Haven't been to Three Creeks in a while and decided to go this evening for our favorites. I ordered the Veggie pizza with chicken and my husband ordered the fish and chips. Mine was as good as I remembered however my husband's meal was an appetizer sized serving. Visited Three Creeks for the first time around 6 months ago and had a solid 3 star experience. The beer was good but the food was nothing to write home about. Fast forward to this week and wow, what a difference! Our party ordered a couple very juicy and creative burgers, a well seasoned chicken sandwich, and fresh fish tacos. Certainly will be coming back again and again if the kitchen keeps this quality up! As for the people complaining about service: have you been to a restaurant recently? Everyone is understaffed and stressed, lots of servers are new, especially in Sisters. I don't think it is particularly fair to give a 1-2 star rating because a host or a bartender was having a bad day during a global pandemic. read more

Stopped in when passing through Sisters. I had burger which I would rate an 8 of 10. Clam chowder was great. Not busy the day we stopped so service was good. Best to judge when busy. I would stop here again and try other menu items. read more

Went to see a movie in Sisters with plans to have dinner afterward. Three Creeks Brewing is right across the parking lot so we went there. Great choice! One friend and I shared a fish and chips dinner that included Cajun coleslaw and sweet potato fries. The fish was perfectly cooked in a light beer batter. The fries were crisscross cut and quite delicious. Our other friend had the TCBC burger. Fabulous! The meat is locally sourced and was cooked to perfection. The burger also had cheese, bacon, and all the fixings (lettuce, a large slice of tomato, pickle, and a large slice of red onion). One friend had a root beer float which was proclaimed delicious. I had the Tres Arroyos Mexican Lager which was really good. All in all a very good meal. Not overly pricey. And our server, Nicholas, was excellent. Do I recommend this establishment? Something for everybody. Date, kids, family, business meeting. A real good feel about the place. Can be a bit noisy as everybody is having such a good time it seems. Menu and the food itself is a solid 4. Service is excellent even when they are full as is often the case. Nice outdoor area when the season allows. Remember, this is a pub. And a micro brewery making darned good beer with a fairly wide offering. They are long on protein - of the red meat variety. If you're a vegan or vegetarian, then there are better choices for you in town. The location on the edge of town means it's 3 minutes to get to instead of 2. Lots of parking and right next door to our only movie theater. You'll like it. As have the vast majority of the other reviewers. Have fun. read more

Point off for the crabby, poor attitude of the hostess in the hat too small for her bloated head, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Upon entering we asked if we could sit at a table in the bar - willing to wait for it to be cleaned, but one of our party of 6 recently had back surgery and standing for extended periods is painful - Derby Wench huffed, asked for a phone number (we were standing RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF HER!), then seated us in the bar (BTW no phone call or text) and handed us one bar and one food menu and said, "Here, now you can sit at the table you like so much" The food and drinks were great all around, as was our beertender/server As we were leaving, half of us wanted to buy shirts, which we told Derby Wench and she proceeded to ignore us and walked right by our group For being the "face" of Three Creeks Brewery, she is definitely the WRONG choice. read more

Beer is good! We had the queso and chips that was yummy. The Bunkhouse pizza was the bomb! So was the Cesar salad. We were able to watch the game and enjoy the flavor of the restaurant/bar. They get 3 stars for service. Had to wait and watch a staff person clean three other tables while we sat at another. Another server walked past and no one even said boo. Good beer and one of the best bar atmospheres I've been to. However, The service and restaurant are something to be desired for. It seems every time we go there to eat with the family it is a long wait, poor service, and the food is borderline cold. We have given this many opportunities, but always disappointed when we go for lunch or dinner. Furthermore we have watched several people walk out after being seated due to the poor service. it has become a regular thing to see customers arguing with management about how they were treated. I would love to give this place five stars for the brew pub atmosphere, but just can't due to too many bad experiences. Go for a beer, but don't stay for a meal. And definitely don't try to go there with young kids. read more

This place is a mad house every time we stop in. It's the only brewery in Sisters I'm aware of and it definitely shows with Central Oregon's love of beer. Their food is pretty standard pub food and they have a fair selection of their beers depending on season and availability. Overall it's worth a shot if you're in the area but probably not worth the drive if you're in Bend in my opinion. read more

Mellissa (Hostess) with the pink tipped hair is why we are leaving this review. What an amazing employee. I hope they recognize what a gem they have in her. We were immediately seated, but with only 2 servers for the restaurant, we sat for many minutes without being addressed. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went up to the hostess stand, and Mellissa jumped to the rescue, took our order, took care of us the rest of the time, and was so attentive. She went above and beyond when all we needed was acknowledgement and food. Mellissa is the type of employee every company needs and wants. We hope she sees this, and knows what an amazing asset she is to whatever company she works for. read more

