Like most women, I was excited to try this new trend and with the Groupon, it would be a great price for something I was experimenting with. Milissa's site was so easy to use and that's honestly the reason I went with her business to begin with. During our first appointment, I did ask if she had experience with almond eyes (I'm asian), and she stated she did. Of course, I thought this was important because the shape of the eyes and lashes are clearly different and bare a different result than those with round eyes. Milissa listened to my concerns and made sure she informed of the process to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She's an amazingly sweet person, who is so talented. I come back religiously, with the exception of when I had to have my baby lol. She does get busy and has a waitlist so try to schedule at least two weeks in advance. She is very understanding and tried to accommodate to the best of her ability. I plan on coming back to her anytime I need eyelash refills!

Unfortunately, the lash lift was not a good experience. I had a significant burning sensation on my eyelid and told the tech multiple times. She reassured me, even when the burning escalated. Afterward, my lashes were overprocessed. My eyelid later became swollen and developed a scab. She did apologize and did not charge me for the lift which I appreciated. She also told me that my eyelashes may have been too short for the lift, but I would have appreciated it if she said that before starting. I would still return for eyebrow threading, but would probably not recommend getting lash lifts here.

After filling them out, he took me to the room where he initially drew my brows during my consultation. I was told he was going to draw them again as a guide and when he was done, he had me look at them to see if it was still good with me. He told me to be very picky about it too. But I was happy with the placement and the shape so we moved forward. Justin is so polite and the quality of his work is impeccable! I was more than happy with the results. He told me that as my brows healed they would lighten up a little too and that he couldn't wait to see the final results. Neither can I! And in case you're wondering if powder brows hurt, they absolutely do not! Not quick since Justin takes pride in his work but definitely painless!
