Although the Corona epidemic has hindered life as we knew it, I did take a notice that the scheduling folks here were very pleasant in making the appointment and the staff that I had dealings with at the time of the appointment were absolutely great. I didn't have the opportunity in meeting the doctor face to face, but he did take the time to call me a few times to discuss the issue with my cat. From the phone conversations, I must say that he was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. My cat, Toaster, seemed to be ok with the way he was treated. Thank you all for your services, I for one, really appreciate it.

I have been going here for 11 years, and I am absolutely devastated by how I was treated today…read more I was 8 minutes late to my appointment after driving 25 minutes to get there. I was late because my 16-year-old dog had a full-blown seizure in the car on the way there. Something they are fully aware can happen when he is in the car. And they refused to see me. They turned me away. My dog is 16 years old and is, quite honestly, on his deathbed. He is in the final days of his life, and my doctor knows that. All I needed was for his cast to be removed. A procedure that would have taken approximately five minutes. After 11 years of being a patient there, I cannot understand how there could be so little compassion or flexibility in a situation like this. I wasn't late because I was careless or disrespectful of their time. I was late because my elderly, dying dog had a seizure in my car. I am heartbroken, angry, and deeply disappointed that this is how I was treated! Especially by a doctor who knows exactly what my dog and I are going through right now. Addition: He had a second seizure on the drive home. And my daughter was with me the entire time witnessing everything happening.

Two puppies died in this litter and the third sick puppy he sold to me. I spent over 3,000 Dollars. His underbite is over 7mm and considered severe. I have to feed him out of a special bowl. He can't take food from your hand, you have to put it on the ground. Avoid this dam I'd # NP84029301. She has medical issues. He promised that his dogs were free from any genetic defects which was incorrect. He gave me the dog, which had a fever, bacterial, and viral infection. I paid for his medical bills and Brian declined to pay for anything. After three months of legal waiting. He still has failed to send any paperwork to me. Fraudulently sold me a dog that was two weeks older than stated on his webpage. Because of me, Brian was forced to take out his illegal contract from the state of California. And submit his residence in Florida and his partner David Breeder in New Jersey. My dog has problems, eating and tends to choke easily because his jaw is deformed. Buyer beware where, dont except any exchange with them if you dont have any copy of said paperwork. He promised you the world and does nothing. Horrible breeder, he can't even take me to court for slander. Because I have all the proof and documented it. So Brian corrected your puppy mill.. so other people and dogs dont get hurt.

The ditzy receptionist failed to copy his records to their archaic system comprising a file cabinet and some files. Let's hope there's never a fire! Next appointment, we mentioned his skin and constant itching. We had to mention it instead of the unfriendly vet noticing after his so-called first checkup. He proceeds to give our fur baby a powerful steroid and prescribes him an oral steroid. Our baby was more juiced than Arnold Schwarzenegger! Throughout more appointments, we mention our dog's increase in appetite and the fact he was scooting his butt on the floor. Instead of doing any testing, because why waste time, he decides to prescribe him medication for flatulence. Our fur baby had tapeworms...not gas. The symptoms should've been a dead giveaway for a seasoned vet. We found out about his tapeworms AND his fractured tooth from a different practice. A practice that cares. Not to mention, after ten appointments, the receptionist finally asked for our dog's records. TEN APPOINTMENTS. Also, the vet only prescribed our dog heartworm medication, not a preventative for all worms. This practice had us purchase a flea and tick treatment but told us to apply it ourselves. The whole practice needs to be more organized, the receptionist is aloof, and the vet is unamicable. If you DON'T care about your pets, I'd highly recommend this practice.
