    The best vet!
    J R M.

Excellent veterinarian the best on the entire state beside that they have a very good groomer and the prices are affordable for everyone. She has more that 22 years of experience.

Terrible service, 25 minutes of questions just to say they aren't taking new patients. Plenty of 1 star reviews on Google. Stay away!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my 4.5-year-old Cane Corso, Zeus, to EPVMC for care. For four consecutive days, the staff strung me along, assuring me he was improving and would be discharged "in a day or two." What they were actually doing was intentionally keeping him just long enough to completely exhaust my $7,200 CareCredit limit. On the exact day I arranged for him to be picked up, they called to tell me his stomach had ruptured. A doctor then cornered me with an impossible ultimatum: he needed an emergency surgery that they intentionally marked up to $15,000-$20,000, and they demanded the money in upfront cash. When I asked about financing, they gave me a "hard no." They completely withheld access to their own 501(c)(3) Compassion Fund--a charity publicly advertised for families in financial distress--specifically to force me into a cash ransom I could not pay. The most devastating part is that their own negligence caused the rupture. I acquired EPVMC's raw, internal Vet Radar medical logs. These documents prove that EPVMC diagnosed Zeus with suspect stomach ulcers via ultrasound on June 2nd. Despite this confirmed diagnosis, they withheld standard-of-care mucosal protectants (Sucralfate) for a full 48 hours. During those exact 48 hours, they aggressively pumped him with contraindicated, high-dose corticosteroids like DexamethasoneSP. They destroyed his stomach lining, caused the fatal perforation, and then demanded $20,000 to fix their own clinical error. To cover their tracks, their internal record-keeping is entirely fabricated. Their logs show nurses regularly failing to take critical life-support vitals (charting them as "UTO" - Unable to Obtain) while billing for Level 2 Critical Care. Their state-submitted clinical summaries show they officially recorded giving "0mg" of the life-saving medication he needed. But the absolute cruelest moment came at the very end. Because I could not produce their $20,000 cash ransom, I was forced to say goodbye to my best friend. While I was sobbing over his body, grieving the dog I had raised since rescuing him from a freezing camper at eight weeks old, Dr. Ferguson repeatedly interrupted us. She coldly rushed our final goodbyes four separate times, denying us even a few minutes of peace after they had just killed my dog and financially ruined me. He was my child, and this predatory corporation took him from me to line their pockets. They will financially ruin you, manipulate their own medical charts to cover up their fatal mistakes, and treat your family with absolute heartlessness. Protect your pets and go absolutely anywhere else.
