I am a skilled seamstress but the work they did was on a whole other level. It was flawless and on time. They turned a detailed, short jeans jumpsuit from a large to a small. I can't tell where or how they made the adjustments, all I know is the piece fits me like a glove! I had a denim maxi dress that I couldn't zip up around my back. They added denim material to the dress that blended beautifully like it was part of the original design. I had jeans with double zippers on the side of each leg that they hemmed. They may be little bit pricey but the work they do is worth every penny and then some.

These pants were way bigger than I thought when I bought them -- the waist fit already but the super oversized fit in this material was not what I was going for. She completely understood the look I wanted, she kept the style but tailored them perfectly. I'm not going to lie, the service was a bit pricey, but I felt as though the way they were done was perfect. You wouldn't even know it wasn't the original look. I wish I did a before and after pic! Because now you don't have to get me started! because I go to Munt Locker now! It's the easiest, smartest service concept I've seen in years. You drop off your clothes in an electronic locker and order services on the app, and in a couple of days you get a text telling you what locker your clean clothes will be in.... available 24/7! And the prices are competitive and the service is competent. My boyfriend is so pleased with how correctly his shirt plackets are consistently ironed. Honestly the only thing wrong is that the app keeps telling you to swipe a card in to enter the location when you don't have to and you have to do some random workaround to be able to do anything else on the app, but certainly that will be fixed any time now. I'm so happy about this business anyway! Hooray!

I've been to the dry clean multiple times but will never come back here after today. I brought a…read morejacket in for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up, I immediately found a tear on the inside bottom of the jacket that was not there before. When I confronted the woman about it, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, she asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" She claimed she "didn't check" the jacket and said I had no proof, then tried to accuse me of already knowing about the tear -- which is absolutely false. The jacket was returned on a hanger, wrapped in plastic, and the tear was the first thing I saw when I flipped it over. To make it even worse, she tried to charge me $10 for a few stitches on damage that happened while the jacket was in their care. That is completely unacceptable. Damaging a customer's clothing and then trying to make the customer pay to fix it is outrageous. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. The attitude was arrogant, as if they're the only dry cleaner in Las Vegas. They are not. Save your money, save your clothes, and go anywhere else.
