on a solution).

I called the Billing Services 1-800-244-1111 number on 4/6/2018. My yearly introductory rate for 40 Mbs high speed internet had expired ($49.71/month). My latest bill had almost doubled, to $85.85/monthly. I talked to Dennis Phillips at the billing call center. He was extremely nice and patient with me and said he could apply a standard rate (Plan for Life) to my bill, thereby reducing it to $59.99/monthly before taxes. He said he would be transferring me to the Retention Department and for me to ask for a Customer Loyalty Credit. Upon transfer, I talked to Nicky, who told me she loved working for CenturyLink and had been working for them for 15 years. Nicky, a CenturyLink account specialist, was super nice and helpful after I told her how long I had been a loyal customer. She told me she could apply a Customer Loyalty Credit which would reduce my monthly bill (with taxes) to $49.71. This was the same rate I had been paying for the first year of introductory service! Nicky was able get me a credit for $25, since I would have to pay $84.85 for the current month, before the discounts kicked in and my bill went back down to $49.71. Dennis Phillips and Nicky both rock and deserve a raise from CenturyLink. Perfect, fast, customer service with the personal touch. If you ask for them I'm sure they will help you too.

HOWEVER, they do experience somewhat frequent outages. AND YOU CAN'T REACH ANYONE BY PHONE. First, they aren't open on weekends at all. And when they say they're open M-F, 9-5...that's pretty spotty. I usually call and leave message with service, billing and sales. Because NO ONE answers any of those extensions. And when you DO miraculously reach someone...there is never an apology. Never an offer of some kind of credit, even if you've been out of service for a couple of days (one winter, we were down for 4-5 days and were still charged the same). Yes, they offer a service few others do...but they struggle to show decent accountability to their clients. As I said, the service is fine when it works...but oh my gosh, the struggles I've had with them when I need help!!

Have had their service for about 7ish years. Most of the service was good. The past couple years…read morethe service has been terrible. The straw that broke the camels back was for the past month I have had internet speeds between .5-.7meg/sec, I am paying for 10meg/sec. During the past month I have called their support personnel approximately 25 times and have been blown off. Their service said it'd take care of itself and to wait. I think waiting a month was enough. I called to cancel my service on March 17 and left 2 messages which were not returned. Finally in March 18th I finally got a sales person "Bryan" and I cancelled my service. He told me that I needed to pay for April service as they require payment for 30 days after service is discontinued. I feel that since I already paid for March and cancelled on 18March they owed me a refund for the remainder of March. He then told me that he'd offer me a 25% discount for the month of April of which I would not be receiving service as it was cancelled on 18 March. At this point I decided the conversation was over and politely ended the phone call. It is obvious they are looking for a buck and could care less about providing service. If you're stuck with RoadRunner as you only provider I pity you, if you can get anyone else that'd be your best choice. These guys don't deserve your business nor do they provide value for the dollar. Bottom line "Stay away . . . Very Very Far Away"
