One that I do not get at Walmarts. The store layout is standard, but this store has undergone all the major updates and is in great condition. It's well kept, bright, well stocked, organized and for the most part, clean. Service was also decent for a Walmart. The famed greeters were super kind, and the cashier was friendly and efficient. Overall, solid Walmart location. Legit would go out of the way to pop in here versus some of the other Nashville locations.

She had 6 items. Then my mom came into the same fitting room with 5 items because there were only 2 open fitting rooms. If you're so worried about people shoplifting why don't you just have an associate working the fitting rooms! My sister was skipping out of the fitting room with an undergarment in her hand and the security lady started yelling "Ma'am" making sure my little sister didn't try on the bra. How embarrassing. After my mom and me got out of the fitting room the security lady got on her radio to inform that we were out of the fitting room and that it was empty. As if we were trying to shoplift! I put every item we did not want back on the rack. Every time I opened the door, the security lady was looking into the fitting room WHILE we were inside. When I confronted her, she told me they thought there was a man in there with us, what kind of bs story is that? This is the worst customer service. Don't spend your money here, there are much nicer stores.

She may have just been having a bad day, but I was a retail manager for almost 6 years and you don't let the customer know you're stressed, treat them harshly for no reason, or talk about your staffing problems at the register loudly (which she also did). For example, they have some sunglasses here that look like Ray Bans. The price is only $2. MSRP is $25. They are pretty good quality sunglasses too. In fact, I like them better than my $20 sunglasses that i bought at Target. The customer service that I received was fast. Mostly, because there wasn't anybody in line to check out. Opry Mills combines shopping, dining, entertainment, and activities for the whole family. I LOVE that this mall is indoors. I feel like outdoor malls are the trend in the South, and I hate how on a rainy or cold day (yes, it gets cold), you have to brave the elements to go from store to store. Not here. Some of the stores here are outlets, and some are regular mall stores. I saw plenty of sales, and the selection in the stores was generally good. I shopped at the LOFT outlet and found a larger selection than other LOFT outlets I've been in. The Kate Spade outlet also had a good selection, although I didn't buy anything there (I love their products). The food court is excellent with both chain options as well as some spots that seem to be more local to Nashville. I opted for Panda Express, and it was just like every other Panda Express, but sometimes that's what you want in a food order meal. I wish my hometown had a mall like Opry Mills- all of ours are outdoor or have a lot of vacancies. If you're visiting Nashville or staying at the Opryland Hotel, definitely come to the mall for a fun afternoon.
