I've been here a few times after camping nearby. The expertise is different every time. I love their chocolate Porter to start with. The vegetarian pizza is also very very good. They were able to customize a vegetarian burger as well which I appreciated and the salad was awesome! Sometimes though it is extremely chilly in there and I'm freezing. They don't have an overwhelming amount of veggie options but they have enough. Sometimes the servers are friendly and sometimes they just seem busy. Upon entry, posted signs did caution & encourage us to be kind during difficult times. And, we did wait a while before being greeted, seated, & placing our order. We all had different beverages to drink: Knotty Blonde, Blackberry Lime Seltzer, & Creekside Press, and they were pretty good. For our meals we ate: TCBC Fish & Chips, Black Beans & Rice, & the Three Alarm Burger. The food was alright- warm, fairly tasty, & filling, but nothing spectacular. Our server was fantastic, however so busy we could barely get one drink refill just before leaving. We waited over an hour to receive our food as well. The burger my husband ordered and the kids menu food items were average. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Tater Wrap and it was awful. The chicken was grisly and too hard to chew. It arrived on a plain pita with one piece of bacon cut in half and a few fries. The sauce was on the side and appeared to be dipping sauce for the fries. The chicken was inedible (I actually thought it was going to make me sick). We visit Sisters annually and will most definitely not be returning here. read more

Tastes are per the individual. I would say the food is 7/10. It's a brewery and you can clearly see the casks in the back . Old pine wood table tops are cool. Covid has probably hurt their server count -- was waiting a good 10 minutes at the door before someone even tried to seat me and I'm a local. Beer selection is over-saturated with IPA's. They are clean, tender wiped down the table as I sat. Masks are required to enter. Overall it's an alright place but like many, it was probably better pre-2020. read more

We ordered fish & chips and a spicy chicken sandwich. The fish was good but seriously looked like a child's portion. The fish pieces were so small. There were so few fries that we actually asked our server about it (we normally never say anything when we're out) & he kindly brought us some more. Chicken sandwich was overcooked & way overpriced. No condiments on it but pickles. The best part of our meal was the side salad and our server who was doing triple duty as a host, bus boy & server. He was great but the food was terrible. I would like to give a huge shout out to the service that Three creeks brewing did for my family and me tonight! They made a mistake with our pizza, which was an honest mistake and resulted in me staying and waiting longer than desired for them. In turn they owned up to it and gave me my meal for free and were very apologetic. If there are other avenues to shout them out for being a great customer service business please let me know where. I am now loyal to this company and will make a point to stop here to get food when in Sisters! Thank you for keeping customer service alive! Stopped in for a pint and dinner mid week. They were busy, for the amount of staff they had and very accommodating. We were taken care of by Zack who provided excellent service. The Metolious pizza was good, added a salad for a great dinner. Now for the beer. We had the Five pine chocolate porter and Suttle Haze IPA, both were good. It was a very good porter. We couldn't stop there and got a taster flight. I chose the McKay's Scottish Ale, Rye whiskey Frontier Justice stout, and Frontier Justice Coffee Stout with Sisters coffee. They were all great. The coffee stout had a wonderful smooth coffee flavor. The barrel aged stout was exceptional, no heavy alcohol taste. It was delicious, but a bit sweet. My husband tasted the firestorm red, crowd pleaser IPA, and another Suttle Haze. They were good, but the stouts shined. Please note, staffing shortages have effected them like so many businesses. Don't leave because of a wait, especially if you like dark beer, it's worth the wait. read more

A great big cheer for whoever was smart enough to glue all the acoustical panels to the ceiling and exterior walls. Without them the place would be way too loud for casual conversation. Bisected by a "pass through" fireplace separating the family oriented dining area from the "no kids allowed" bar and lounge area the place is laid out pretty well. The staff is really nice and attentive. It's a little out if town but the atmosphere and the daily food specials should be enough to draw your attention. read more

A consistently average experience. When dining with a group, this brewpub tends to meet all of our needs, so it becomes a default choice when all of the more interesting restaurants have been knocked out of contention for a variety of reasons. It has the requisite cheeky beer names, like Knotty Blonde, cute merchandise, a decent selection of beer and it is a growler fill station. My experiences have mostly been limited to the restaurant, not the bar, since I'm usually in the company of those under 21. I like the location, just on the outskirts of Sisters (en route to Bend) in the Five Pines Lodge & Conference Center Complex. It is also conveniently located across from the excellent Sisters Movie House, so not the worst place to spend time when you are waiting to pick up someone after a show. During my visits, I've had a variety of entrees, burgers and salads. Each adequate, but not particularly memorable. Most recently I had the Caprese Chicken Sandwich with sweet potato fries and my son had the cheeseburger. He is a growing teen and couldn't finish his 1/3 pound cheeseburger, so they don't skimp on portion size. I prefer to sit at the tables, rather than the booths, where I always feel the table hits me at an odd level. There are a couple of small TVs in the dining room, typically with sports programs on, and there is patio seating out back. There are so many places I prefer in Sisters and Bend, and there are a crazy number of brewpubs popping up in Redmond these days, but Three Creeks remains a solid choice in the area. read more

