Service was great and the TVs were mounted well (and are very sturdy). I was initially overcharged for $185 more than the initial quote I was given by Julian, the business owner. I messaged him to tell him how unhappy I was and he immediately said he would look into it, since I was either misquoted or charged incorrectly. Julian later gave me a call and admitted that it was his fault for giving me the wrong price. He refunded me the amount I was overcharged and even gave me an additional $100 off because he wanted to stress the importance of transparency and the fact that it was not intentional. The tech was quite a bit late that day ~3hrs but kept me informed he was running behind. Paid around $100 for the non-refundable consult fee which could be applied toward the job... I needed my TV mounted above a very strange shaped wall/angle. The owner Julian answered all my questions and was very helpful. I got another quote from another business that clearly didn't understand what I was asking for and was going to charge me 4x as much as ThoseTechGuys. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that I wanted to mount the sound-bar to the TV and they didn't come prepared with the right screws as the kit they used didn't include it. A simple check before heading to a client's home would have prevented this. Not a super big deal! They gave me suggestions of the mount I needed for the sound bar, which was super helpful. I contacted ThoseTechGuys for a quote to run an Ethernet wire from the junction box in my master bedroom closet down one floor to the living room where the AV equipment is located, and to relocate a jack from the outside of the garage to the inside so I can relocate my server rack there. These guys were total pros. The closet wiring turned out to be quite a difficult job due to there being an adjoining wall with the neighboring townhouse. There was extra drywall, extra insulation, and even a metal plate in the way, but they were able to overcome all these obstacles and get me wired up. No more wireless for me! This was a job where I was really happy to have the pros tackle it. Once I saw what was involved, It looked like a real nightmare. Had I taken on this project myself I'm sure it would've resulted in dust everywhere, holes in walls, a pissed off fiance, and equipment unhooked for days. Instead, I was able to get this done in a morning for a reasonable cost and no headache. The garage jack install was straight-forward, and I liked that they left some flexibility in the installation just in case I decide at a later date to use the wiring outside the house after all. It was a nice touch. I was really impressed. They did real quality work for a great price that matched the initial estimate. I would definitely hire these guys again if I need them. This was for wall mounting of an OLED TV mounting on a tile mantle above an enclosed fireplace. Both Mike and Peter are amazing! The tile was a lot thicker than initially expected (none of us could really tell from looking at the wall, apparently!), but they were troopers and drilled through some thick tiles and mounted it without any cracks in the tile and connected all the cables and aligned everything. They both wore masks and very respectful of COVID safety measures! I would strongly recommend going with ThoseTechGuys for mounting TVs! These guys did an excellent job getting TV mounted. They didn't have the hardware for mounting the soundbar as it's an LG w/out screws and requires a special bracket. This post is well overdue, but had to include an update on the quality of service and my level of satisfaction I once again received after my computer was giving me issues with the new graphics card. These guys came my rescue. As I wrote in my original review I needed to WFH and the refurbished PC I bought online (not the best idea) was freezing up not long after we finally got my 3 monitors to work. Jake troubleshooted (very prompt with great communication). I wanted to try a work around with upgrading the power supply which Julian was able to do, and still, my computer would freeze. Turns out the new graphics card was faulty. Jake recommended a custom build and sent an extremely affordable invoice. I never had a custom build and was hesitant at first. Turns out, it's the best PC/laptop I've owned and it hasn't frozen once since my original post and all 3 screens work perfectly. When I turn it on it boots up very quickly since there isn't all that bloatware I've had with my other laptops/PCs. Jake also set me up with a solid antivirus program and threw in some extra bonuses...I couldn't be happier. Long story short, I should have just gone with ThoseTechGuys to begin with instead of buying a cheap PC online, but at least I was able to get the setup I've always wanted. Contacted ThoseTechGuys because i had new mesh routers and wanted to see if i was getting accurate speed through them from my 1GB internet service provider. Had the technician come over and all he did was ask me to use my personal phone which he then just ran a speed test from the internet on. He then saw i had a personal computer and asked if he could use that as well. He looked up Eeros support pages for research and ran another speed test on my personal PC. In the end he just said looks like my wifi speeds are good and he recommended maybe upgrading my Cat5E hard wires to CAT6 and would let me know how much that'd cost to do. I still haven't heard anything back regarding that and i essentially paid them to come out and run online speed tests. read more

I hired ThoseTechGuys to install a MantelMount above the fireplace. MantelMount requires significantly more prep work and fine tuning than a traditional wall mount. ThoseTechGuys did an excellent job with the installation and kept the work area very tidy. We had a hiccup with my hefty soundbar not mounting securely using the supplied brackets. I fully expected to order additional stuff and reschedule at a later date, but our service providers had the necessary hardware on hand and were able to complete the installation the same day. From beginning to end, the techs who came to our house to mount a new TV on our brick fireplace acted with professionalism, and above all, did a great job. Right before they walked in, they made sure to wear shoe covers, and this gesture alone means a lot in terms of a company that respects its clients. Even when they needed to shuttle back and forth between the truck and back to the house, they made sure to remove their shoe covers before exiting the front door. The TV mount installation itself was done in no time, and they came well equipped to perform said mounting on a brick fireplace (which, to me, who has just installed mounts on drywall myself, isn't the easiest task). Throughout the process, we were well informed about what needed to be done, and our feedback was always sought when it was needed most.
