I was so excited to visit this shop and it was well worth it. It was very clean inside, everyone was very friendly and the young lady who helped me gave me good information to decide on what treats to get my dogs based off their breed and age! I ended up getting 5 different types of treats and my dogs loved them. The shelf life is also good considering you don't want to overload them with treats all in one day. I believe it was 6 days for anything that could be refrigerated and 3 to 4 days for anything room temperature. Overall I had a great experience and that definitely will be back again. read more

Super cute bakery! Ordered my custom cake the week before and they have great hours of availability to pick up. They were able to walk me through the process of ordering. Ended up ordering the extra cake cookie just in case my dogs didn't like the cake. We ordered the carrot cake with colored frosting and my dogs devoured it. I will definitely be buying more cakes from there for birthdays for my animals. The place was very inviting to walk into and super cute that it's tailored to dogs. read more

All of the staff that are here are amazing. They treated two pit bulls like honored guests and loved on and spoiled them. It was my first time and the dogs' first time, but we've also already gone back for more delicious baked goods and just to visit! I asked for suggestions of their most popular baked treats and ended up getting one of the items she suggested - Rollovers. They last a bit longer because it's layered and you get two for $3.50. I also recommend the super cute Santa Paws. They have all the ingredients listed out and they're careful about whether your dogs have allergies. Baked fresh in store. I have not been to the physical Three Dog Bakery but my pup was given a cookie from Three Dog Bakery while at daycare and it was the cutest cookie ever. It feels like it has real icing on it and he seemed to really like it! We will definitely be ordering some cookies for his gotcha day party in Feb! read more

Happened to be visiting the Mt. Juliet area while dog sitting. This bakery was adjacent to the hotel district. Your pet is allowed into the store. Our dog is very picky so we allowed a smell test of some of their biscuits before deciding on a winner. The bakers offered him a free treat, and there are always dogs on-site to provide interaction. They have fresh baked goods of all kinds, as well as chewy toys both artificial and natural. Great variety, reasonable prices and the staff was very friendly read more

I called and ordered a cake on 8/12 to be picked up 8/22. Usually, there's a courtesy call to say it's ready to be picked up, but there wasn't one here. Not a big deal- just is kind of strange. Today i went and picked up the $43 cake i ordered to be severely disappointed. It looks like they made it the day i called in the order and paid for it. The white is really yellow toned, all of the writing on the cake has bled onto the white leaving an odd staining around the letters, and the size of this thing is tiny. For $43.... This is insane. Thankfully it's for a dog that obviously doesn't care about fine details- but as the person who paid for it- rather it's for a dog or not- I'm disappointed for what i paid for and am at disbelief that something poorly executed and so small is so costly. Outside of the cake experience- the shop is relatively clean, has lots of toy options and is pretty cute. We won't be back, but for a one time stop it's a decent place. read more

So so so amazing! Took our fur baby here for his birthday and it DEFINITELY was worth the 30 minute travel!! Every single worker made our pup feel like a King like a member of the gang. Plus Three Dog Bakery literally had everything!!!! From cupcakes to little Pup burgers and little hot dogs to personalised cakes and organic dog foods all for a very reasonable price! Let me first say I don't actually live near a Three Dog Bakery. I live EIGHT HOURS away.... but MAN do I love these guys! My daughter and I met halfway between Tennessee and SC for me to pick up my new little puppy. She had evidently stopped at Three Dog Bakery on the way out of town to purchase a little dog chew for HER dog. But when we met up, during the excitement of the puppy exchange, the bag with the dog chew accidentally got put it in MY stuff. As it turned out, my itty bitty Chihuahua LOVED it. When it was almost gone I tried other random chews but she was having none of them. I desperately tried to find the ones from Three Dog Bakery, but NO one had them in my area. It didn't appear I could order the chews from Three Dog on their website, so I gave them a call. You know how calls like that USUALLY go: "No, sorry, wish I could help, we're just local... blah blah... bye." But I've got to say, Heather, at the Mt. Juliet location, was the nicest, most helpful person I've spoken to in a very long time. I told her my predicament, and in the middle of a busy workday, she patiently and cheerfully helped me with something as small as my request. Now I can get the dog chews my baby "Minky" loves, all the way down in South Carolina. I TRULY appreciate the excellent customer service. I will most definitely be in to see you guys when I'm in the area next time! read more