She thought that the GF fish and chips was the tastiest that she had eaten in a long time and that the coleslaw was the best that she had ever had. The pepperoni pizza was great. I remember when this was new--we were all fighting for a table. Not now. Take any seat in the house! The problems are easy to fix: stop using poor quality food and get a good bartender. I haven't spit out food on my plate since I was a kid but these carnitas tacos nearly made me puke. Pure fat and cartilage--it will be a long time until I can get that memory out of my mouth. The rice was overcooked and the wrong kind for a taco dish. But the drink took the cake. I ordered an old fashioned. What I received was clear and bubbly with a maraschino cherry on top. Hungry family wanted to have a good burger and beer at a local brew pub after a day out exploring Deschutes NF. What we got was 30 min of frustration scanning a QR code and then having to make our whole order online like I was buying shoes. A flight of beer samples and a hot appetizer while looking the menu over? Nope. You have to get 100% of your order in at once plus pay plus leave the tip before you can be served at all. We enjoyed all of our food here! We sat down outside and got some burgers & tots with a beer flight...no complaints there. We were surprised that they didn't have a covered outside area or awnings of any type, but it's obvious it never gets that busy anyhow, so we appreciated it either way. Burgers were great and so were tots. My husband says the beer was good, and I cannot believe how amazing the mango seltzer was! Normally when you drink seltzer, you think it's going to taste delicious and like the flavor it is named...but then it just ends up tasting like somebody yelled the flavor from the next room over. Not great. Their seltzer though - it reminds me more of cider to be honest! And I have no complaints about that. Otherwise the service was excellent and I like that you can order stuff through the app. If you can't figure out the app or just don't want to, you can always order directly with them by calling or going in. read more

Service was very prompt. They told us it would be about a 20 minute wait, but they ended up sitting us down in 10 minutes. Outdoor seating is nice and tables are far apart enough to observe social distancing guidelines. Our waitress was very cheerful and helpful and she helped make the experience great! Would definitely recommend the fish and chips, and the sweet potato waffle fries. Both were so delicious! For dessert, we got the chocolate brownie with ice cream and it was super good; I would definitely order that too if you are craving dessert. We stopped by to eat after coming through McKenzie Pass. Sisters is a nice little town with many dining option for lunch. We wanted a beer so we chose this place. The beer was good. I had the pale ale and my son had an IPA. For lunch I had the Ruben, my wife had clam chowder and the Cobb salad, and my son had a chicken, bacon, cheese, and fries wrap. Three Creeks is famous for two things: Fantastic Clam Chowder (and I have had chowder in New England) and outstanding fish and chips (see my photo). The clam chowder is full of clams and expertly seasoned. The fish and chips are fist-sized hunks of Cod in a beer batter that is perfectly fried. The spicy coleslaw is really, really good and the house-prepared tartar sauce deserves to be packaged and sold. And the beer is good. read more

Although often I have had to wait to be seated, I have always found it worth the wait. The food here is well prepared and delicious. They always get my steak just right. I like the portion sizes. The staff have always been friendly (AND HONEST*) and they have never gotten my order wrong. I have a hard time finding places I can eat that serve things that are not overly complicated. I have allergies so less is sometimes more, and they have been willing to substitute for me. This has been a favorite place to go for dinner with my neighbor. *When my daughter dropped her debit card there, they found it and saved it for her! Yay!! read more

We recently went there for a quick dinner and a cocktail. My hubby ordered a burger and I ordered a two piece fish and chips. When the food came, his meal looked like you would expect the average burger to look and he said it was decent. But, my meal was a huge disappointment. What I received looked more like a "kiddy" meal. The two pieces of cod were about 2.5 inches long and about 1.5 inches wide. They were gone in two bites only because I wanted to take my time. They were tasty and crispy but waaaaaay overpriced. $16.00 for two fish "nuggets" with 1/4 cup of bad slaw and a small portion of fries is absolutely crazy. We are aware everyone is charging more for goods and services but this is unacceptable. We likely won't return. read more