Let's just say that it wasn't as expected. First impressions are everything, and the service was not great. Beautiful location and the bar area is a bit dark with no outside access/tables. Trying to get service at the bar took a while (but not for the local who came up after me and go his drink order filled first). The waitress for our area never came over. Beers were okay.... did the flight which you would hope showcased best beers when asking the bartender to give the best of all, and mostly it was a bit weak on taste. This place had a great menu. Twist on common bar/brewery food. It was super hard to decide!! But, the food didn't taste as good as the menu description... Not that is was bad. It's just the writer was better than the cook. Service was super friendly, but on autopilot... I order a Amber and she returned to tell me the Red Ale was unavailable but they had Amber. "Wasn't that what I ordered?". When saying yes to dessert, she left the check and said have a nice day...? Didn't we just say were wanted dessert?? Hopefully she just had other thing on her mind... The setting was comfy and rustic. A bit hard to find. You have to drive through a strip-mall (rustic style) parking lot to get to the restaurant. I only had one beer (Anvil Amber) and it was good. I've been here quite a few times so I've had a lot of their 'bar food'. My favorite trip here was while I was hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. The servers were nice enough to seat our whole group outside well away from everyone else( we hadn't showered in a few weeks). We then proceeded to drink quite a bit. Then had no issue with us, which was nice. The service has always been fairly good. On our last visit the cooks forgot about our deep fried mac and cheese, but the waitress didn't charge us because it took so long, no complaints there. All of the food has been on point, the happy hour chili cheese fries were my favorite, well those and the nachos. I'm a huge beer fan. I really enjoy the Hoodoo Voodoo IPA. The seasonal 8 Second India Black Ale( AKA Cascadian Black IPA) was a close second. This place is perfect if you're heading back to Eugene from a day of playing in the snow or hiking. For beer! As we sat down the woman serving us asked what we'd like to taste. She also suggested a tasty ''middle of the road beer" relative to what we asked for and she nailed it. It was great--the stonefly session ale. It is a slower, off-season type of Monday. Service is great. Sisters, OR is an adorable touristy town in Oregon so it is only naturally that they would have a brewery here. I went through here in Autumn. That is my preferred time to travel since kids are back in school and the core of tourist season has long since past. I didn't get anything to eat here but I did get one of their beers that they brew here. I got the IPA. The beer itself was ok but not terribly memorable. Service was good and the atmosphere is nice. From the menu most of their menu items is pub fare. It might be nice to have a meal here. read more

I was here visiting family and didn't choose this restaurant. It was basically convenient because they were staying at the Lodge (fantastic lodge by the way)!! I don't drink beer, so that wasn't a star for me. The soda I drank was flat, should have ordered water and saved myself a couple bucks. I ordered a side salad with Blue Cheese, no tomatoes or cucumbers (was there more I left off, can't remember). Good salad, I think it was brought before my meal (1 star). For my main course I ordered the "tender" chicken strips off the Lite menu. It came with fries and ranch dip. It was not "tender", so that must have meant that it was from the chicken's "tender" piece. They were OK, nothing to write home about, in fact they were a bit over-fried and dark. The french fries were not very good either. I didn't even finish them. Other folks at the table were either happy or dis-satisfied depending on what they ordered. There are some strange food combinations, but I didn't order those things so I can't review them!! The server was friendly, perhaps a bit quick during the ordering process, but I often have special orders!! Another star for her. I have been here before and will probably come again, and I hope I will remember this experience and order something else. read more

After being on hiatus for way too long from the pale we all loved, they've finally got the recipe back to being a tasty brew. The pale is finally back, baby! If you need a less hoppy beer that's not lacking on flavor, then the rye will probably suit you fine. My wife isn't much of a beer drinker, but a glass of rye with a lemon is hard to beat on a hot summer day! In addition to the great beer, the friendly and beautiful servers & awesome bartenders (with a shout out to J especially), TCBC is a great place to bring the fam. It's one of the only places in town that I'm comfortable bringing my two & three year old boys to for dinner out. They aren't always good about using their inside voices, and the louder family atmosphere is perfect! read more

This place is always so consistent and has great beer as well. Their happy hour is one of my favorites in Sisters, and they have something on the menu to make everyone happy. I recently tried their fish tacos (not happy hour), and they were so good! My husband had the grinder, and he was equally as pleased. Three Creeks Brewery seems to be a regular stop for my family, but mostly because there's not a better brewery is Sisters. We live locally, but would rather drive to Bend for a quality dining experience and beer selection. I feel as though the brewmaster lacks the passion to create a quality brew that truly stands out. They all pretty much taste "blah." The food is acceptable, although expensive in comparison to other breweries. It seem as though this brewery is filling a niche in a tourist town and the locals pay the price. I've gone in several times on their so called "locals night" to have a growler filled at half price. Each time, they attempt to charge me full price unless I say something about getting it at half price. Business practices like that make me cringe. You'll charge a tourist a higher price simply because they're ignorant? The most recent time I was in, I was horribly disappointed in the speed of service and quality of food. Our server looked as though she was avoiding eye contact with all of the customers at her tables so she wouldn't get distracted from whatever mission she was on. The food took an incredibly long time to arrive and was more than sub-par. Three Creeks has made a habit of changing their menu regularly and not telling anyone about it until the thing you ordered arrives and isn't anything like what you expected. read more

We have a place in Sisters and eat at Three Creeks all the time. Tonight was especially good. We had the "Hoppy Hour" wedge salads, $5, chicken quesadillas, $6, and a cup of Southwest Chicken soup. All were very good, but when my wife said hold the bacon on her wedge because it is usually over done, our server Amy said "I'll ask the cook for fresh cooked bacon, who knew? It was great! The beer here is great. Attached to the the Five Pines Lodge, I've been here a few times. They brew locally and are proud of it. I prefer the Knotty Blonde....but all their brews are high quality. Still sucks! Worst service ever. I get it that employees are hard to find. But the ones you do have should not be so rude, simply rule of thumb. Stopped in for some snacks before heading out to go camping. We were able to sit outside on the outside patio and enjoy a sampler in the sun! Great tasting beers and we also got nachos and fries.
